  • cressidarobson Cressida Robson (@cressidarobson) reported from Hounslow, England

@VodafoneUK I would love any messages at all since you turned off the internet and mobile phone at Brentford’s High St and Ealing Road - when will you supposed idiotic ‘secret’ upgrade which has knocked out our signal for two week be done?

  • r1b1ker Mike (@r1b1ker) reported from Poplar, England

@VodafoneUK Hi, it’s the same issue on the app. MyVodafone and 44555. That says to me a problem at your end?

  • AndrewCarrier Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England

@markchristie I enjoy feeding you material! I’m caught in a similar loop with @VodafoneUK at the moment. The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

  • LauraVCook1980 Laura Cook (@LauraVCook1980) reported from Hatfield, England

@BlossomingGifts - how do I reorder the Mothers’s Day flowers that never arrived? Followed instructions in your email but no Happiness Guarantee button. @VodafoneUK - please make sure your offers can be delivered before promising.

  • Nice_Georgia_x Georgia x (@Nice_Georgia_x) reported from Harrow Weald, England

@VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I suggest you escalate this to someoe who can help me as I'm going to have to close my bank account down to stop you raiding my account. I can't afford to be ripped off like this.

  • kjackson1984 K Jackson (@kjackson1984) reported from Barnet, England

@VodafoneUK Hi, it was just a few minutes ago, I went to check and it just sits there like it is going to dial, but never does. I tried to call someone after and that rang fine

  • WeightLaurence Laurence Weight (@WeightLaurence) reported from Poplar, England

@VodafoneUK @Hermesparcels you might be the worst courier service but even your non existent customer service is better than Vodafone

  • marc_laz Marc the Luddite mm #UTAG Parasite! (@marc_laz) reported from Kensington, England

@VodafoneUK I’m am fed up paying for your **** 5g coverage in London !!! Sort it out !!!

  • cressidarobson Cressida Robson (@cressidarobson) reported from Hounslow, England

@VodafoneUK How about giving us some signal so we could actually make Zoom calls? You have knocked out the internet at Brentford High St and Ealing Road for two weeks and we cannot work or home school

  • cressidarobson Cressida Robson (@cressidarobson) reported from Hounslow, England

@VodafoneUK Stop ignoring us and sending us stupid machine generated emails giving false deadlines and cheerily telling us it’s an upgrade WE HAVE NO INTERNET OR PHONE

  • ross_sergeant Ross Sergeant (@ross_sergeant) reported from Barnet, England

@VodafoneUK - why is it that the very day after I gave notice that we are moving to an address next month which doesn’t offer Vodafone broadband so ending our contract, you’ve now slowed our broadband service so much that it only works half the time?

  • cressidarobson Cressida Robson (@cressidarobson) reported from Hounslow, England

@VodafoneUK @samwarburton_ @lionsofficial No because you turned off out internet access and mobile phone signal with your ‘secret’ upgrade - any chance you could turn it back in again so we could watch something!? Anything?

  • twizzle1010 Terry 🦇🦒🦁 (@twizzle1010) reported from Bexleyheath, England

It's so weird (& troubling) how these mobile phones have taken such a hold on our lives. I was awake at the crack of dawn worrying if I'd ever be able to unlock the damn thing again but thanks to @VodafoneUK online customer support, they sorted it for me. Phew!

  • DanielJohnLynch Daniel John Lynch (@DanielJohnLynch) reported from Paddington, England

Forgot to pay @VodafoneUK by 5 days. Vodafone’s answer? Not to remind me, but to get @TheZincGroup to send a letter saying they’re going to cut me off, possibly add £638 or send to debt collector making it £841. *clears throat* go **** yourselves!

  • AndrewCarrier Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK Mille, it would be much easier to be patient if we knew how long it was really going to take to fix. An hour? A day? A week? A month? Please just be transparent. “As quickly as possible” doesn’t mean anything.

  • Larter_D Darren Larter (@Larter_D) reported from Harlow, England

@VodafoneUK is there a 4g issue round the CM20 area? My 4g has barely worked for the past couple of days.

  • LukeAlisonnn Luke Alison (@LukeAlisonnn) reported from Poplar, England

@VodafoneUK Hi, my first monthly payment came out today and I was charged £37. I have Vodafone Advantage because of who I work for so it’s meant to be £31.45. Can someone help me with this please? Thanks

  • kjackson1984 K Jackson (@kjackson1984) reported from Barnet, England

@VodafoneUK hi, is there an issue with the voicemail system as I can’t get it working by either pressing the voicemail button or dialling 121?

  • tazdotcom tazdotcom (@tazdotcom) reported from Poplar, England

@VodafoneUK I have asked for my Spotify to cancel once my red entertainment tariff has ended. Yet it has not help

  • Larter_D Darren Larter (@Larter_D) reported from Harlow, England

@VodafoneUK my 4g is STILL not working in the CM20 area. Works elsewhere around, so maybe a particular mast issue?

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JoshAlexCairo Josh Scully (@JoshAlexCairo) reported

@VodafoneUK @JimBethell @vodafone Thanks for the response, but this is useless to everyone that doesn't use that particular stretch of the Jubilee line =and to poorer customers who can't afford data plans) . Now your customers are the only ones who can't connect across the rest of the network, which is most of it

  • CathieOh1 Cathie Oh (@CathieOh1) reported

I am not a fan of incomplete sentences so am suggesting @VodafoneUK start using the tagline "together we can ...leave a 94 year old man with no wifi or phone for 4 weeks" or even "Together we can... not cancel your order so you're free to find a service that CAN connect you"

  • kirstylewis6 Kirsty Lewis (@kirstylewis6) reported

Really frustrating that the only way @VodafoneUK say I can cancel my service with them is by ringing, yet have been on hold for over an hour multiple times this week with no luck... Definitely seems I've made the right decision by cancelling!

  • davesgould Dave Gould 🟣 (@davesgould) reported

@Em__Harris @VodafoneUK Yes, they were working on something, and got signal back later that day with an email and text confirmation

  • WWarped W (@WWarped) reported

@VodafoneUK Further more sending a complaint email is no longer easy because those in charge hide behind their staff. I don't want a chat bot or a phone number, I want an email address.

  • the_max_doom max doom (@the_max_doom) reported

@VodafoneUK having quite a bit of broadband trouble last week or so - drop outs, usually comes back on are you having issues in se4 please?

  • simon_hudson78 Simon Hudson (@simon_hudson78) reported

Wtf @VodafoneUK I pay me bill yesterday and now you cut me off. Well thanks for the inconvenience of having to phone up and explain to someone who doesn't speak English and is dithering and doddering. What the hell is going on

  • mully1410 Amanda Mulheron (@mully1410) reported

@VodafoneUK sooo disappointed that your happy for customers to look elsewhere for new mobile deals. Retention team no interest in keeping customers offering deals that u can clearly see avaliable online anyway so what's the point in them calling to help 'keep' you 😡

  • peshwari Peshwari Naan (@peshwari) reported

@VodafoneUK Yeah charge me for stopping scams. Really great customer service. How about working with other telecom cos to just block them? @Ofcom Do consumers matter?

  • kingsfleet Gerard Davison (@kingsfleet) reported

@VodafoneUK I signed up for broadband and forgot to untick the router box, but customers services said I cannot return it. Can that be true? Seems a shame to recycle a router that will never be used.
