    @VodafoneUK I got a new contract and phone with you the other day, my numbers have switched over but my data is not working. I just tired to call your team for help but only got through to a robot who wouldn’t even put me in a queue to speak to anyone!

    @VodafoneUK my phone is restricted and told me to call customer service... I called, and it just repeats what it’s been saying when I try ring other numbers. It also didn’t send me my normal text to say my bill was due and tried to pay it on the day and said I have nothing to pay

    Just had a very disappoint #upgrade chat with @VodafoneUK, been a customer for 15yrs, have multiple accounts and what was on offer is PATHETIC for sim free options! Time to look elsewhere I think!

    So disappointed with @Vodafoneuk. Tried to upgrade last Monday in Store. Nine working days ago, now I'm told another 10 days what a joke. Why agree the upgrade if you have no stock. No way to treat a customer of over 10 years 🙄😞😠😱🤡

    @VodafoneUK Gigacube is the worst piece of technology. Do not buy! I’ve called multiple time’s to get someone to help me and no one can! They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @VodafoneUK Definitely not the most reliable. Your network hardly ever works properly. I have so much unecessary data because that was cheaper than getting a proper deal that would allow me to use my phone abroad. You are robbing everyone with this new build your plan rubbish.

    @VodafoneUK trying to set up cellular on apple watch, tells me setting up one number plan is successful, but then mobile data settings in the watch app just sticks on waiting for a few hours before saying it cannot set up cellular. Happened three times now. Can you help please?

    @VodafoneUK 5g4g was less 1mb. Upload ok but can not confirm that for sure. Service is back now and in my opinion is 20 30 percent faster than before issue. Major upgrade or no one using devices because of issue ? Also I had to put my SIM in 2nd SIM slot on device for this fix

    @VodafoneUK I recently moved my number from another network to you. it seems I have both my number and the new number that came with the sim both . When people call/text me on the number I moved over everthing is normal but when I text back it shows up as the new number for them?
