    @Virginmedia When working your network is fantastic but when it fails you are disastrous! 😡 There are at least 20 houses near me with the same problem and you are telling us all that our Hubs are faulty. Hasn't it occurred to you that we probably have a serious network problem?

    @virginmedia No. That's the earliest they can come. But, the real problem isn't the router. The network's been flakey since Christmas, (couldn't watch your UHD channels) & worse this last week until today when it all completely fell over.

    @virginmedia right I’ve just about had enough of virgin customer services. Cancelled service on 10 December. Today find out account is live after logging in. On hold four times for over 45 minutes. Latest on hold for 1hr 19 minutes. Call gets answered then cut off! What the hell

    @virginmedia Please help. I can't talk to u via home phone or mob. Our whole network (WiFi, TV, home phone) been going on and off for a week now but online status says it's OK. Please help!

    @virginmedia Yes after a 5 hour outage during a key work time did me it came back up. But I’m more disappointed in the delay in customer service response time.

    @virginmedia Not only has TV, Broadband & Home Phone, ALL packed up, for ours & at least 20 other homes, but you've told me that it'll take at least 5 days 😳 to get a technician round to change my Hub (which isn't even the problem). 🙄

    @virginmedia Just rcvd text to say investigating network problem instead, so you've postponed visit. Your netwrk is great when working, but you really need to sort out Cust Srvc because it causes very damaging press on closed group social media. You need to "Think Customer's Perspective"!

    @virginmedia It came back as per Virgin's text then the Broadband fell over again Sat pm. Then became intermittent. Seems to be ok at the moment. Loads of problems since Christmas but no refunds. Its not good!

    @virginmedia You did great in sorting out my internet issues quickly and sorting the right wires but you didn't have to sever my satellite dish cable... That needs replacing and splicing now....

    @virginmedia Thanks for your reply surely you understand it is very frustrating not to be believed and then to complain then to be told the problem is at my end but then the problem is area wide and then total loss of service. Thanks everything is working well so far today.

    @virginmedia Its a residential account. We were promised £50 credit off the first bill, no set up or activation fee. 1st bill should have been £6, then £28 there after. 1st bill was £91.... I've tried calling to fix problem but getting nowhere.

    @virginmedia My complaint was that my 30 days notice and subsequent submission of proof were both ignored. I gave my notice in June, I’m still with VM now and being charged double. My complaint was then closed down without any resolution or communication. This is how you lose customers….

    @virginmedia No. Given that the same problem is affecting all 4 of our numbers/handsets and there are many other reports of the same issue, it can’t be related to my handset.

    @virginmedia I like to have them split so I can have different devices on the 2.4 and the 5Gz. So basically every reboot or down time the 2.4 will automatically rename itself to what my 5Ghz signal is and all the devices which were connected to 2.4 then show as offline. 2/4
