@VodafoneUK Thank you for your excuse. You’ve known for at least 20minutes. It takes very little time to send a message out which simply reads “We are having issues with our network which may affect you making or receiving calls. We’re working on getting this fixed as quickly as possible.”

@OpenreachHelp You’re rude and aggressive engineer turned off my WiFi while fixing a neighbours yesterday. @VodafoneUK have confirmed this. I do not see why I have to wait 3 days to have you send someone out to turn it back on. Please DO NOT send the person who came yesterday

PSA, if you think of signing up with @VodafoneUK: - If you face an issue, they say it may take up to 5 work days to fix it. - they take up to 72h to deploy their deploy their techs, and they don't raise the call until all other ways are explored (e.g. billing) #feeltheconnection

@VodafoneUK Sadly. I'm the 4th member of my family to be moving because of the excessive prices on the Vodafone upgrade plans. Even one member who's been a stonch supporter for most of their mobile owning life. There is clearly a findemental problem with your costs and a call won't sort it.
