    @VodafoneUK 3 weeks with no router at all! Finally get an appt. for 12/10 and take a day off work but no one shows up. Had to call to chase and get told too busy to attend today! Now booked for 14/10 - another 2 days and another day off! Why am I paying for this(lack of) service?

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Understand things can go wrong, but who commissioned support chat function where I arbitrarily have to type every 3/4 minutes to stop it getting disconnected? Very frustrating when tech support can’t solve something

    @VodafoneUK As I said before, I’ve never been able to catch 5G signal anywhere. I took the overground from Stratford to Camden Road yesterday and didn’t get 5G anywhere.

    @VodafoneUK why do you throttle speeds?First day of mobile broadband and late afternoon and bang speed drop by at least 60% 11:30 pm speeds come back to normal I had read about this issue on forums now I see for myself it's as others have explained. Vodafone claim no restrictions

    @VodafoneUK Hey Vodafone, My landline is still broke. Week seven with no dial tone but that's no surprise as you have told me three times that there is a fault on the line. You could fix it. But you haven't.

    @francoisduples @VodafoneUK Exactly agree the customer service ain’t the same since most of the stores are now franchises. Nothing is linked up, no store or customer service agent can check each other’s stock levels, no direct store tel numbers - absolutely not putting the customer at the heart of anything.

    @VodafoneUK customer service team is terrible. I ordered a phone with you, was told it would here yesterday, of course it hasn’t arrived as you didn’t give DPD my door number they refused the parcel. Now I have to wait 10 days even though you confirmed you have the phone back!!?
