    @MichaelLCrick Sorry Michael but everyone knows that the @VodafoneUK shops are a TOTAL disaster and you must never ever try to have any dealings with them at all. It's as if they were a covert operation to destroy the Vodafone brand. Do everything by post. That works v well.

    @VodafoneUK your website is so riddled with errors I give up. Sort it out - this is THE worst example of an e-commerce website I have ever come across. Whoever built it - fire them, they are worth £0.00 per hour.

    I’m sick and tired of getting emails from @VodafoneUK to get their broadband. I’ve told them countless times I can’t get that where I live currently, yet they still send me these stupid emails. It’s irritating

    @VodafoneUK I’m SICK of your network, usually I have lots of issues streaming radio, but now my texts won’t sent. This is the latest in the non stop issues I have. I’ve checked the status and it says all is working, so why won’t my text send? SORT IT OUT

    @VodafoneUK I’m always doing this. The coverage isn’t the issue Harriet, it’s the fact your 4G data service is always having issues. I also have bad buffering issues at times when streaming online radio. Your 4G isn’t up to standard, it really is as simple as that

    @VodafoneUK @alty_786 That's absolutely awful. I experienced the same with Vodafone. In the end I had to cancel my contract with them and move to another provider.

    Is anyone else finding @VodafoneUK service in #London shockingly bad over the last few weeks ? It may say 4G but it has all the speed of Edge. Oh and it’s not my devices as they worked a treat roaming in Paris.

    For crying out loud @VodafoneUK , why can’t your 4G be reliable 24 hours a day, yet again I’m having issues uploading an hour’s recording to Mixcloud. And yes I’ve rebooted my phone. I’m SICK of this. Now the upload has restarted. Can’t wait to go to @EE in November

    @VodafoneUK No point, I’m always having issue with the 4G, specially uploads. Nah, think I’ll just plod along and hurry to @EE in November when my contract is up..and I won’t look back either. I’ve been with you since 2018 and had Jon stop issues since last year. Poor show

    I can’t wait to leave @VodafoneUK in November. I’m sick of the regular issues I’m experiencing. If it’s not 4G data issue which is most of the time, it’s now sending text messages. @EE would never have such regular issues, neither should any network

    Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK zone 01 London service gone to **** in recent months? 4G / 4 bars no internet, contently drops to two bars and frequently cuts out when on calls and on social and surfing! 🤯 …And they want more money from us to improve the service!! 😭

    Once again I’m having uploading issues with @VodafoneUK 4G data service. I’m sick of this, I’ll be pleased to go with @EE in November who I know are far more reliable than Vodafone ever could be. THREE times so far my upload has restarted using my mobile hotspot

    More poor customer service from @VodafoneUK this time over the phone.....left hanging "I'll go and find out for you !" Never came back. Not as bad as the online chat experience last week though where I was passed to 5 different people !

    OMG anyone with Vodafone? I am having a mare @VodafoneUK ! spoke re POSSIBLY moving over,they send me a contract with wrong monies. WANT to ensure contract cancelled - 50 mins on phone- to be told that there aren’t enough questions to get me thru security so can’t cancel! WTF!!!

    I’m sooo frustrated. No signal till end of next week. No other mast to connect to so I need to be out from very early every day. This is a joke @VodafoneUK. Is someone planning to put me in a hotel till then because the nonsense compensation offered is nothing for this trouble
