    @virginmedia The issue has been constant for 2 weeks. Option 2 at the second press is when calling about an account different to the one I'm calling from.

    So. I've now had 3 @virginmedia techies in 2 days tell me they've resolved my issue. That remains to be seen. It in no way excuses the engineer no-show 🤬🤬🤬

    @virginmedia It's not an "issue", it's a serious problem caused by a dysfunctional corporation. The price rise was bad enough, on top of already high prices (£55 for just phone and broadband), but this has pushed me over the edge and I'm for the off. Beardie Branson can shove it up his hole.

    @virginmedia was promised a free wifi pod by your customer service weeks ago have heard nor received anything!! also our wifi drops in and out all day sometimes every 10 minutes , been happening for a couple of months . How are you going to fix this problem?

    @virginmedia I knew there was an issue at 3am when my alarm failed over to mobile data as a backup. How did it take you til 8:20 to put the message out there? People will, to some degree, accept the downtime. They won't accept the poor comms to any degree.
