    @TalkTalk Been sending so many DMs with no response. I'm fed up. You just cannot phone me to help. Been leaving so many messages. You've even set up another direct debit but still refuse to send someone to help set me up. I'm disgusted.

    @TalkTalk My 92 year old mother who lives alone has had no landline or internet or medic emergency line for 48 hours. You’ve cheerfully acknowledged the logged outage in an email that she (obvs) can’t access. When are you going to fix it?

    @TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

    @TalkTalk Tried to close my account today, cancellation fees are extortionate! No flexibility or reasoning. Just expect you to pay 7 months up front to cancel.I explained my circumstances , the manager was consulted, still outcome was nothing.Raised a complaint & seeking legal advice.

    @TalkTalk I've now called three times to cancel because of your poor speeds and bad customer service - once I was transfered to the beginning of your options and twice I've been hung up on. Pretty glad I'm in a position to switch providers..

    @talktalk - appalling customer services! Several promise’s to call back - nothing. Over 5hrs wasted on the phone trying to cancel account. Disgusting!!
