@virginmedia I wrote a letter of complaint about the state the road was left outside my house after your works putting new cable in. I’ve had 1 reply advising I would be contacted. I’m still waiting from December 2018. Can you give me any contact details where I will get a reply.

@virginmedia Not been given anything. I called Friday regarding my bill. Left my contact details and was told within 48 hours I would get a call back. I was hoping to not have to escalate to a complaint and for it to be dealt with via the manager who was going to call me.....WITHIN 48 HOURS!

@vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness F006897332 - it would be helpful if your team in Manila listened to customers rather than taking a robotic approach to support. I had to demand that a firmware downgrade take place - even after they admitted that would fix the issue.

@virginmedia Yes on both devices. It does state there is an issue in the area but the time for an engineer has been pushed back from 3pm to nearly midnight. Is this correct? We are still work from home so this isn’t ideal. Thanks
