For my UK friends...please avoid @TalkTalk and their network services. You will be more offline than online and they will not make the best as possible to fix it as soon as possible.

@TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

@TalkTalk This is getting funny, @TalkTalk . The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... But it seems any penalty will worth the change...

A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

@TalkTalk @number1daz This link is the biggest joke. I would advise nobody waste their time running a line check. You could log a complaint about your Dominos arriving late and TalkTalk would still as you to run a line check. It always works so therefor it’s never their problem.

@TalkTalk This is now getting beyond a joke. An intermittent connection in BD16 & surrounding area for 33+ hours!! No updates, no estimate as to when it will be fixed. I strongly suspect you don’t even know what the issue is. No internet = loss off earnings for some people.

@TalkTalk No point sending a DM. You must have received enough DM's to establish there is a major problem in the area. Yet we are yet to see any improvement to the situation after 33 hours! Please just fix the issue.
