@virginmedia Two engineer visits later, and multiple calls, but Virgin Business broadband connection still drops packets like a sieve. I would advise anyone who works remotely to steer clear of your business broadband, as a bad joke. Useless customer service, and engineers.

@virginmedia Told to pay £7pm extra to get HD pack for sports which i wasn’t made aware of which I have since done to avoid hassle/making complaint which I chose to accept and move on and now being told to pay extra £5pm for kids channels. At outset I asked for HD movie and sport only.
