    @VodafoneUK Ok well a specific location it doesn't work is the bus stop at EN5 5NQ. But all over that area mobile internet barely works or does not work at all. Additionally in some areas around there the phone signal is poor. The problem I'm talking about now is good signal but no net.

    They did actually cancel it after 2.5hrs... & 2 attempts to sell me other Vodafone products I didnโ€™t want or need - really poor customer service - your telephony team were amazingly, worse Counting the days until the end of @vodafoneUk contract & telling anyone who will listen!

    Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far itโ€™s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And Iโ€™m still being billed for ยฃ465!

    .@VodafoneUK nothing like having no internet ... + Wasting an hour of my life yesterday.. then being promised engineer calls within 24 hr.. but silence & internet is terrible despite fact I pay for 20 gb a month #badservice

    Tonight Vodafone ate my 80 pounds. I couldn't connect to customer service at all. Vodafone never found a solution to my problem. A complete disappointment . I will change my operator as soon as possible. Do not use Vodafone!!! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Despite requesting say 8 times for over 6 weeks you still have not sent me my SIM card. Have been a customer for 25 years plus, will not be for much longer. Totally let down by @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    I would strongly advise against anyone ever using @VodafoneUK for their internet, have been without internet for three days and their customer service is terrible and still no fix. As a freelancer Iโ€™m losing money because I canโ€™t work, and Vodafone have done nothing

    Message for @vodafoneUK There's a total network failure in DL2 3AA for over 48 hours now. Multiple routers and phones entirely down, no data and poor phone reception. Business and home offline on a Sunday. The network checker doesn't recognise the failure.

    Another day fighting with @VodafoneUK to get a constant 4G signal. Why are these phone comp allowed to provide such a poor service and still charge for it @Ofcom

    On a train (as I am every week) can't have a phone call for more than 30 seconds. @VodafoneUK your signal is absolutely shocking. Why??? It's 2026. Surely your investments would see significantly better performance. Tired of this rubbish

    Dear @VodafoneUK why do you make it SO difficult to speak to a human in your cust service team? Your phone options are designed to send people online at all costs. Iโ€™m trying to pay off my device plan but itโ€™s like you donโ€™t want my money. And for that TOBY,worse than useless!

    Your mobile service in DT6 West Bay Dorset has slowly been eroded down to nothing. From 25 mps down over the years to just 0.5 mps down this summer. Not good enough... @VodafoneUK
