@BBCWatchdog My dad recieved Absolute terrible customer service from @virginmedia apparently when you cancel a contract in april it still doesn't show up on their system and then get a bill they say they couldn't access his account to cancel it but could when he offered to 1/2

@virginmedia 10 months of ‘intermittent’ issues & constant battle 4 compensation. Automatic compensation scheme was put in place so only get compensated for total loss of service if it’s over 48 hours. WFH, no internet for over 24 hrs or ‘intermittent’ connectivity throughout the day = no 💷

@virginmedia Nothing has happened! Workmen turn up and because they haven’t bothered to apply for a permit, they can’t do anything. It wakes 24 hours for an emergency permit!! I’ve now had to take time off work to come and look after my mother.
