Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

@VodafoneUK I think when you go into a store all these advisors are thinking is about there bonus’s they don’t seem to care what the customer wants and how save them money shame on you Vodafone and trying to call Vodafone customer service, you a day off they don’t pick up.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone is probably the worst social media to reply to people with enquires and problems with Vodafone problems , they never reply back , and when they do,after there 100th cup of tea of the day, customers usually don’t bother and fed up anyway

@VodafoneUK I was with EE any problem s they would resolve it there and then, Iam regretting moving to Vodafone, i have been waiting for a phone call for a week,about my overcharge on my bill but no one in Vodafone seems to give a dam.

@VodafoneUK just DM a Vodafone advisor, he’s just like there customer service call centre, they never pick up, and it looks like it he’s disappeared as well I don’t think I will hear from him again.

@VodafoneUK Hey Lisamarie, i didn’t make the network secret at all and when i first had this issue plus going through troubleshooting i was asked to do press wps for more than 5 seconds but that didn’t seem to work for me.

@VodafoneUK customer service is a JOKE. First waiting for 10 mins then explain what I need and the person says they'll transfer to the section. When they finally pick up you have to explain everything all over again and they have no clue how to help you!!! Lost ONE hour...😡

Nice of @VodafoneUK to mug me off. One of my contacts run out so I cancelled it only to find out it never got cancelled so had to give another 30 days notice. Useless phone company. Anyone know if @TheO2 still buy out contracts I've genuinely have enough of them now.
