    @VodafoneUK Hi I’m trying to sign up for the Red 150 24m sim only deal but when I try to select esim when I’m in the review your basket phase, it won’t let me select esim, have tried on different browsers to see if that was the issue. Are you not able to do an esim on this deal?

    @paulifd @VodafoneUK Yeah, 4G in places still isn't covered. I've not used my 'new' phone yet so never got to test out if 5G was available but they were trying to sell the higher unlimited package that had "faster" internet & ****. Wasn't worth the risk though. I'd have been paying extra for nothing.

    I really don’t know what I’m paying for with @VodafoneUK anymore you binned the Wi-Fi on the tube (and I barely ever use the jubilee so cut the crap that that has 5G) and the international data on Vodafone ES was utter rubbish. Struggled to get a signal much of the time.

    @metimwright @VodafoneUK @Wimbledon We don’t need anymore evidence when trying to use their 4G for anything hotspot related, usually it’s slow and fails a lot of the time

    @VodafoneUK U're trying 2 charge me £1669.80 data usage in Sierra Leone I didn't use! I was there 50 minutes &didn't use my phone.Switched frm O2 years ago & remained vodaphone customer even tho there is no service in many places! Now this? I offer£40 good will off bill! Really??

    @O2 Do you think it will be today, tomorrow, Monday? A rough indication would help. Please would you also advise if I can cancel the contract and phone altogether with no penalty? Right now, it would be much easier for me to just stay with @VodafoneUK than to move to @O2.

    @VodafoneUK Hello, my wife has contacted you about her contract and upgrading. The phone call took 2 1/2 hours to connect before being told that they couldn't do anything and to seek advice online. It is subpar customer service and I want to know how it'll be remedied

    With @vodafoneuk 20 years. OneNet service starts, free landline number, great. 5 years ago they add another landline number to my account, error, told its free. 2 months ago they start to charge £12 for MAIN 1st number (mid contract) and say nothing they can do about it. -6 hours

    @VodafoneUK I have been trying to get an email for voda. I have been paying for a broadband which drops every 5mins. Now its totally gone as poor Vodafone hasn't received payment. How does it feel. Absolutely the worse customer interaction. Its non existent. I am fed up, wasting.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I’ve finally managed to connect to the internet with the help of an engineer visit following my broadband service activating on 25th March, but the ‘Phone’ & ‘Broadband’ lights on the router won’t come on at all. Can someone help me with this ASAP please?
