The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. Logic says a billing period is no more than 31 days so at most I should've been charged pro-rata. The network drops so many times and now on this bill I got £40 extra charges for the modem having to use the dongle for data. I've called and spoken to different people for weeks, no help.
