    @matt_dathan @vodafoneservice @VodafoneUK 100% this Matt. It’s abysmal. Even establishing a connection after emerging from the tube is very laggy. There is something wrong. Too many of us are having the same issue. Meanwhile roaming with it in Paris the other week was 👌🏼

    @VodafoneUK contract up today with 3 phones. Spoke to 3 customer services advisors last week all were meant to call me back. None did, looks like I’ll be joining @EE or Sky. 17 years of custom lost.

    @VodafoneUK Hello, my wife has contacted you about her contract and upgrading. The phone call took 2 1/2 hours to connect before being told that they couldn't do anything and to seek advice online. It is subpar customer service and I want to know how it'll be remedied

    Tonight Vodafone ate my 80 pounds. I couldn't connect to customer service at all. Vodafone never found a solution to my problem. A complete disappointment . I will change my operator as soon as possible. Do not use Vodafone!!! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK U're trying 2 charge me £1669.80 data usage in Sierra Leone I didn't use! I was there 50 minutes &didn't use my phone.Switched frm O2 years ago & remained vodaphone customer even tho there is no service in many places! Now this? I offer£40 good will off bill! Really??

    Is anyone else finding @VodafoneUK service in #London shockingly bad over the last few weeks ? It may say 4G but it has all the speed of Edge. Oh and it’s not my devices as they worked a treat roaming in Paris.

    I really don’t know what I’m paying for with @VodafoneUK anymore you binned the Wi-Fi on the tube (and I barely ever use the jubilee so cut the crap that that has 5G) and the international data on Vodafone ES was utter rubbish. Struggled to get a signal much of the time.

    @VodafoneUK < of order, she has no linkline connection. If she now has a fall she can’t call for help. Apparently they don’t have emergency appointment in these circumstances. Very disappointed in the service

    Woken to find all the @VodafoneUK / Apple interface issues resolved. So I’m guessing it really was a fault with Vodafone rather than with the multiple users telling them. When I’ve had an individual issue, I’ve found their customer service excellent, but yesterday was ridiculous.

I do not receive any notifications connected via Wi-Fi I.e Apple phones, Ring Doorbell notifications on my phon etc…however if I disconnect Wi-Fi and connect my devices to mobile data I get all the notifications. Same problem with everyone in my household

    Hi @VodafoneUK why is internet still down in LE12? I was told by your customer services team this outage would be resolved by the end of yesterday. It's been 24 hours now, and will need internet for work. Please let me know, as online chat doesn't work.

    @VodafoneUK Yeah it's still not fixed I'm connected to router but says no Internet. Already run diagnostic and the Tobi bot is down again so it's difficult to speak to an agent. Any reports of outages in Manchester area?
