Almost 2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK - passed to 3 different departments(explaining my situation each time🙄)only to finally be told to go to a store to sort it out once they reopen on the 2nd 🥵Also sent 4 DM’s on here with zero response.Pretty rubbish customer service 👎

Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

@VodafoneUK Tried all of that already with other agents. Can't even change to business broadband as your contention ratio is the same( e.g. awful) Apparently one suggestion was moving closer to the cell tower - only trouble is that my house is sort of fixed in place!

.@VodafoneUK specialists in customer service failure. Call the UK contact number, follow voice prompts, reconnects you to an endless loop without ever speaking to someone. Use the webchat, repeat yourself continually for half an hour, chat agent drops off. Do it all over again.👏

Work have swapped our mobiles from @VodafoneUK to @EE and I’ve never had so many calls drop out or the other person can’t hear me! It’s bloody awful! Forget using Teams via data on the app!…. I’m off the buy a pigeon!
