    Update - DPD tried to deliver at 1030 this morning. When I wasn’t home. Funny that, given @VodafoneUK had promised they would book at hour delivery slot at 1800. I asked them to confirm they had done it and the ‘customer service’ person hung up rather than answer.

    @VodafoneUK Your customer service is appalling. My home broadband has been down all evening and the app was useless in providing any resolution. We had to attempt several phone calls due to continual errors with the voice recognition. 1/2

    @VodafoneUK I’m a Business Premier customer with damage insurance. My phone has a fault (really quiet on a call). Was told to go into a store. Was told phone isn’t damaged so can be done under warranty. “We’ll send it away and you’ll get it back in 5 days” That is absurd!

    Classic @vodafoneuk . I upgraded, they sent me a broken phone. I called, they promised a replacement delivered at 1800 today in an hour slot. Of course it hasn’t turned up. They say it’s not their responsibility, it’s DPD. Won’t tell me if they booked the hour slot or day slot.

    Here’s where the intelligence of technology falls down. I suspect the phone is in stock but not in the colour I arbitrarily ordered. They’ve not said ‘hey, if you ask for the space whatever, we can give you that!’ so I’m just left wondering...@VodafoneUK

What makes it worse though is they actually don't care and they are making no effort to rectify the situation. They just take the customer's hard earned money and then laugh in their faces.     @O2 my 4g has got steadily worse for the last 3 years. My call signal is non-existent. I don't have the 4g capability to connect a video doorbell. Having to use a PAYG @VodafoneUK similar card to install it. It's pathetic
