@VodafoneUK first day being a #vodafonebroadband customer and I could not be more displeased. Upon agreeing to switch I was told “smooth and within minutes you’ll be online” and I actually believed them. I’ve been a mobile customer 8yrs, abandon+change perhaps #CustomerExperience

@VodafoneUK I upgraded my handset in July 2018 to an iPhone X. The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The ******* the phone was helpful.

Am now flying home. Which means my agency is going to be calling me looking to book me for shifts. Which they can't do if my phone service does work. So at this point @VodafoneUK **** up goes from dangerous and inconvenient to actually costing me money.

@sea_SJJC @VodafoneUK Eventually got through to a person. Spoke for 45 mins while he clicked away and periodically put me on hold. At the end, he said, I’ve made a note on your account so when you call back up, they’ll have all the details. And that was it. Problem not solved.
