@prithyyy @TalkTalk Talktalk are quite possibly the worst internet provider out there! Got my whole family to sign up with them last year and they are all cancelling their contracts as soon as they are able to. Absolutely horrific and I am going to make sure I warn as many as possible!

@TalkTalk I'm disabled & alone. At 03:00 27.05.2022 the TV, broadband & landline went down. I contacted technical support, they were unhelpful & kept saying that my line was OK, one person I was put through to was talking to colleagues & laughing & cut me off. It's ridiculous 😒

Hi @TalkTalk I’m a long term customer of TT and have just taken delivery of a new router. Back on contract as it was cheaper than the package I was on. The router looks exactly the same, do I need to change all the cables old for new? It’s a hassle & if I don’t need to I won’t
