Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

@TalkTalk 1.5 hours on the phone to you and still refusing to cancel our contract -£115 last month, £111 this month and no internet/broadband today.. you want MORE money for us to pay for an engineer and us to wait 3 days for them. NO-just cancel it!!!

@Isango8 @TalkTalk talktalk are relentless...i ttook them up on an offer of internet & tv earlier in the year,it never worked once..i carried on with virgin..they wouldnt stop hitting me up with bills,it went on for months...they stressed me right out..its disgusting how they do business

@TalkTalk Hello Talktalk, my landline has not worked since the 18th of November 2022 and despite ringing Talktalk fibre faults and also speaking to the customer complaints department I can’t Get it fixed and no one wil ring me back even though they promise to do so and text me a time
