    @JonoMoulds We’ve got a problem with Virgin media, too. We cancelled his mobile phone contract when it ended, but they kept on charging him. I cancelled his DD, now they are threatening to send the bailiffs round. Absolute ***** the lot of them. I’m ****** fuming butt!

    @virginmedia my controller wont turn channels over. I restarted the box and everything. It just stays on the same channel. I can turn volume up and down. What is the reason for this. Started last night still happening this morning

    @virginmedia @ITVChase @O2 This is a constant joke. My wifi drops our on a regular basis with no warning or lights on the hub saying it’s down. Done all you have asked and still have issues. No service issues either!

    @virginmedia nope i keep loosing connection, and no my bill has just gone up and up and up. i wouldnt of minded if i was at least getting the same consistancy... but the quality of service and level of technical support has just plummeted. while you ask for more and more... this isnt right
