I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, @VodafoneUK are one complete **** up of a company, thank god I’ve only got a gigacube with them and not my mobile phone, tomorrow I will be released from my contract without penalty or I’ll take this further, no more will I accept this🤬

@VodafoneUK Why is your 4G signal so intermittent at Heathrow T5 at the moment? Loads of us that work here haven’t been whats app messages till hours later, phone calls don’t go thru and apps not loading!!

Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK My mum has Power of Attorney over Dad (dementia) & has been trying for MONTHS to get the name changed to hers on their mobile account. She doesn’t need the stress caused by requests for unnecessary information. Just change the name!
