@JonoMoulds We’ve got a problem with Virgin media, too. We cancelled his mobile phone contract when it ended, but they kept on charging him. I cancelled his DD, now they are threatening to send the bailiffs round. Absolute ***** the lot of them. I’m ****** fuming butt!

@SkyUK have got to be the worst ISP in the world, getting under 10mbps for the last week, £65 to send an engineer out because I don’t want to take another contract with them, the sooner @virginmedia come to Dalry the better 😩 tl;dr - £47 a month for under 10mbps, what a joke!

@virginmedia I rang that number today & got a recorded message saying they could see if had recently been in touch regarding issues with broadband so I followed the instructions given & it just told me to unplug the router & leave for 20 seconds the switch back on

@virginmedia Supposedly have Virgin media ready to go in our new flat, but after set up constantly getting a flashing green base light. Rebooted/refitted cables numerous times, but still not working. Unable to get an engineer until Thursday. Rubbish service.
