    @virginmedia London EC1 is out. Seems a mast has been damaged in the brief heavy storm that hit London moments before. An act of god however don’t believe in him! At least I get usually get 99% great service from virgin :)

    @virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

    @virginmedia customer service is shocking, no Broadband or TV and when you call to find out an update you get a recorded messsge “Sorry lines are busy please try later” or try another service provider.

    @virginmedia I don’t doubt its@the first slot but the service is still appalling. This could have been sorted months ago without this £25 if you call us again within a month threat. It’s just not on! I fail to see what it is I have paid for in the last 4 months not service of any kind

    @virginmedia The original was pixelated and freezing. New box now@stuck in welcome screen no luck on phone engineer for a third time coming Monday but that’s another week with no service and months of crap service in the past. #lastchance

    @virginmedia Hasn’t been processed; they won’t do anything till it’s been made live. There’s a house within WiFi range that has virgin as the network is available to me on my laptop. I’m now without internet for an unknown period as install was due to be this past Monday. I need a dongle..

    @virginmedia what a week indeed! Finally thought I’d solved the TV issues we’ve had for months with a new box, that’s buggered after 4 days and in the middle of a World Cup I need to wait a week for an engineer! Sort out your customer service!!!
