@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

@VodafoneUK I’m aware of the speed excuse but the reception is poor for the whole journey even when the train is stationary. It’s about time this problem was sorted out. With regard to WiFi - it’s not secure to use public WiFi - hence it’s not used.

@VodafoneUK Hi, had issues with connecting a smartwatch, accidentally set up/charged for two one number lines. After 4 calls, my sim swap has not happened (now over 48hrs) on the 4th call I was told it was escalated and should be done by today.

The drama with @Voxi continues. After committing to delete the original sim order and rebate money (they cannot port from @VodafoneUK ), they have now admitted they have not cancelled the order + 1 hour chat. A genuinely awful company. More calls to complaints tomorrow :-(

Best mobile phone company guys? @VodafoneUK can do one - been with them years - cancelled one of my accounts in March, had to chase up in Sept as were still taking payments, this week I’m receiving debt collection letters WHEN THEY OWE ME and now the operator can’t help either 😡

@VodafoneUK How can multiple mobiles all using different Vodafone SIMs, all experience between 0-20% signal strength, but when putting TalkMobile SIMs (that use Vodafone network), into the same handsets at the same time and location, suddenly all get 100% signal strength?

@VodafoneUK have had the worst possible experience since yesterday. An agent ‘accidentally’ blocked my primary phone number, and I haven’t been able to use my sim for 16hrs. Been chatting with support for the last 50mins; transferred from team to team. No one knows what to do!
