@TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

@TalkTalk 1.5 hours on the phone to you and still refusing to cancel our contract -£115 last month, £111 this month and no internet/broadband today.. you want MORE money for us to pay for an engineer and us to wait 3 days for them. NO-just cancel it!!!

@TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

@TalkTalk Yeah he has already talked to an Account Holder several times and keeps getting given pretty terrible customer service. If you are willing to phone him and take it seriously its might be better as so far it's been uneventful.

There’s a clear difference between @bt_uk and @TalkTalk customer service. Trying to move to BT but Lockdown stopping the engineers coming out so now TalkTalk upping the bill and can’t remove things they’ve added because BT own the contract. 🙄

As the account holder, I deplore @talktalk for their ability to get running in my new home. 3 weeks delay on service, 3 weeks delay on a complaint and now that an engineer has approved my service through home visit, they still say I have to wait for it to be switched on!

@tomfenn8 @SkyNews @SkyBroadband Is this your usual broadband speed? I ask because I know someone who lives in a large town who gets not much more than this all the time, as do two or three houses on either side. They're with Talktalk. I'm on Sky and have never had problems.

@TalkTalk I have a new router. The speed is still abysmally slow despite many checks from you. It is now stating 'About Your Router You have a Sagemcom-FAST5364 but the software needs updating to the latest version' Please help.
