@VodafoneUK I’m dealing with someone called Calum, who clearly doesn’t know how to work under pressure, in a crisis situation you need strong people. Is it possible to talk to someone at Vodaphone, no one is picking up calls, response time via message is unacceptably slow.

Hey @VodafoneUK as prompted I pressed the link to Cancel my @SpotifyUK premium subscription ‘at the end of the contracted period’ NOT ‘immediately’. I should still have a couple of days left, but now I’m hearing adverts which suggests my subscription was cancelled instantly.

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom is this something I should be complaining to you about. @VodafoneUK solution is to repeat the same process for a third time knowing and expecting a different result. Not sure how to take this further but I believe it needs addressing.

I have two phones - one on @EE and one on @VodafoneUK - and I can barely get any signal from either at my home in south east London, which is GREAT when I have to do basically all my meetings by phone right now.

Ordered #GigaCube from @VodafoneUK and I had the worst experience ever with a provider.. The delivery was delayed for 2 weeks, then they over charged us significantly, speed was so slow.. Wanted to cancel and they said I have to pay £500.. really DISAPPOINTED in @VodafoneGroup

@VodafoneUK Technical challenge since day 1, called several times until I got to the tech 2 team who has made it clear they can’t help!! Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

@robinmckelvie @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz I’ve been with Vodafone for years and had a couple of problems over the years but I got them sorted by keeping a note of the date and times of any phone calls and ask them to go back and listen to the recording of any deals I made with Vodafone the problems were soon fixed

So I cancel with @VodafoneUK nearly 4 months ago and now I've got an email saying I owe money for broadband when I don't even have broadband with them...I cancelled my phone and tablet because of poor customer service and because I was ripped off with 2 broken tablets. Not happy!

@BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Good luck, took me 10 phone calls to include speaking to people in Ireland, Egypt, Cardiff and India and still nothing done about my billing issue. It took a 2 hour online chat with a chap in India who I believe sorted it.
