Trying to cancel my Pay Monthly Sim with @VodafoneUK after being told to do it online by their complaints team. There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.

@VodafoneUK I’ll give them a call. I’m just surprised that a new ‘upgrade’ contract will be £10 more a month than I’m currently paying. But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.

@VodafoneUK 5g4g was less 1mb. Upload ok but can not confirm that for sure. Service is back now and in my opinion is 20 30 percent faster than before issue. Major upgrade or no one using devices because of issue ? Also I had to put my SIM in 2nd SIM slot on device for this fix

@VodafoneUK Here’s an update, in case anyone is interested, the engineer says no fault in the line. Apparently @VodafoneUK has been sending out refurbished routers and this has caused issues across the board. So I call and ask for a new router and am told to wait ANOTHER 24 hrs

@theleeknight @VodafoneUK I had to terminate my contract with them when we moved, the internet never came and the customer service was abysmal. They still show up on my credit report as an open account even though I closed it 4 years ago and asked numerous times to close it.
