    @EE Reach the 12th month in April I think. Plan on going into a store to re-negotiate another year but as @virginmedia use your network and if they offer the same services then really comes down to paying less for receiving the same :) no hard feelings 😘

    @virginmedia over 2 years of daily intermittent broadband caused by you and hidden - I can’t get a fix. Now tv box and router both don’t work. 3 hours wasted on phone, 3 dropped calls and sorry doesn’t cut it.

    @virginmedia No, there is an IT fault on my account which is stopping a call being raised for an engineer to call out. Your IT people were notified 12 days ago and have still not rectified the problem.That is what is causing the whole problem.

    @virginmedia There is an IT fault on my account that is stopping you issuing an engineer visit to my property. This is what's causing the main problem your IT dept have not fixed the problem they have known about this since 7th March.

    Two virgin media dudes came to fix my WiFi last year and I basically had to argue with them to remove their shoes before coming in. I even said u can keep socks on. One straight up just refused. I told him he could stay outside then and he did lmao 😂 so whack

    @virginmedia It's sorted Virgin should have a button on their desktop to cancel contracts because the process was so stressful I will never recommended virgin media to anyone.

    @virginmedia Our computers have not been able to log in since Friday pm - we have rung the helpline an automated check asked us 15 mins ago to reset the router and wait 10 mins - we have and it’s still not working. Just renewed my contract with you in Thursday and now patchy

    @virginmedia Able to speak to someone after nearly waiting 1hour, so 5hrs in total this week to no avail.Advised Internet won't be working until 23rd,so a week of poor service. Not advised Internet would be gone,website still showing incorrect info and won't be advised when it's working.

    @virginmedia Text on the number given yesterday, I was assured it was all sorted. Nothing showing in my orders, contacted someone on the same number via text today who stated they can't help me and I need to contact someone else. Someone is lying. Just send me my kit, such a hassle.
