Shady Shaw (@shadeyshaw) reported@Benleo I think these big comp that operate in the uk should be banned from using overseas call centres,I left virgin because their customer service was atrocious joined youfibre only to find out they have been bought out by virgin media and now I’m sure they use the same call centres.
-
VoW Silla (@VoWSilla) reported@Benleo @virginmedia I phoned virgin due to having extremely slow Internet. They tried to sell me several other packages that would make me "wifi" faster as extra costs but insist I got the best speeds. And before I ended the call we were discussing mobile phone contracts that has nothing to do with my speed and I was honest to say, I can tell you are trying to sell me products that will not improve your service.
-
Ben Leo (@Benleo) reportedI have released all audio tapes of my many calls since April 30 and will be collating them for the nation to see how @virginmedia treat their customers and breach consumer law.
-
BerkshireFHS (@BerkshireFHS) reported@virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp It's residential customers whose service is blocked. Virgin Business do provide provide broadband to our premises. This is causing major issues for us. Help!

Carrie (@IamCarrieagain) reported@virginmedia No, you absolutely don't understand. Leave me alone. Maybe I will be well enough at some point in the future to sort this. Maybe not. Your treatment of disabled people and your withholding of key information to a customer is disgusting. I'm cut off now, thanks.

Pete Carroll (@pcarrollmusic1) reported@virginmedia Absolutely despicable. My elderly parents had problems too when they first signed up to them, then they had to navigate their call centre speak from India to resolve it. They're not that good and don't care
-
Carrie (@IamCarrieagain) reported@virginmedia You turned off my router remotely and you can turn it back on until I am well enough to deal with trying to set up the new one. Thought of indirect discrimination under EA 2010? How about the fact your were not up front about your service changes/consequences too?
-
Helkhiana (@helkhiana) reported@saltyy_savage I had Virgin media for years and only issues and expensive contracts. I am on Plusnet right now £43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do £3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. Bet still better than virgin
