    I can’t believe @TalkTalk are still trying to charge me money after they called me asking if I wanted to cancel my internet and I said yes!

    @TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

    @TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to contact you regarding a fault with my YouView box. Your customer service number does not allow customers to get through direct to actually talk to somebody. I’ve given you my number for a call back and still no call back.

    @TalkTalk Yes but they haven’t actually helped us because you don’t have a policy to help relatives of vulnerable people so we are still stuck. Your staff just asking for account details again which we can’t get because Mum is a dementia sufferer

    @TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

    NEVER EVER switch to TalkTalk under any circumstances. They are rotten without a proper customer service hotline or technical support. You will regret switching trust me.

    For my UK friends...please avoid @TalkTalk and their network services. You will be more offline than online and they will not make the best as possible to fix it as soon as possible.

    @TalkTalk Hi Nikki, Why would I talk to anyone at TalkTalk when history shows that nobody listens?! If you want to resolve this issue, you can give me a ring, but I have wasted hours on this and everyone at TalkTalk has treated me like something they found on the bottom of their shoe.

    @TalkTalk My WiFi has been acting up for the past 3 days now. Its been slow, keeps cutting out and when I reset it, it takes about 10 mins to come back online, and even then it shows a red dot above internet on my router. Any help?

    In over 15 support sessions, @TalkTalk support staff were not able to figure out what the engineer found in 1 minute. I am on the wrong damn account since Dec 18. Please let me talk to someone that isn't using a cheat sheet to do their job.

    @McGiff Quite a few of th public are getting shut down too, for sharing similar tweets to yours & talktalk etc.. star_vibes who you follow got shut down, account seen as suspicious but nothing sus about their twts at all, others being unfairly taken down too : (
