@virginmedia They replaced the box and it’s all working now,I do have one other query I have the Virgin go app but I don’t have any content available on it,is this something you can fix for me? There appears to be an issue with my account I have the ultimate ooomph package if that matters.

@virginmedia broadband service in Greenwich London is shocking, hasn't been working for 1 week now and when I've rang customer services multiple times, all they try to do is up-sell me on their other more expensive packages. Terror to think we pay for this service!!!!

After 10 years with @virginmedia , & after weeks of terrible WiFi & customer service, I asked they equal BT’s deal. Operator could not do that and would not let me talk to manager, nor send a message for call back. I asked x3. Operator terminated call. Poor service!

@virginmedia Yes, the work that was agreed that needed to be done 3 weeks ago, has suddenly with 10mins notice become an issue. I'm working from home, a 3 week last minute delay is crazy 😭

Two contrasting phone calls to @virginmedia CS this morning. Really unhelpful 1st guy / rude. Rang directly back and the differner guy was absolutely amazing. Mathew was his name and he needs a praise. 1st guy really needs a lesson in customer service. Thank you Mathew.

@virginmedia This is so tiresome I have complained so many times about slow broadband speed, unreliable WiFi, terrible TV services & only after threatening to leave did you send an engineer in July. This made it a little better, but recently it’s been unreliable of an evening.

@virginmedia why is it when you request cancellation of service via phone and getting cut off mid call , then sending and email and also trying to chase via web chat which I also sent my request for cancellation and then move out two months later . They keep the account open 🤬

@virginmedia Poor reception even after Engineer attended. However the customer should not be responsible for fixing a service we pay for. No BBC stations, very poor quality of reception and wait an hour for a customer service advisor until we ask to cancel.

@virginmedia After 1h05 minutes I have just been hung up on. I was through to complaints team who basically agreed Virgin is awful but then cut me off I assume by accident. I feel completely helpless. I have now spent hours on the phone nothings resolved and this is the worst service Ever

@virginmedia A Canadian number? Tech was supposed to be here @ 8am. Called back at 945am as no tech. Apparently it was never scheduled for 8am. Tech scheduled for 10am. No tech still at 12pm. Called. Apparently was never scheduled for 10am. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Refused. Now on hold

@virginmedia My mobile has been disconnected from service for over a week now. I am unable to recieve calls/messages or send them outbound. I cant even call customer support as it just cuts off almost immediately. Also my 4G is not working either. My bill is fully paid.
