@VodafoneUK I get constant dropped calls from Comoros and Botswana. I report these by text but still the same numbers keep calling. I’ve tried to phone but your IVR system won’t let me speak to a person. Very unhappy about the fact I can’t talk to someone about this. Please help.

@SamyHeath1993 @VodafoneUK I had the same problem with optus I was getting angry cause they wasn't listening to me when I keep telling them there is no phone line socket in the house they said there is internet there just plug in the modem to the phone socket there is none and they said hire a private tech

@VodafoneUK Thanks for the reply. We have now cancelled our contract with you. I work from home and the service is just not upto scratch. Turns out we've never even had the speeds we were supposed to anyway. So I'm not entirely sure what we've been paying for.

@VodafoneUK the 191 customer service line is dysfunctionally bad!! Wanted to cancel a service - untenable wait times, walked to a shop they couldn't do it either. Great business where you prevent customers from leaving!!
