    Parents have had ongoing issues with their internet from @virginmedia for last 6yrs! Had NO internet all over Christmas, new router received still not working. Told due to the size of their house. Now being told have to pay another 30 days for something that doesn’t work

    @virginmedia Truly terrible customer service. Need to change my package, can’t do it online, long phone wait times & when I finally get through, so slow to get any info, then cut off. Think I’ll have to cancel & move elsewhere as it seems always to be this way with you. Hopeless!

    @virginmedia This is more to the fact that your teams were ill advised about the products I have which then cut off our service, the time it takes to sort issues. With 3 V6 3 HD the big package not be classed as VIP when clients with basic receive that privilege is a joke! #compensation

    I'm aware that many residents in #Hampton, #Whitton #Teddington who are Virgin Media customers may not have lost phone, broadband & TV service. I've been in touch with Virgin who say it's due to a third party cutting through a cable and they are working to resolve the issue.

    @virginmedia Yes, fix the navigation, have serious look at you chat app, as in the Name chat, is not what your application does, you using AI/ word recognition and you still list the reply as Agent. Having spent 10 min on your site. No thanks Virgin.

    @virginmedia the last couple of weeks have been abysmal - packet loss and routing problems making my internet connection unusable. Now the TV is affected too. I had an engineer booked for Saturday but received a text saying visit cancelled as the issue was fixed. It’s not!

    @virginmedia Yes did speak to the team and the only option open to me was to leave, come back as a new customer (send equipment back etc, place new order) or go to another provider. With those 2 options on the table you can see why I've chosen to leave.

    @virginmedia I was told to log into the Myo2 app to change it myself, but I have been sent no login details and of course if the email address is incorrect it won’t be recognised if I try to register. O2 said we would receive texts with updates on number port timeline but had no communication
