    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

    @OpenreachHelp @thorpstaveley I confirm what Stephen says. I've also reported the BD16 issue to TalkTalk. A number of local businesses are also reporting they can't take online payments through BT. I understand that Openreach, BT and TalkTalk are all connected. The issue has now been ongoing over 10 hours.

    @TalkTalk Saturday, 29th May - Please provide update on current issue in Bingley, West Yorkshire (post code area BD16). No phone or internet since 5:30am this morning. That's over 7 hours. I understand there is a network issue ... but what is the present situation?
