@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

@TalkTalk no internet since Tuesday 16.00. 2 BT openreach engineers who said the fault is not their issue.Many houses on street SW18 affected. Come on Talktalk, service should be better! Faults happen but need better communication. Houses with other providers constantly updated!

@TalkTalk 1.5h yesterday on the chat mum sat and told to call (she can't hear on phone). 0.5h on the phone with my support, transferred to 3 people (wrong last person I've been told), waiting for another transfer, call cut. HOW ON EARTH we can cancel the contract!?!?!?

Had a moan on Twitter yesterday about TalkTalk, they won’t help you via phone or web chat but they reply to a twitter message. A small hint instead of monitoring Twitter put those people on the customer service desk. You may find your customers like it.
