@prithyyy @TalkTalk Talktalk are quite possibly the worst internet provider out there! Got my whole family to sign up with them last year and they are all cancelling their contracts as soon as they are able to. Absolutely horrific and I am going to make sure I warn as many as possible!

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

so much hassle trying to cancel our @TalkTalk contract after the price rise. Then trying to tell us we had a variable contract (I have the order email stating fixed price) ... now to wait for “back office” to accept our cancellation 😴. What a drama 😶.

This now impacts my work stuff as I require a fast Internet to work on my work packages. Avoid @TalkTalk people, they really haven’t got a clue. Their customer support treat you like an idiot - even though I work in IT and know what I’m going on about.
