    Hey @VodafoneUK as prompted I pressed the link to Cancel my @SpotifyUK premium subscription ‘at the end of the contracted period’ NOT ‘immediately’. I should still have a couple of days left, but now I’m hearing adverts which suggests my subscription was cancelled instantly.

    2 hrs I’ve spent asking Vodaphone why I wasn’t informed I was about to run out of data before being charged an additional £117 and no one can help. And my data is still blocked on the other line. Calls backs promised and that never happen. It’s an appalling service! @VodafoneUK

    Ordered #GigaCube from @VodafoneUK and I had the worst experience ever with a provider.. The delivery was delayed for 2 weeks, then they over charged us significantly, speed was so slow.. Wanted to cancel and they said I have to pay £500.. really DISAPPOINTED in @VodafoneGroup

    @mfarmersmarket @VodafoneUK I once waited over 2 hours. I wouldn’t mind but I’m not even a customer but was trying to report that a phone had been fraudulently bought in my name. Ended up sending them a DM with some choice words.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. Really jumping with joy. Cpuld not activate Entertainment, so you decide to remove and reinstate to try an resolve it. But now refusing to reinstate it, claiming I am not entitled to it. Now to get it reinstated asking me to Contact Customer Relations.

    @VodafoneUK @O2 on the 29th of July I set in motion a change from Vodaphone to O2 , today after more calls than I can remember I actually have a service. Seriously rubbish service from both companies.

    @VodafoneUK I've done the signal checker and what I'm supposed to get. But what I'm saying is signal speed has dropped in my area since the common wealth games started. Is there something wrong in area that doesn't show up or has Vodafone bandwidth in my area hit it's limitation

    @VodafoneUK why is the signal so bad in Great Barr region of Birmingham. And everything outside the area is better. The Vodafone signal checker on the site says no issues were found. I'm getting 5mbps on the area on all handset
