So 76 year old isolating parents only have access to family via internet cant upgrade their poor package - bought them a portal and it’s connection is poor due to @TalkTalk lack of service and care.

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

Beware @TalkTalk, they persuade you to change your broadband package without telling you that your router won't be able to cope with the change. Result: no internet and hours on the phone (a wonderfully helpful person, thankfully). No easy fix either - an engingeer is booked.
