    @virginmedia Done service check to maximum of 6 per day. Advises no Internet, then intermittent Internet. Tried all procedures as advised to no avail 😡 this is not a good look on my behalf during work related conference calls 😬

    @virginmedia My internet keeps going off on a daily basis for roughly 10/15 mins at a time 2:3 times a day. I have a complaint going thru....There will be another one if you don’t sort out this problem & the other problems within the next 24hrs

    @virginmedia Hi. Unfortunately I couldn’t check anything at the time but I did see a technician coming into the area at 6pm on Friday which sorted the issue... not good service that it took all day to sort out though, a day of work lost!!

    @virginmedia Then be open and transparent in your process. I'm not asking someone to wave a wand and get the service back where it is broken, I just want someone to be honest with the expectation - and your "update" system is set up to mislead, intentionally or otherwise.

    @virginmedia @lastminute_com @virginmedia agent made me to sign broadband & O2 sim combo contrct by gvng wrong info. In a while, an agent acknowledged their mistake & cancelled the combo. Despite that, Virgin media debited 60 GBP. I hav been trying for past 3 days to resolve this issue,but no proper response
