    The man on the phone told me that can’t happen, and that my tv isn’t broke! Totally patronising me! I haven’t even been with @virginmedia for 24 hours, and I am totally appalled with the customer service! I am awaiting a call from a manager. Fingers crossed e understand me!

    And now ALL of my channels are ghosting. The picture is so bad I can’t watch anything, on any channel. My tv was totally fine before they arrived! The engineer said for me to call @virginmedia customer services, tell them what had happened, and a replacement tv will be arranged..

    He said that @virginmedia will confirm with the engineers manager that what I am saying is true, and there will be no issues in arranging this. He totally accepts that the virgin box has wrecked my tv... trying to explain this to the people at customer services is another story..

    @virginmedia It’s not a connection issue. Your engineer fitted my 10 year old tv with the latest HD box, which has overloaded my HDMI ports & my tv is now broken. Customers services do not understand what I am saying. The engineers have both confirmed a replacement tv needs to be sent out.

    @virginmedia I don’t have an Ethernet cable. Network status said its fine. Currently being tortured on hold listening to james Arthur. Catch up not working either (error c130). Trying to work from home having to tether my personal data. On my last legs with Virgin

    @virginmedia So only total loss of service allows me compensation,just 7 days of really awful service including customer services, when asked about compensation and I query the criteria,throw a ‘sorry I can’t hear you’... Now that’s really awful customer service 😡

    Think I am cursed with home internet. All the trouble in India and now a culmative 2 hours trying to contact @virginmedia with no success of speaking to a human back home. All data expired and phone line/TV also not working so we must refresh and start again tomorrow 😳

    @virginmedia only way to connect is via my EE yet again I've no service and being kept on hold for a decade ..every month this happens for a service i pay a lot of money for very very disappointed every month I'm told my equipment needs updating..

    @virginmedia All appears OK. However the service over the last week or so has not been acceptable. Your service status checker reporting no issues when we have zero or intermittent internet access is not helping. When Openreach upgrade the speeds here we will switch.

    @virginmedia are the worst, had a disconnection of everything on 6th April and they still haven't disconnected the TV box upstairs. Call them and after being cut off and transferred twice, I'm told everything is disconnected and apparently I'm wrong. They are an absolute disgrace

    @virginmedia No internet... Again.. been down since early Friday evening, said be sorted by 10.05 (weird time almost like computer generated, guess to avoid compensation days).. sent message saying fixed... It wasn't still down with a new time 12... This is getting ridiculous.
