Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

@TalkTalk this is the 4th day (5th if you include all day friday) since my internet went down around lunch time last friday (the 11th Nov), thats over 96hrs without internet. It still hasn't been fixed despite assurances an engineer was on their way to the exchange yesterday.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup They just make stuff up, Mike.Found that out when I was promised a letter I needed,which never came..Beware 0345 numbers, they will show up in your phone bill,mucho expensive!Talk Talk has/had, a very bad rep, thought they went out of business years ago? They are not BT anymore.

My broadband contract with Talktalk finished and they said hey, carry on month by month for £25, which is less than I was paying. "Just click to confirm". Easy! New bill is £38! Cheeky, conning MOTHER. *******. have re-added some boost bullshit add on I never used and don't want!

@talktalk Broadband internet gone down again tonight. Seems a regular occurrence post midnight for TT to have issues. Of cause their ‘status’ pages says everything is fine. Yet! Rebooted router as you do and still issues. Crap
