    Utterly useless service from AOL/Yahoo/TalkTalk yet again following my complaint reference the breakdown/failure of their systems. So irritating when you pay for a service and don't get it. I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. @AOL

    @TalkTalk Seems to be working now. But recently on many occasions I get Red light & I pull out router power plug & push it back in. Service is becoming patchy at times

    @TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

    I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

    @TalkTalk Not really. After waiting weeks to find out talktalk isn’t available in my area after a system error, I now have to wait to cancel my subscription because of yet another system error.

    @TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

    @TalkTalk can you explain me why I received a letter from your company telling me that someone had contacted your company telling them that they were moving into my house and wanted to have your broadband etc to no knowledge to me then you contacted my provider to cancel

    @TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk He can’t be helped. He was complaining that your call center staff are in the Philippines and don’t speak English, but somehow they managed to increase his DSL Speed anyway. He’s just a Bigot. Not your problem 👍

    @TalkTalk No where froward here chat agent useless gave me this number 03451725146 this is not even in service I'll email offcom to get them to intervien as your clearly blocking people from cancelling in the 20 day period

    @TalkTalk hello, my house move broadband activation was supposed to go live today after weeks of delay from moving in but I still have no connection… Is it possible to get an update on what is wrong/why it hasn’t gone live yet? Pretty poor to be paying for a day with no service.
