No email address for complaints. Sent letter of complaint 28/09z No response despite website saying I’d get one within 48 hours. Virgin do not care about customers.

The call was in regards to a problem with my broadband which luckily after an hour on the phone to a really helpful operator was discovered to be a known issue in the area that was being updated late on the system. 1/2
