I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

@virginmedia deny one of the passwords I gave is correct. Their systems are appealing. As is customer service. Don't use Virgin Media. No good reasons for why their practices are in place.

@mattbundy82 @virginmedia Oh they are appalling! I was a loyal customer for years until their service quality plummeted.... and the. They just blatantly started lying on my customer record in order to close jobs and complaints down that hadn’t been resolved. I left pretty decisively

@virginmedia Not impressed, area service is restored but my service is still down. Engineer booked for Tuesday - do you really call this service!!!! I seem to have ongoing issues with Virgin Media - seriously considering changing my provider.
