    @virginmedia Down for both. Yesterday for about 2.5 hours. Today it went down for 30 minutes and again go down, so far, 15 minutes and counting. App/Website says estimated fix 3pm.

    @virginmedia gross incompetence shown in L35 area today. Basically no broadband for 14 hours. No indication as to why and each hour the time of resolution extended. Not a good advert for the service. Go with Sky is my suggestion

    @virginmedia No updated fix time, as it shows all services as green, and can't detect a problem. It asks us to phone you on 151 to do a little more "digging", but the phone line is DOWN. Oh, and the chatbot doesn't deal with landline issues apparently. Now what???

    @virginmedia App, website and number all day issue is resolved. But still no WiFi. Turned router off & on again. Nothing

    @virginmedia also since my contract inception May I’ve had no 5G or 4G just 3G which is extremely slow when processing fast is needed. Extremely poor & I’m a long standing loyal customer of Virgin Media for over 20 years when it was called Cable Wireless (NTL)😡

    @yicker @virginmedia Had the same thing when my Gran was poorly, trying to explain to HMRC why they couldn’t visit her for an assessment - eventually I had to say “look, she’s dying” Bloody awful . Hope you’re ok xxx

    @virginmedia Hi. I've had major issues since I rejoined Virgin just before Christmas. I was passed to the Elite team, who did what they could to resolve the Wi-Fi signal issues I was having. Now in the last 48 hours the WiFi has gone down twice for several hours. But yesterday TV & phone too

    The interminable menus on the Virgin Media customer line lasted 3 minutes and 20 seconds just now, most of it being lectured on how efficient this would make my as yet unanswered call.

    @StuHannam @virginmedia Sorry Stu - I didn’t log back on. The Engineers were almost outside my house. They said an outage cause 3power boards to trip and blow - they were replaced and it was fixed fairly quickly 👍🏻

    @virginmedia truly awful customer service! Enquired about broadband and we were told this was possible. Date booked beginning of jan for you to come out and install.. arrived sprayed markings across our front drive and all down our close, looked around and left!!! Later received
