@virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

@virginmedia I keep giving details & still nothing is fixed, Spoke to 2nd line support today about ticket raised 3 weeks ago and they say they see I can't access emails - NOT the problem I have been at pains to explain at length. Absolutley useless. Issue has been around for at least a month!
