Never use @virginmedia for broadband there useless! I was on the phone to them for 1hour & 30 mins my issue still hasn’t been resolved & they passed me to 4 different members of staff then they put the phone down on me! Complete ignorance!

@virginmedia disgusting service you wait in all day for an installation to be told it’s been cancelled when you call and the Philippines call centre you speak too cannot help at all - day lost of work virgin don’t care. Then told now have to wait until the 17th April.

@virginmedia I have tried to get through to someone on your live chat, when I select exsisting customer I get told everyone is busy. If I select new customer I get through straight away. What a way to treat existing loyal customers!

@virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

@virginmedia Hi. I've had many work orders raised . Which are all supposed to be fixed and resolved . I've even got complaints open. I did a manufacturer reset on my V6 box 2 week ago. So my hard drive is pretty much empty now . I can see that your engineers have tried to fix the issue .
