@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

@TalkTalk Also, I noticed my broadband doesn't work back home as my security cameras app has noted me about it. Usually your 'lovely' broadband stops working temporarily whenever it's raining, but now it's been 80 hours in a row. You are so unreliable!
