@virginmedia not the best time to have an outage if all your services!!! Happens far to often for my liking and often for hours on end if not the whole day. As a home worker I rely on my internet connection!!! Sort it out!!!

@virginmedia @virginhelp #internet. This hasn’t been resolved Virgin. Virgin Media told The Sun some of its 8.7million customers experienced a brief issue with their TV service this morning but says this has now been resolved.

@virginmedia I have been on the phone to customer services about 4 times now since Friday. I have been misled, prices change every time you call up. I have been with Virgin for 5 years, service is appalling. I eventually got through to someone again tonight and then got cut off
