    @virginmedia Every single day for the last week my router just turns itself off and starts to update or drops out completely. Paying a lot of money for this service and it just isn’t good enough.

    @virginmedia The person that put me on hold said it looked like there was a problem in our area and tried to put me through to technical help but after music droning on for ages it just stopped. Have given up and watching a dvd instead

    @Dabooka @skybiggerpic @virginmedia It was my second attempt to be fair. First time they reduced the price rise to £1.50 per month, then I rang back a few days later to cancel. Found a better deal elsewhere but price was the driver for wanting to leave. Lovely @virginmedia agent was able to help!

    Anyone else on @virginmedia getting “To Be Announced” on virtually every channel. Tried rebooting, switching on and off. Strikes me that VM has gone to shit recently. Loads of channels have gone, close to sacking it off.

    @virginmedia @honestlyhelen I've had similar feelings, my bill has rocketed by £11 per month over the last few months for my TV only service as Virgin only offer discounts now for multi package deals, loyalty no longer rewarded it seems 🤔

    16 mins on hold to @virginmedia before I got through to someone who said she needed to transfer me to another department, the recorded message of that department said the number no longer exists and gave me the original phone number to ring! Some customer service that!!!

    @virginmedia over the last few years virgin media internet has got worse the people that work in the call centres are so abrupt and rude I’ve called approximately 10 in the last 5 months and still have a intermittent fault on my internet service !!!!

    @virginmedia Hmmm, useful get out of jail free card 🤔. Ok, the service (well from my experiences) doesnt go down often but I've found issues more regularly since they moved the phone service to Modem from independent landline

    @virginmedia I've only moved over since August 2021 from Sky .. I have to say this is the worst provider.. BT open reach are good as I use them in my other property .. My Internet always is slow .. Now TV outage.. Want to break away from virgin so looking for alternatives..
