Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far itโs been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And Iโm still being billed for ยฃ465!

Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.
