    Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

    @VodafoneUK my new iphone 12 max pro was snatched in street in Vauxhall. Unfortunately not insured. Been a customer for over a decade, now have no phone, just a contract to pay for another 23 months. Already have an additional data line. Seems very unfair. @metpoliceuk @Ofcom

    Almost 2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK - passed to 3 different departments(explaining my situation each time🙄)only to finally be told to go to a store to sort it out once they reopen on the 2nd 🥵Also sent 4 DM’s on here with zero response.Pretty rubbish customer service 👎

    I got my Google Pixel 6 with @VodafoneUK for £24 a month (100GB data) and just got mom the Pixel 7 from Vodafone for a couple quid more and my NHS discount... Ditching O2's bizarre fees. Always recommend Vodafone and Virgin for providers in terms of cost and customer svc 👍🏼🥰

    @elliot_gregs @VodafoneUK Yes I think it will be fine, I was with O2 once and had no issues with coverage. I think there might be an EE black hole in our house as the other mobile is with them and the coverage isn’t great.

    Just left @VodafoneUK because after over a decade as a customer they wanted to know my monthly income and how much I spend on childcare each month in order for me to upgrade my phone. As a SAHM I don’t have a monthly income. I have switched to another network and saved money 👋
