@VodafoneUK I’ll give them a call. I’m just surprised that a new ‘upgrade’ contract will be £10 more a month than I’m currently paying. But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.

It's so weird (& troubling) how these mobile phones have taken such a hold on our lives. I was awake at the crack of dawn worrying if I'd ever be able to unlock the damn thing again but thanks to @VodafoneUK online customer support, they sorted it for me. Phew!

@VodafoneUK Yes phone and app fully updated, uninstalled and reinstalled, Im using an iphone 14 pro max, its not a problem my end, ive tried whilst on 4G and wifi connected, always get error messages, it clearly states your having technical difficulties yet Im the one its costing!

@VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK utterly, utterly useless tech help. 5 days and several hours trying to get wifi calling on my S22 Ultra with no joy. I know it works as I had one before. That one took 2 weeks to get wifi calling. Just send updated settings!!!!!

@BottlesBooks @VodafoneUK I had similar a few years ago with EE, but because I'd been with them less than a year, I argued that the initial contract should be honoured. They backed down, and didn't increase the price till the following year. I don't know exact legality of this, but worth trying.
