It’s like shooting fish in a barrel and I’m sure others have pointed it out but: Dido Harding is best known for presiding over huge data breach at TalkTalk - and now facing huge data issues at Test and Trace. IT does not seem to be a strong point.

@TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone for over 40 mins. Called one number first (the one on the website) to freeze our account while we move home. Been told to call another number to do so, been waiting on the line for over 20 mins. Shouldn’t be this difficult for a customer (1)

Remote support for a friend’s computer that was having strange issues. Teamviewer failed to connect so I figured this was related. An hour’s debugging later and it turns out the ISP (TalkTalk) is blocking Teamviewer as it’s used by scammers.

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@TalkTalk I've been trying to upgrade my account for several weeks and your online platform isn't working, your customer advisors are unhelpful and terminate calls. If the upgrade isn't completed tomorrow I will be charged an alpt to keep the same service. Unacceptable.

@TalkTalk No, we haven't installed it. Our internet was fine until 11pm yesterday. I tried to log in to my Talk Talk a/c this morning and your website said it was down and that you were doing maintenance on your website.
