We are fortunate enough to be able to have both @SkySportsPL and @btsportfootball on @virginmedia. But why pay for this when the matches we want to watch are on Box Office? We are being asked to pay twice! We will cancel if this continues. #RipOff

@virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

Wren (@WORGANN) reported
@virginmedia We called them and, although the call handler was nice, we were basically told we’re too new a customer to send an engineer or any replacement equipment and to continue to monitor it for another week. They tried to reboot their end, but it’s still dropping.

@virginmedia Is there anyway to actually talk to a real person? I am fed up with this company. I have an issue that needs resolving. Help pages don’t help & I don’t have 3hrs for a live chat conversation.
-
Acuharmony-UK (@AcuharmonyUK) reported
@virginmedia They did everything they could, that's why they changed the Sim card to see if it made a difference. It looks as if it's just the change in Network to O2 as my other Sim (Plusnet on EE) is working perfectly, I can make and receive calls again with that Sim.

-
S a r a h (@omfgitswinnie) reported
@virginmedia They would only offer £79 for parts of the package or £136 for the whole package, which isn't fair as we ARE NEW customers and were never given any other options when signing up on the doorstep. We've also had non stop issues with wrong info on contracts etc so very frustrating.
