@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

@VodafoneUK swapped broadband to you, nothing but trouble from installation to trying to resolve. No contact email, only a chat service which logs off after 8 mins whilst the handler takes ages to read notes! Not good! Also took my payment when I was told this wouldn’t happen?
