    @VodafoneUK my experience with you since December has been very poor. Hopeless you put wrong no. on pay as you go and then charged me for the outstanding contract period of the number you cut of in error. Numerous calls and now you have cut my three lines off.

    @VodafoneUK my new iphone 12 max pro was snatched in street in Vauxhall. Unfortunately not insured. Been a customer for over a decade, now have no phone, just a contract to pay for another 23 months. Already have an additional data line. Seems very unfair. @metpoliceuk @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK Charlotte, I spent four hours on Saturday trying to upgrade 2 company handsets, the wrong phone was confirmed and today I have been on for another hour arranging to send it back. Further away than ever from actually getting our new phones. Service systems designed to fail

    @VodafoneUK I’ll give them a call. I’m just surprised that a new ‘upgrade’ contract will be £10 more a month than I’m currently paying. But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.

    @VodafoneUK after 1 store visit, 2 phone calls to customers services, 1 bot , these things I know The store staff are not interested in helping, The call centre says I'm a very important customer, the weather is hot in Asia, but nobody can tell me when my phone will arrive.

    @VodafoneUK Bri’s messaged now. Not impressed still without a router after telling you early last wk it had gone to old address. OpenReach been now too, so really frustrating! Try just having a phone to do everything, inc TV when you’ve #mentalhealth & #anxiety issues - not on & not fair

    @VodafoneUK No engineer since 01/11 and now been another week of nobody working on the issue. No update from Voda today to tell me what’s going on. No sign of Openreach. No fibre since 12/10 and counting. I’d advise everyone to steer clear of Voda. Customers mean nothing to them.
