When I sign up to my acct, it says the fault is being investigated. In the meantime, I have no landline service nor TV (fire stick) I’m having to use my mobile data as 1/2

You can have a paper bill. Just renegotiated my 'package', down! They did tell me to get the 'App' though, as always now.

The arbitration service they put me through to, previously, would only accept online complaint. I gave up - far too complex and time consuming. Time to leave TalkTalk.
