Absolutely disgusted that @virginmedia feels it’s ok to cancel installing my nans landline not once but twice and give a new installation date of 10th September. For a landline she desperately needs for an emergency pendant.

@virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

The staff @virginmedia are so rude. Called to renew my package and was dealt with appallingly. Offering extortionate prices for a lesser package than I already have. Virgin are clearly not interested in keeping their loyal customers. Looks like it’s back over to Sky.#virginmedia

@virginmedia It’s an automated bot service. I’ve requested to speak to an agent via txt but being perfectly honest, I don’t hold out much hope based upon past experience....apparently in another queue anything upto 4 hours. So that’s 7 hours including calls today. Shocking.
