@MrCMorley @virginmedia If it’s anything like the ongoing outage in Four Oaks they won’t bother to contact you. I checked they had my correct details and I’ve had no updates. I’ve now cancelled my contract.

@ukhomeoffice @BrandonLewis ive one all this in my investigation to the fraud in court tht has a fraud log failed by @ThamesVP; via EE and well virgin media refused to co operate: fraud is easy to catches frombasic start of internet "the signal" for any signal to connect it has to have data communication

@virginmedia B744LG my neighbour is also having issues. Internet keeps dropping out so there’s clearly some sort of intermittent fault. I’ve wasted 45 mins on the phone trying to report it.

@virginmedia Thanks for replying! The green light keeps flashing which its never done - we had an outage in B14 yesterday- my internet is working and we have rebooted but its still flashing

@_gl_lxuise @SkyUK @virginmedia Same problem here. They keep saying they have fixed the issue when they clearly haven’t. They are good at putting prices up but not at fixing issues. I’m going back to Sky.

@stephanemassey @VirginMediaCorp You should leave Virgin Media, I can pretty much guarantee the service won’t improve and you’ll be left with no internet on a regular basis.

@virginmedia @TomMockridgeVM We are currently moving house and trying to cancel our account unfortunately the call agents think it's funny to keep a client on the phone for 3 hours even more so they are happy to direct us to a department that is closed which terminates a call.

@virginmedia Hi, I’m really glad you are sorry and I certainly will raise a complaint. I talked my housemates into having Virgin Broadband and weeks later it’s still not working. I’ve been demonised for suggesting @virginmedia All I wanted was faster broadband for everyone in the house.
