Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Added the service, gave me £4 discount off my monthly bill then found another offer £2 less. So I have an extra service plus £5 a month saving for 18 months. Change to @TalkTalk they are excellent.
