    @TalkTalk my WiFi is currently down and was down last night too. I was in the middle of an important work project and am missing a meeting right now because of this. Are there issues in my area? This is of vital importance for me to have sorted ASAP.

    @TalkTalk I get the weather has been bad but what am I actually paying for? My wifi cuts out basically every 20mins, I just end up using my data and sitting in silence on my days off....fun 🙃

    @TalkTalk My fancy new fibre line stalls every evening without fail at 10.01 pm. It’s not the end of the world to me but the moaning from the wife is getting a little out of control when Line Dancing with Debbie McGee or whatever **** she watches stalls. Please help!

    @TalkTalk Yeah my fibre connection has dropped about 7.40pm. Tried rebooting router. Looked at status monitor and it doesn't show any issues, buy no connection.

    @TalkTalk @elliesaysthings Your system status says you have a network issue. If you look at other tweets, there seem to be incidents all across West Yorkshire. Can you get a Problem Manager to link these together, and then give a simple update that customers can understand, with an estimated fix time?

    @TalkTalk I live in the LS5 area and my internet hasn’t been working for the past 30 mins! Been turning router on and off etc and still not working. White light is on though!

    @talktalk please sort the broadband in SE4, outages while you roll out the new faster services is not acceptable to current subscribers! Issues must be widespread as your support chat is also unavailable?!!
