    @virginmedia Hmmm. No the test was done on Sept I ten got a letter about 2 months later which confirmed my suspicions of a slow service after a new router and CMP plugs I’ve been trying to discuss what’s next since then. Need that callback! @Ofcom

    @virginmedia I’d like to #stayconnected but you have not returned calls re slow speeds I’ve been getting since summer 20 but still charging me for, think after 12yrs as a customer you’d think you might want to keep me, if I don’t get a call BEFORE Mon I’ll cancel and start a new

    @virginmedia Why don’t you do that as so far you’ve sent me the link to the community group Fail 1. Then the 150 no not connecting fail 2 then 0345454111 is not connecting fail 3 You really know how to test a very long standing customer don’t you!

    @virginmedia a conundrum. If I call your service centre to cancel my service I get routed to the website that doesn’t allow me to cancel or I get routed through to a team that don’t answer. Do I just cancel my direct debit? Then at least you’ll know I’m not longer your customer.

    @virginmedia unreliable and utterly uncaring when it comes to customer service. Internet has been down and dodgy for 36 hours in Surrey. Pathetic. Can I have the money back please. Shame on you Virgin. Your service is not fit for purpose. Shane on you in these terrible times.

    @virginmedia To just say "we are busy" on the 150 number and disconnect callers is utterly unacceptable. Then on 0345 it just drops you after 45 minutes of hold music. It is as if you are deliberately making it hard for us to cancel......

    @Ofcom Hi just gone through the complaints procedure with virgin media but they said they are waiting for ofcom to give the result if the speed test you did (can provide in DM if you reply) they ate saying you have to dictate what compensation level I should receive? Can U help?

    @virginmedia Just seeing this reply , a replacement is much needed for the box it's been on the house for over 25yrs at least , the big issue was we have been charged £50 which is to be refunded but not till January this is not acceptable I will be home after 12 tomorrow 6th dec

    @bondbarton @deneoctober @virginmedia I'm just up the road from B31. The message now says that the TV & the one Broadband issue is expected to be fixed by 11am tomorrow (it said by 8pm today earlier). The other Broadband issue is still saying fix time 23.25 today.

    @virginmedia They've now emailed me a bill today for £40 for the router the engineer took away. I told this to the ******* customer service a few weeks ago and she said that's ok I will note that on your account. I'm guessing she didn't.
