    Had it with the so called “Superhub” from @virginmedia. Google Nest WiFi ordered. The service is great - the router is terrible.

    @virginmedia trying to register an account on Virgin Mobile app so that I can provide a PAC code to you but don’t have an answer to a security question and have never set one up so I’m calling you as requested but all of your call centres are closed? 🤯 Not great service!

    @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp @Virgin every month this year I've been over charged. I've called your call centres after every payment and everytime they've told me its been sorted LIES. Customer service is a joke. No manager call backs. Complaints not dealt with (part1)

    @virginmedia absolute rubbish service - no internet again. This has been on and off for months, no use calling to be told to reset modem, what I want is a proper fix, paying for a service I’m not getting.

    @virginmedia I have gone through all of this already with @virginmedia on numorous occasion. I have a complaint reference and I still after 5 weeks hard a phone call as promised. The WiFi drop out, we can’t use any device on WiFi as it just does work.

    @virginmedia My Dad was told that it was the password or nothing, your customer services need better training. He received a letter from debt collector because of Virgin’s ineptitude, causing him distress. The £21, for a service not used in 2 years has been paid to save him further anxiety.

    got to love @virginmedia 5 weeks of intermittent connection were in the case was a faulty modem but yet i have to pay the full months bill for hardly any service net down every 5 mins made impossible to work from home so i lost money not good service at all switch may be in order

    @virginmedia Not even really the compensation, I’d much rather a broadband and tv provider that doesn’t just die at 10am on a Sunday morning and then have to book a engineer appointment for Thursday- I fail to understand how it takes 4 days to fix a issue
