.@virginmedia So the day after giving feedback regarding a technical visit I find that the password given to me for the replaced router is suddenly no longer valid. Left without expensive WiFi & still paying for it. Your ‘service’ is a total joke.

Can anyone in my network recommend a wifi mesh system? Despite @virginmedia providing me with a wifi booster, my connection is still very average at best. It appears some devices get confused with the booster and simply knock themselves out.

@virginmedia Its over 24 hours now since I was told an engineer would be in contact, no contact. I checked my service status: TV No known issues. This is becoming a mess now, report issue, told its major, get an SMS 30 minutes later saying its fixed, its not. Time to leave Virgin Media.

@ayjayoh21 @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia We joined Virgin Media last week as BT couldn’t shove any more than 35Mbps down our antiquated copper lines. Their FTTP is years away, if ever. 380Mbps down and 36Mbps up with VM is somewhat satisfactory.
