Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

Your staff just asking for account details again which we can’t get because Mum is a dementia sufferer

My 83 yr old dementia patient mother needs live in care - your broadband has been down for months. She has lost capacity to operate her account and you won’t help because we “aren’t account holders”.

My very elderly grandparents are unable to make any outgoing calls and you can't call them to help fix it but you are able to call my sister back if the call she was making to you disconnected?!?!
