@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

@TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

@TalkTalk need to sort their customer service team out, reading from scripts throughout the entire phone call & incapable of answering simple questions. A FIXED PRICE CONTRACT is what we are on. WHY have my bills gone UP since 2020? Looks like the ombudsman will be notified
