    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    @TalkTalk O really u day here to HELP Well like I said 8 days ago my 80 years mum stuck in doors on her own no phone or internet since 20 feb SUPPOSED to send someone Saturday ( rang sat AM No couldn’t come not enough engineers GOT TO wait now till 8 March YOUR SERVICE SINKS 😡😡

    @TalkTalk My internet went down about 2 hours ago and no sign of it coming back yet. Working off 4G data at the moment. And it’s affected my Sky . Any idea what time it’ll be back again?

    @TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

    My broadband contract with Talktalk finished and they said hey, carry on month by month for £25, which is less than I was paying. "Just click to confirm". Easy! New bill is £38! Cheeky, conning MOTHER. *******. have re-added some boost bullshit add on I never used and don't want!

    @TalkTalk Nothing ever gets fixed though does it, its just endless chat with multiple people, unless you withhold payment then accounts are **** hot but your still without service a vast amount of time. #talktalk 💯 % waste of money

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup The only thing a customer can do when presented with an unacceptable level of service is to cancel their contract if possible and move their services to another provider.. Thanks for making thousands of people aware that TalkTalk simply don't care.!

    @TalkTalk You charged me £50 in error. I repeated myself to 4 agents for hours to get a refund agreed, but then you didn't do it! Then you promise you definitely won't take it but have, that's stealing. Return it! Your error! Not waiting 7 days! Yet another chat! Always issues @TalkTalk
