    @VodafoneUK I've been Vodafone customer almost 2years. A sales person called me with broadband and landline offer, I switched from the talktalk. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

    Unbelievable customer service from @TalkTalk - broadband service switched over today. Sky box won’t connect to the WiFi. Customer services said it would only work as a wired connection!!! Why am I paying for WiFi then???

    @TalkTalk 3rd time trying to cancel this shocking service. 3 times I've been told it's been cancelled yet still receiving emails telling me an engineer is coming 3 months too late. Live chat and phone calls an absolute waste of time. Was told to cancel direct debits by callcentre

    Wow @TalkTalk and their customer service is on point. Not. Speak to them on chat apparently they can’t do it told to ring the number closed he then tells me he’ll pass me on. No replies. Apparently chats now closed too. Maybe it’s not worth being a new customer after all 🤔

    @TalkTalk I see customer service still hopeless. I’ve just spent 40 mins trying to book an engineer you asked me to book - on the number you text me - and had to give up after three operators couldn’t help me. Pls contact me. 🤯
