    Nothing happens for days then today- a shooting in Brighouse; a large brown cow coming in the opposite direction on my walk through Bradley Woods; my dad being visited by a nurse in full PPE followed by a call from his neighbour to check he is ok and finally virgin media is down

    @virginmedia I have been trying very contact number I can find for virgin but none of them are letting me through because I don’t have an account number. I have an issue with a recent order so only have an order number. I’ve tried to live chat but waiting ages to get through!

    @virginmedia absolute disgraceful service. WiFi went off Sunday. Engineer came Wednesday and said it was fixed. Neighbours WiFi off. Came today messed with a box on the street and now it’s off again. Customer service said they’ll come again Monday. A week with no WiFi!

    @virginmedia internet is down I get it, supposed to be back up at 6 and then updated for 11 ! . I’m having to use my phone connection as a modem to do my job. This is ridiculous.

    @virginmedia looks like your issue is back , your service is becoming a joke at best . 3 times in last 2hours it’s dropped and the wireless hub not emitting anymore . Crap

    @virginmedia hi, my 100mb connection keeps dropping out randomly. There is no set time or set amount of times but it does it every day, usually 3 to 6 times a day. I have reset the hub and it makes no difference. What can I do before I cancel the contract. Please help

    @virginmedia my WiFi is so poor and only getting half of what I should. Also the WiFi is non existent in the kitchen. Never had this problem with @skytv broadband. Poor.

    @virginmedia It saying my postcode is invalid for some reason. A neighbour has said his is down too apparently a virgin team have cut through the fibre whilst doing repairs. Nobody can come till Saturday which is a joke I have 2 young children 1 that cant access her schoolwork. Nightmare.

    @virginmedia The current issue has been resolved but the signal has been on and off for weeks now, horrendous especially when it forces me to not be able to work from home and have to travel 30 miles to the office. Seriously considering a change of provider after lockdown is over.

    @virginmedia why’s it taken since 10 on hold between calls and still no answer. Service tests and outages all ok. Smart TV works but WiFi on 4 devices not working. Turned it on and off all day and lasts 10 mins. Really doesn’t help working on smart phone which can’t see!!

    @virginmedia I’m having at least 5 internet drop outs a day in the last two weeks. It’s affecting my work and recreation after work. What is wrong with your service. Pay a fortune every month for constant drop outs. Absolutely appalling

    Not so long ago @VirginMedia use to brag about being the most reliable internet service provider... Over the last month of so this is becoming more and more untrue. Intermittent connection issues are becoming the norm! Your troubleshoot process insists there is no prob... lies!

    @crottstuff @virginmedia Yea seen it this AM, they are getting worse. I seen their response to you also, basically fobbing you off with their dysfunctional complaints section of the website. I'd follow their complaints process and complain then go to @Ofcom. Prices going up, customer service all time low

    Another day and even more Internet issues with @virginmedia. I've been awake half an hour and I've already had the internet drop out 6 times. That's over a week of issues now and jts starting to cost me money at this point. So I'll be paying them less for my bill this month.
