    @TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

    @TalkTalk can you explain me why I received a letter from your company telling me that someone had contacted your company telling them that they were moving into my house and wanted to have your broadband etc to no knowledge to me then you contacted my provider to cancel

    @TalkTalk the customer service staff now ended the call without completing the call. She thought I was on hold but I can hear her conversation with her colleagues. Great customer service 👎

    @TalkTalk AVOID TalkTalk. Despite switching away from them, they continue refuse to accept that they are no longer providing us a service and continue to bill us. They are trying to extort money from us by keeping the bills outstanding and discrediting our credit rating.

    @TalkTalk Your status page for this now says no problems. But I still have no internet - DSL is fine. I cannot run your status checker because I am a Utility Warehouse customer. I can't report that this area is still faulty. My entry to your network is usually identified as Preston.
