@TalkTalk I get the weather has been bad but what am I actually paying for? My wifi cuts out basically every 20mins, I just end up using my data and sitting in silence on my days off....fun 🙃

Unbelievable customer service from @TalkTalk - broadband service switched over today. Sky box won’t connect to the WiFi. Customer services said it would only work as a wired connection!!! Why am I paying for WiFi then???

@VodafoneUK I've been Vodafone customer almost 2years. A sales person called me with broadband and landline offer, I switched from the talktalk. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

@Linzii1616 @TalkTalk I was still paying them even though I wasn’t getting the service, it wasn’t working at all. i emailed and phoned countless times and even wrote a letter to them! and it never ever got fixed so i stopped paying, now they just harass me with letters and emails

@TalkTalk I’ve logged in to my account and cancelled this. However I don’t want charge for this this month. I only use broadband and now have an extra £14 coming out my account on 12/2 for a service that is paid in advance until 3/3
