    @TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone for over 40 mins. Called one number first (the one on the website) to freeze our account while we move home. Been told to call another number to do so, been waiting on the line for over 20 mins. Shouldn’t be this difficult for a customer (1)

    @TalkTalk hi. Everytime I split my wifi I run into problems. From low speeds to continuous disconnect/connect. I have to split the network because without splitting it I have another set of problems. 1/2

    @talktalk Having made an offer to pay in instalments that was refused, I was told my account would be passed to a debt collector!!! Yet, you have not done so but continue to add charges. I will be forwarding my issue to ofcom. TT’s level of customer service is a disgrace

    I'm sick of TalkTalk just adding extras to my account when I've specifically indicated that I don't ******* want them. Their website is so bad too. Extra £4 this month for some **** I don't want and wouldn't use.
