@TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

When @TalkTalk tell your the issues will be sorted and then just as the time limit of when you can cancel finishes it starts playing up again. 🤬 you can only have a technical issue after 9am. They should pay the customers to use them, as it never works

@TalkTalk Need FTTP that everyone else is offering, all i can get from talktalk is fiber 65 which is not FTTP, Vodafone, sky, plusnet and BT all offer this, I cannot get through on your customer helpline.
