    I would strongly advise against anyone ever using @VodafoneUK for their internet, have been without internet for three days and their customer service is terrible and still no fix. As a freelancer I’m losing money because I can’t work, and Vodafone have done nothing

    @VodafoneUK I have a serious issue with my account - your call centres have taken 4 weeks and still not fixed. After switching with PAC to you at beg of April I still cannot rcv incoming calls or send/rcv txts. This service is atrocious

    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    Absolute dog **** of a service from @VodafoneUK promised deal would stay in place for new contract by at least 2 members of staff and new upgrade handset would be sent out once back in stock, this was confirmed twice to me and now they say I have to start the application again!

    @VodafoneUK you guys are absolutely useless! Over 2 months without a landline now. You blame Openreach but they have no faults. Your shop which sold me (a 79 year old pensioner) a package of stuff I didn't even want.... Umpteen phone calls, broken promises. Help me PLEASE!!!
