It's so weird (& troubling) how these mobile phones have taken such a hold on our lives. I was awake at the crack of dawn worrying if I'd ever be able to unlock the damn thing again but thanks to @VodafoneUK online customer support, they sorted it for me. Phew!

@VodafoneUK your contractor has damaged my garden and window installing city fibre and I cannot get a response from anyone one this. On trying to get help on this people are trying to sell me things. Disgraceful stuff.
