@TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone for over 40 mins. Called one number first (the one on the website) to freeze our account while we move home. Been told to call another number to do so, been waiting on the line for over 20 mins. Shouldn’t be this difficult for a customer (1)

It’s like shooting fish in a barrel and I’m sure others have pointed it out but: Dido Harding is best known for presiding over huge data breach at TalkTalk - and now facing huge data issues at Test and Trace. IT does not seem to be a strong point.

Anyone else think @TalkTalk internet is completely subpar, also cutting my internet in the middle of the day having to wait for it to come online up to 24 hours while working at home. Just let me cancel early and get a good ISP.

I don't know if anyone has ever spent 25 minutes on the phone to TalkTalk because your internet is broken, only to find out that actually you just need to plug your phone line back in... but I have and I feel like a right ***.
