    @DPDgroup_news I have had the worst experience with #DPD you surround yourself with technology but can’t drop a phone from @VodafoneUK to a customer with a doorbell that works, a 24 hr Concierge and clear instructions given via your app 🤬

    @VodafoneUK my broadband is down. Yet i'm apparently meant to have the dongle that kiks in being on the pro set up. You tell me to go online to check it. How can I when the internet is down and my 4g is as much use as tits on a fish?! No answer on the phone, I can't work either.

    @VodafoneUK this is getting ridiculous. We have been out of internet for 12 days and we’re promised this will be fixed today. And now it’s pushed back another 11 days to 19th. None of you team is willing to help or provide a solution or a 5g box.

    @VodafoneUK I had to loose a lot of money and time because of false advertising from Vodafone. Absolutely bad customer to compensate I was only paid £85 but I’ve lost a lot more than that
