@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

Don’t go anywhere near @TalkTalk ! I’ve been trying to get my father some help with them but they just tried to sell him a new contract instead. Thankfully I was listening on speaker phone. Absolutely no ethics at all
