A 5 minute issue! That went on for 10 days! All because @TalkTalk are stubborn idiots who never listen, even the engineer said how bad you guys are! Horrible customer service! I certainly would not recommend talk talk to anyone! 10 days wasted! I will not be paying 10 days

@heyimsally You don’t seem to be getting much help here. For every good review, someone tells you they’ve had issues. From my personal experience, avoid Virgin and TalkTalk. I’ve had no issues with Vodafone since connecting last July. BT guarantee don’t they & provide free plug-in boosters?

@TalkTalk Nothing to check on my account, 20 years experience in IT shows it to be your end but am sure you know that. Fairly obvious when there is a connection but DNS not working, especially still not working after router reboot.
