    Dear @VodafoneUK what I'd really like for #FeelgoodFriday would be to get my damn phone number working so people can call me. I have data again after A WEEK without and can call out after cut off for TWO DAYS but STILL no-one can call me. Your "support" is truly #terrible

    @VodafoneUK @whatneildid The press release seems to indicate that Voda simply haven’t paid up (enough)… “All mobile operators will be able to access the London Underground WiFi, as well as BAI's neutral host mobile network, which can also be made available to the Emergency Services Network (ESN).”

    @VodafoneUK I've been Vodafone customer almost 2years. A sales person called me with broadband and landline offer, I switched from the talktalk. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

    @VodafoneUK Worst service ever! Can't get signal in N16 6 area. This has been an ongoing issue for years. Paying loads of money every month and I can't speak with my wife or send a message. Send someone to just walk around my area. Kyverdale, Cazenove and Alkham Road. #Vodafone

    Wow, I’m not one to complain but @VodafoneUK have absolutely appalling customer service and blame so much on ‘tech glitches’. Why offer click and collect in store the same day when you then get told it’ll be 1-2 days to arrive in store…yet it still hasn’t left the warehouse??

    @VodafoneUK Had a really unhelpful webchat with your agent earlier. Due to severe illness, I can no longer work. I asked to reduce my phone data back to 25GB. Explained I am struggling to pay £66 a month for data I don’t need for work anymore. Zero help offered. 👌Thanks.

    @HexyBastard @VodafoneUK I had to move away from them after 8 years being loyal customer... After talking to over 26 advisors over the course of 6 months and none was willing to give me a loyalty discount on a new contract i was forced to leave and never looked back since. Avoid them at all cost.

    @VodafoneUK Without broadband for 25 days; 6 phone calls to Vodafone; 4 promises of 48 hours to fix; until day 25 & engineer finally turned up & fixed the severed cable. Vodafone - ..as we were able to meet the original activation date, we won't apply the compensation .

    @VodafoneUK There really isn’t much support here on these pages that you provide, it’s just all about what will happen to your credit rating when you’re struggling to pay which will make a lot of people NOT want to call you. In this present economic climate Vodafone is an embarrassment.
