    @virginmedia As I mentioned earlier, i tried calling multiple times with wait time between 60-120 mins and got no response back. Tried reaching out on twitter and got no response. The complaint is not resolved from my side at least, not surr of that closed on your end.

    Having to use my phone data to tether my laptop for work as @virginmedia broadband has gone down. Ran through diags and it’s said an engineer needs to attend 🙄 Managed to get an appointment between 12-4 today which is surprising!

    @virginmedia Yeah it appears so but I only signed up a month ago but this issue has been going on since April! Someone could have told me at the time of signing up! Rather I sign up for M350, call to complain of issue & your agent upgrades me to M500 instead! Same issues
