    @virginmedia No reported issues. Used the guide before - it’s why I moved the router. Poor signal is because I moved the PS4 5ft across the room. But it’s less than 5m away from the router in a straight line - obscured only by the floor and the tv is sits next to.

    @virginmedia Rebooted, changed channels, sometimes get a bit of 5ghz, but really not high quality signal, stuttering video playback.

    @virginmedia @natashaoneill_ We’re getting sick of saying this. It’s NOT the customer’s responsibility to contact YODEL. Virgin hired them. Contract is with Virgin. All YODEL will do is tell the customer to contact Virgin. Stop lying to customers.

    @virginmedia An engineer has tested it ,it's fine. my partner has same device as me but has Android 07 not 08 and she has the same problem. It was fine till a couple of months ago. I think your hub is the problem ,waiting for a solution! 😡

    @virginmedia @virginmedia engineer has been out done tests everything fine , except the Wi-Fi cutting out . Which you say is because of Android 08 . My partner has same device as me but has Android 07 and she has the same problem. It was fine till a couple of months ago I think it's your hub

    @virginmedia Yes tried it , no change. As I mentioned in previous posts my partner Lyndsay has the same problem. Still waiting for you to come up with a solution ! Seriously thinking of trying another network now for my broadband. 😡😡

    @virginmedia I rebooted it yesterday and a number of times previously. I’m now in receipt of a Cat. 6 Ethernet cable which has improved wired speeds - I’d suggest these should come as standard - but wireless speeds are still slow and unreliable.

    @Loddonbrewery @virginmedia That’s because YODEL’s contract is with the sender, Virgin. They’ll tell the customer (you) to contact the sender. Virgin keeps telling customers to contact YODEL. They know that’s wrong, yet keep doing it.

    @virginmedia 15:33 Sunday. Still have no TV service. Engineer coming on Tuesday. No Virgin TV Anywhere. Support tells me that they aren't allowed to send a signal in case they make it worse. I think you need to be clearer as to the cause of the outage. What happened?

    @virginmedia Please, because nobody else has been much help! I’m awaiting a pre installation of my internet and package, however it’s been cancelled 3 times and is now having an adverse affect on myself and my flat mates role which is having a monetary issue for both of us.
