    @virginmedia That link is no help at all, as it says no issues. I've just rung VM for the 7th time today and the automated message says there is an issue for my postcode and they are dealing with it. The same message as yesterday and the day before!

    @virginmedia Should be receiving 4g fine in my area I have reset setting changed SIM card. Manually adjusted network checked other settings.

    @virginmedia Nothing really. Usually it my phone or my wife’s phone but never your equipment. The same issue happened a few weeks ago and we were told it was a local fault and they were fixing it. Which it did get fixed but yet again it’s not working now.

    @virginmedia 3. I've done a service status by dialing 150. I'm told I have to reboot router. I can't do this in bed ar night as I'm disabled & have to wait for my çarer to arrive in morning to do this, leaving me isolated with no Alexa entertainment, e.g music, audio books, quizzes, etc. Help
