    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @TalkTalk engineer came to connect my service - (new customer) dreadful and made no effort. Said he could not connect and left without a word. Before he left he complained his 9 weeks furlough was not enough! No wonder he never connected me. No heart in it. Dreadful

    @UB5simon I'm on TalkTalk. They're not perfect but my research tells me none of them are. I hardly ever get connectivity problems & they're cheap. I now find the best approach to customer services is to avoid them unless 100% necessary, which means only when I have a hardware problem.

    Remote support for a friend’s computer that was having strange issues. Teamviewer failed to connect so I figured this was related. An hour’s debugging later and it turns out the ISP (TalkTalk) is blocking Teamviewer as it’s used by scammers.

    @TalkTalk Ive filed yet another complaint and im waiting for a manager callback. You call centre is a clown show and an absolute joke. They are rude, unintelligent, they have no idea of the products and hang up when you complain. I will never use Talktalk once my contract is up. A joke

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the offer, I don't currently have any problems but often find it frustrating dealing with TalkTalk technical support who just seem to be reading off scripts. On one occasion after it took a month to resolve an issue created by operator error, I even got an apology!

    Trying to get a fault fixed on phone and broadband by @TalkTalkGroup a complete disaster. Everything is great when it works but if its not they are terrible. I wonder if they reimburse you for allnthe things that run via broadband that also don't work! #talktalk

    30 seconds after posting my last Tweet I received a text from TalkTalk saying they have tested my connection and there is no problem. Then directed me back to their website, which is no help whatsoever! If only I could talk to someone, I could explain the problem, but…
