    @virginmedia Not sure what this will do. There has been regular outages in the area for over a week. Your call centre told me today that this should now be fixed and will not reoccur. We will see if this is the case when the service eventually returns.

    @ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

    @virginmedia hiya, another night of constant router/connection restarts and problems. Multiple engineer visits, senior engineer visits, call centre calls, new router and £160+ a month down the drain. I don’t want to switch provider but you’re not leaving me much option

    @virginmedia we done that, all connections are in to the box, your company network thinks that we are connected via router this not so, but has a cable run into the house.

    @simon_perreira @virginmedia Go with @NOWTV bruv.. never had a major problem with their service and you get a few tv channels thrown in as well.. when ever there has been a outside problem it been sorted in days.. oh and it def be 💯 cheaper than @virginmedia #Cowboys

    @virginmedia Well surprise surprise. The WiFi is down again. 6 weeks in a row. Call Centre hing yo when passing my call to a manager. Poor service. This is now unacceptable. How do I complain (other than @Ofcom) about this poor service. Why is the service so awful now.

    @virginmedia And its gone again. Really is an awful service. Your status page is not in real time as i speak to your operators who confirm an outage but your status page says everything is fine

    @virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

    @virginmedia 5/ this is when the Hangul sent started. I was hung up on three times so I decided to take to paper. I have now sent you 3 unacknowledged complaints using your online complaint system. This is where I currently am no understand the calls are recorded as I was told this.

    @tom10248 @virginmedia This is why I’ve never gone back to them. Speeds often look attractive on paper, and prices too but their after sales support is, as you’re unfortunately finding, absolutely dire. Virgin and Vodafone are two ISPs I’d never wish on anyone.

    @virginmedia are taking gaslighting to a new level. After 40 hours of no service across BT14 their online service checker just goes blank and their telephone service insists everything is fine. Can’t wait to leave in 30 days.
