    @VodafoneUK And why was that not communicated? That’s such a bad move! You’re the only of the big ones that doesn’t have wifi coverage. Also, Jubilee line is only a small part of the whole tube line.

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @VodafoneUK No that’s not true. I have always paid my bill in advance. You have disconnected me with my permission or knowledge. I now have no internet connection until sometime in January and there’s nothing I can do about it. Your customer services could not help despite 3 hours on phone.

    @VodafoneUK Also while I can not make the owner do anything seeing as she hates dealing with customer support, the Vodafone broadband check thing says max guaranteed speed is 4mbps while when we bought it and for months and months (and only shows 4 when issues like this happens)

    @VodafoneUK Last week from Thursday my WiFi dropped from 50mbps dl to 4mbps (upload went down but meh) and then on Sunday it went back to how it should, my WiFi cut off 30m ago and is now back to 4mbps. This isn't normal, and there's NOTHING saying there's issues. Fix it.

    @VodafoneUK @whatneildid The press release seems to indicate that Voda simply haven’t paid up (enough)… “All mobile operators will be able to access the London Underground WiFi, as well as BAI's neutral host mobile network, which can also be made available to the Emergency Services Network (ESN).”
