    @virginmedia No updated fix time, as it shows all services as green, and can't detect a problem. It asks us to phone you on 151 to do a little more "digging", but the phone line is DOWN. Oh, and the chatbot doesn't deal with landline issues apparently. Now what???

    @virginmedia I’ve been with Virgin Media now for well over twenty years but I’m not happy with customer services whatsoever especially having the phone put down on me on two occasions ! 😡

    @yicker @virginmedia Had the same thing when my Gran was poorly, trying to explain to HMRC why they couldn’t visit her for an assessment - eventually I had to say “look, she’s dying” Bloody awful . Hope you’re ok xxx

    @virginmedia Thanks Anthony did arrive but very late and well after our 'slot' - he was under the impression customer services would have let us know? Such a shame to have had to complain, as he was so efficient and sorted things for us. Communication is key though!

    @virginmedia also since my contract inception May I’ve had no 5G or 4G just 3G which is extremely slow when processing fast is needed. Extremely poor & I’m a long standing loyal customer of Virgin Media for over 20 years when it was called Cable Wireless (NTL)😡

    So @virginmedia think it's OK to increase my broadband price by 25% mid contract and then impose new terms for yearly increases of RPI +3.9% with No right to cancel. 🤔 I will cancel now just out of principle. @MartinSLewis I hope you are all over this one!

    @AshScrivens @virginmedia I'm probably going to do the same. I've only been on my current deal for about six months. And they're now changing the T&Cs so you can't cancel when they increase in future too.

    @virginmedia No, and right now I won't because I will just use another device for Britbox. I just want to tell you of the issue incase you get more similar faults. I'll revisit the situation in a while. Not sure what else to do now!

    @AshScrivens @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I’m not far behind after a 7 year customer and now out of contract they’ve put my broadband only up to £60 a month. Community Fibre for a faster speed at £25!
