@TalkTalk you are the worst WiFi service provider in the entire solar system I still have had no contact from any of your customer service. As soon as my WiFi is fixed I will be terminating my contract.

@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

@TalkTalk hello.I am no longer a Talk Talk Customer. I would like confirmation that I am no longer being charged as of 16/11. Tried calling customer service but it asks me for Talk Talk landline. Don’t want to go on chat as it took 2 hours last time and they didn’t solve my issue

@TalkTalk Still Internet messing about in TN35 when is it actually going to be sorted out only getting 4mbs on fibre broadband should be getting 27mbs. Don't ask me to DM your company as all your advisors want to do is charge customers £50 to sort up your companies outage problems 😡😡😡😡
