@Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

@AimeeVictoria_5 @TalkTalk I had the same problem..due to old BT lines…after 3 engineers visits who couldn’t fix it.Cancelled..they tried to charge me lots of money..told them they were in breach of contract..TalkTalk cancelled all charges and I got a refund
