    Yaaa final bill from Talk Talk is on its way I have wasted so much money and time with this rubbish company. I had no service from them now I am back with Virgin Media I was such a Clutx to of changed, as soon as that bill comes in and I pay I will be happy😊😊😊😊

    @virginmedia Oh really well my plans to leave Virgin Media will happen. So if they were doing their job I wouldn’t need to be on Twitter. So let it get the attention then. As far as I am concern #virginmedia is incompetent. So pass that on to the complaint team as an inherent Dec risk.

    @virginmedia At the moment the answer is no as this complaint was logged since August 2018 & has been dragging on, my request was to call after 6pm. Never happen now I am being told that my services will be suspended. I can send you my acct detail via DM.

    @virginmedia The webchat has been unavailable last night and today. I told them about this and they acknowledged it did not work. Yodel are useless. I am desperate for my router to enable my WiFi. Really poor service all round.

    @virginmedia totally appalled by the waiting and the way I’m being treated only want to give my 30 day notice and cancel but no such luck feel stuck with this contract. Customer service is pushy and not bothered if you want to cancel.

    @dowenb @highlight If you’re using Virgin Media cable then this isn’t the same technology as the rate adaptive technology used in ADSL and VDSL, so you don’t have a sync speed to monitor. One issue you can have with Cable can be an increase in latency especially under load.

    @SagaUK you obviously don’t care about my holiday and assume that anyone who goes with saga will put up with appalling service as wont be young enough or tech savvy enough to use social media. So far, worst holiday of my life - no problems with Virgin or Wendy Wu. Just with Saga

    @virginmedia Yes, everything's the same. (I have just removed sky sports, but the contract was on my account page before that.) VM agree that I'm not on a new contract, that's not the issue. It's that the system has created a new contract and put it on my account page for me to see!
