    @virginmedia 4. The store owner has better customer experience wisdom and allows me to take the package (after seeing my ID), but keeps the barcode on the package and asks me to text me the code when I receive it.

    @virginmedia The fee is to change my husbands name (which actually has wrong initials) to mine as I have always paid for it and dealt with it. You also want to close down account and start another with new direct debits!!

    So we’ve waited 4 weeks for @virginmedia to install our TV and WiFi, telling us it’s been in the flat before, they get here finally and say it’s never been in the flat and we can’t have it! So they’ve left and we’re back to square one....

    @virginmedia - 27 minutes on the phone to you to them be cut off! I have now been on hold for 34 minutes second time round so far. I have been on your app, but there are problems in the area; just want to find out why my phone is not working. Not feeling very like a VVIP!

    @virginmedia And don't get me started with my contact with you. It's meant to be £25pm for 18m for M100 and because you guys messed up the contact it says £38pm with an invisible discount to bring it down to £25 that I have no proof that I get. I wish I continued with my cancellation tbh.

    @virginmedia I've already raised the complaint. Your response was unacceptable and the person closed the complaint themselves. Thus the solution wasn't suitable. Now as my calls and WhatsApp messages have resulted in a deadlock, so I wish to complain to your ombudsman

    @Lol58Milne @virginmedia Hmm..I agree with you.. just saying by accepting the service, even on a rolling contract, you might find they've sneakily sent you emails with new Ts&Cs that by, accepting the service, over 20yrs, means you accept the terms. Ask them for the Ts&Cs and where the charge comes from

    @virginmedia no tv or Wi-Fi since Saturday. First update said fix by 10am today, second update said fix by 6pm. Still no update (and text updates not happening even though I signed up for them). WFH tomorrow….. hope it’s fixed by then?
