It's as if they were a covert operation to destroy the Vodafone brand. Do everything by post. That works v well.

Complaints have me a code that doesn’t work and I can’t speak to anyone senior enough to sort this out! Worst of all the help people keep making it out it is my fault!!!

I also have bad buffering issues at times when streaming online radio. Your 4G isn’t up to standard, it really is as simple as that

Has a 25 gig fair use policy, but that only affects data and not text/phone etc. I had an issue with them when I went to Oz. Had to sort it on return - can you go online chat and request a callback?
