    @virginmedia Why do you offer a text service ? Then respond 24 hours later or don’t respond at all.I spent in totally 2 hours on the phone trying to speak to virgin media , but if I was a new Customer you pick up the phone within 2 mins . My broadband is down again

    @zesty_al @virginmedia You have 14 days cooling off period you can cancel,Virgin media don’t pick up their phone calls and their text services is a joke , and your can’t email them , you gotta write to them how inconvenient is that for customers 😡

    @ItsDaveClayton @virginmedia Business or Residential service? We switched to VM Business two years ago and it is night & day better. Wi-Fi switched off at router and BT Home Hub used to distribute Wi-Fi throughout the house. I get 550 to the house and over 200 in other rooms

    @virginmedia I am so disappointed with the service. I moved to my house in August and joined Virgin Media because I thought they had the best service. To date we are not connected and the date we were given is 29th December!! Point to note that we have no internet in the house!

    @MendingTheGap @virginmedia Hello Sir , I have wasted 2 hours trying to ring them . If you wanna signed up you are speaking to a member a staff in less then a minute, try and cancel different story all together,serious go with SKY who will Assit you alot better

    Anyone else left virgin media and can explain my final bill. We have now served our 30 day notice our service was cut off today. We got billed on the 12th of every month. We just got another bill with a credit and a readjustment to the final amount due Is this normal B.

    @MBRL13 @virginmedia Hello you’re lucky,I have to tired to cancel with Virgin media on a Number occasions via their silly text message service.i found it strange you can’t cancelled via email only my letter or telephone call , from May to November one one picks up the phones

    @virginmedia They said that the 14 day cancellation period is only available to new customers and that I’d been a customer for 17 years so I couldn’t cancel. The only reason I went ahead with the new contract is for that very reason! Yes a case has been raised but no response. Waiting 17 days

    @virginmedia No. Apparently that's not an option either. It's just rubbish. More financial pressure added to my life that I just don't need. Its never been an issue in the past I've always been able to just call up and either increase or decrease my package when I need to.

    @virginmedia . Two hours of calls to renegotiate my deal. No record of 1st conversation. No call back from 2nd operative now cut off by a 3rd. Why did I give a number in case of cut off ?? Exasperated is not the word for a customer of over 20 years. Shocking service.

    @virginmedia Since changing my plan a few months ago I’ve not been able to get into my emails. I get a page not found error message. 2 phone calls to you & both times being told it will be sorted but still nothing has happened. How can I escalate this above the 1st line support?

    Just spent the best part of an hour trying to contact Virgin media, eventually someone answered, then I was told they "couldn't deal with my issue because there systems were down" What an unprofessional shower of people in charge. Unbelievable!

    I was just ghosted by a @virginmedia customer retention agent on their online chat... That is not how you get a customer to stay on! Three hours wasted in total.
