@charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. I’ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. I’ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

@VodafoneUK I’m a Business Premier customer with damage insurance. My phone has a fault (really quiet on a call). Was told to go into a store. Was told phone isn’t damaged so can be done under warranty. “We’ll send it away and you’ll get it back in 5 days” That is absurd!

What if your ex call all the companies who you have a contract with, electricity, water, gas, bank, telephone and they would all cancel your contract? Would you be happy about it?
