    @VodafoneUK Don’t worry, I cancelled an upgrade. It took 40 mins to explain to your colleague over the phone the nature of my complaint - 40mins! My post here is clear & everyone understood what I posted apart from @VodafoneUK - go figure. I will NOT renew my contract. Thanks.

    Here's a good example of "surprise & delight": you're an ISP and a client moves home & wants to keep you as their provider. You tell them the service will be up in the new house on x date and u make it available at 6 am, NOT at 11pm on that day. Hint hint @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I have been let down by Vodaphone. My engineer visit was booked for 01/02 and I change this to 04/02 I waited in all day and no engineer arrived. Soonest I can get an engineer now is 14/02 UNACCEPTABLE. I want to cancel my contract.

    Hey @VodafoneUK / got my new broadband installed. Realistic speed is 7Mbit/sec. Your advertised 70Mbit/sec "sync" speed is irrelevant and is classic mis selling. @ASA_UK as a 15 year Vodafone customer I am truly #Disappointed #NeverVodafoneBroadband #missold

    Arghhhhh @VodafoneUK you are so frustrating!! 😤 Was offered extra 100GB data last week, texted as requested to take up offer but it wasn't applied & now I've run out as I assumed it was there!! Your call handler said there were issues with this offer & there had been many calls!

    I don’t normally do this but has to be said that @VodafoneUK Have delivered some of the worst customer service of my entire life the past few days. Contradicting statement, lost SIM cards, no explanations. Spent 2 full days dealing with agents and no resolution.

    @VodafoneUK Listen I tried to do that and those options never showed. Your customer experience leaves a lot to be desired. So can actually help me find those options on these useless bots, instead of hiding behind them.

    Hey @VodafoneUK that’s four days now that media won’t load on Twitter. Been through your tech team this morning and through the sim card in/out, reset, clear cache, etc. Nothing has resolved the issue. Can you help sort this out for me please @akaollie1903

    @VodafoneUK Hello, I've had the same issue for 2 days, also completely unable to load any Microsoft websites including Outlook. Very frustrating. Nothing to do with signal strength, caches, etc.

    @VodafoneUK I have WiFi calling enabled which is fine for calls but have found it doesn’t help SMS at all. Is there any additional set up required for that? 🤔

    @VodafoneUK Actually think I’ve spoken too soon. Currently on the train and it worked just after crossing the river till about West Brompton and then stopped again. It’s definitely a network issue and doesn’t impact all areas.

    @VodafoneUK Oh I am definitely raising this further, just sent you a DM cuz this just isn’t good enough. I also think this is a reason to be let out of my contract early with no termination fee as the network isn’t fit for purpose while this is happening
