@TalkTalk my WiFi is down yet again and trying the phone line multiple times gets me nowhere, it just says to call back in a couple of hours and hangs up. Please advise. Broadband is essential for ppl right now and this is terrible customer service!

@prithyyy @TalkTalk Talktalk are quite possibly the worst internet provider out there! Got my whole family to sign up with them last year and they are all cancelling their contracts as soon as they are able to. Absolutely horrific and I am going to make sure I warn as many as possible!

Disgusted with @talktalk “customer service”. My elderly mother lives on her own and has recently had a stroke can’t get anyone to sort out her talk talk internet for “a few days”. She relies heavily on the internet for shopping, banking and socialising. Causing much distress.

@TalkTalk I have had my service cutting off almost every day for a week straight. It disappears anywhere from 30 min to a couple of hours and no amount of router restarts help. Every time I've contacted you I get told nothing's wrong and I'm this close 🤏 to ditching you.
