@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

@TalkTalk recently selected a move date for our service, stopped in the current address today on the 8th and we selected the 11th as the new go live date. Now we have been told it will be the 19th after planning our whole move around this date. Customer service was useless, Help!

I urge everyone to not use @TalkTalk internet. I’ve waited 9 days for an engineer to come out to sort out the internet in my new home and they never turned up. When I called to ask about this they said he’d been out. And now, a day later, they’re saying he has not come out. Shame
