    I raised a ticket 2 weeks ago for the wifi not working, the engineer came to fix the issue on Wednesday. On Saturday same scenario, wifi not working, I contacted them again and the ticket it’s still open. Basically my wifi it works only 3 days a week. Thank you @VodafoneUK 🀍

    Trying to speak to customer service @VodafoneUK is hard work! I’m so frustrated!!! Reporting a smashed iPhone screen and the stupid voice wants to send me a link to trouble shoot the thing! It’s a smashed screen ffs!!!

    @VodafoneUK - for over 3 hours ,your assistant was rude , cutting me off as my battery was dying after asking me to take a pic of my router which cut me off when I went to the camera app ,I've just tried to contact via the app but apparently they're having tech problem's

    @VodafoneUK What a scam your very me rewards are. Tried to book the Vue tickets on Saturday and there were issues with the booking system so my codes were voided and no tickets for me. Customer service doesn't work weekends and the movie is tomorrow. I have now spent more time

    @vodafoneuk hey guys, is there any chance that you will start to accept @starling_bank as a direct debit payment method, when taking out a Sim only contract with you? At the minute, it seems like you can’t use them. You just get errors all the time.

    @VodafoneUK I've been Vodafone customer almost 2years. A sales person called me with broadband and landline offer, I switched from the talktalk. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

    @VodafoneUK honestly ur network is so ****. I'm considering switching over to some one who has better 5g coverage and one that doesn't switch off data out of the blue. Coz of you guys dead net, I couldn't end my @limebike at the location I was at. Had to ride it further to end it

    Shoutout to @VodafoneUK for leaving my mother in law with no phone or internet for 11 days. She is in her mid 70s, has health issues and no way to contact anyone. No mobile phone. Completely isolated. My husband just keeps getting told "will be resolved within 48 hours" πŸ˜’

    Time for a new phone yet the @VodafoneUK app says my screen is showing signs of damage. Erm, it’s in perfect condition and has been in a case since day one. Perhaps if they made a test that you could see properly it might be better. Time to switch I think
