@virginmedia Delays are usually when something is late. Yodel can’t deliver boxes at the moment so you shouldn’t be using them. They are causing you loss of custom and you don’t seem that bothered. Writing a complaint doesn’t help because no one cares

@virginmedia Gave up waiting on WhatsApp & phoned. Eventually reached a retention team member who could only offer a deal significantly poorer than for a new customer. As per 2020 Ofcom rules I must be appraised of all deals inc new customers. Apparently better to leave (& return) than stay!
