    Unbelievable customer service from @TalkTalk - broadband service switched over today. Sky box won’t connect to the WiFi. Customer services said it would only work as a wired connection!!! Why am I paying for WiFi then???

    @TalkTalk I get the weather has been bad but what am I actually paying for? My wifi cuts out basically every 20mins, I just end up using my data and sitting in silence on my days off....fun 🙃

    @TalkTalk two outages at my parents home without phone line after 'upgrade' - 2 weeks without phone line because it was problem at your end and now several days issue on phone line, waiting hours on phone before being cut off and waiting hours to speak to online agents.

    Keep well away from @TalkTalk joke of a company. Just spent two hours trying to find out why my interest is sh1te only to be told can’t find a problem and not prepared to do a follow up call. Great customer service 👍😡
