    @virginmedia They will disconnect my services but it might take 24 hrs..as I say if Openreach come and find I have a working phone line then them and Sky will cancel ny ibstallation! Please can my phone but turned off as of midnight or at least mych earlier than 24hrs?

    @richardbranson @virginmedia has to be the worst company for customer service I have ever come across in my 41 years on this planet. 2 hours on the phone yesterday and today and passed from pillar to post and still non the wiser. Absolute disgrace and I’m being kind !

    @virginmedia question for you. If I enter a contract with you where you promise X service +items and I promise to pay X amount. If I don't pay X amount am I breaking the contract?

    @virginmedia Us? As in your sub contracted call centre who's staff are not actually Virgin employees? Yeah, tried that and they can't look after Virgin's loyal customers either. I'll just leave, and come back in 3 months like I was told too. Shambolic customer service.

    @virginmedia Well I've just had a "sort of" resolution but still not really acceptable. I gave 30 days notice to cancel my services as want to get Sky. Sky and Openreach are coming tomorrow to fit phoneline & services. I have booked a day off work for this. If there is still (cont) >>

    @terrificsue everyone out there be careful when receiving telephone calls and if they say they are from Virgin Media please check and check. I have been scammed today out of a lot of money . I am the one who thought would never be scammed but I was. Oohh .

    @virginmedia I do have a problem paying. I'm currently paying for a service where the Internet isn't working half then time. 5 times in the past month we have had no signal. You promise items with your packed Currently received 1/3 and had to complain about that over the phone.

    @virginmedia We asked for an engineer today but told 12th is the first date. No priority for customers where virgin still hasn’t solved the problem. More unpaid time off work needed to be here for engineer. Unacceptable customer service. Paying for a service we are not getting.

    @virginmedia my wifi is terrible, how do i go about getting some boosters so that my signal is as strong as you promise? I can't access the app (thats another unresolved problem!) Also how do i go about receiving the £100 credit that you also promise? Thank you.

    @virginmedia If that were the case then surely you would make contact with the customer. If you checked the communication log prior to trying to protect @virginmedia then you would know this is not the case and you’ve made your company look inept again.

    @virginmedia Moved house - promised my contract rate would not change. As I moved area the new area is billing at a different rate and the credit never applied. When I called up 7th sept I was told a refund would be processed and payments corrected. It didn’t happen @ofcom
