    Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

    @TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

    .@TalkTalk your customer service is APPALLING. My 83 yr old dementia patient mother needs live in care - your broadband has been down for months. She has lost capacity to operate her account and you won’t help because we “aren’t account holders”.

    NEVER EVER switch to TalkTalk under any circumstances. They are rotten without a proper customer service hotline or technical support. You will regret switching trust me.

    @TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

    @TalkTalk Yes but they haven’t actually helped us because you don’t have a policy to help relatives of vulnerable people so we are still stuck. Your staff just asking for account details again which we can’t get because Mum is a dementia sufferer

    @TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

    @TalkTalk Today is my activation date and I’ve received emails to say that my service is now live but still just have constant blinking amber light… everything is connected correctly, have tried resetting and still nothing

    @jed_dyson @TalkTalk I'm still getting emails saying the bill for my late husband's phone is ready to view, despite being told 3 yrs ago of his death. I just ignore. As for providers, if you are looking elsewhere I can highly recommend @zeninternet There customer service is 2nd to none.

    @TalkTalk hi there. A TalkTalk engineer visited my mother this morning as she has no dial tone on her phone. He said it was an Open Reach issue, however she has just received an automated text saying to check her equipment. Her phone has been out of order since last Tuesday.

    @TalkTalk I spoke to customer service and they said I would be disconnected at the end of my contracted date of 18 months with no extra charge. 2 months later still connected even though I'm now on virgin. The equipment is disconnected ready to return.

    @SkullPirateMike @TalkTalk We've had such a bad experience just trying to speak to a person that dragging it out on Twitter seemed the more productive option in the end.
