    @matt_dathan @vodafoneservice @VodafoneUK 100% this Matt. It’s abysmal. Even establishing a connection after emerging from the tube is very laggy. There is something wrong. Too many of us are having the same issue. Meanwhile roaming with it in Paris the other week was 👌🏼

    Is anyone else finding @VodafoneUK service in #London shockingly bad over the last few weeks ? It may say 4G but it has all the speed of Edge. Oh and it’s not my devices as they worked a treat roaming in Paris.

    @VodafoneUK < of order, she has no linkline connection. If she now has a fall she can’t call for help. Apparently they don’t have emergency appointment in these circumstances. Very disappointed in the service

    @VodafoneUK U're trying 2 charge me £1669.80 data usage in Sierra Leone I didn't use! I was there 50 minutes &didn't use my phone.Switched frm O2 years ago & remained vodaphone customer even tho there is no service in many places! Now this? I offer£40 good will off bill! Really??

    @VodafoneUK Hello, my wife has contacted you about her contract and upgrading. The phone call took 2 1/2 hours to connect before being told that they couldn't do anything and to seek advice online. It is subpar customer service and I want to know how it'll be remedied

    I really don’t know what I’m paying for with @VodafoneUK anymore you binned the Wi-Fi on the tube (and I barely ever use the jubilee so cut the crap that that has 5G) and the international data on Vodafone ES was utter rubbish. Struggled to get a signal much of the time.

    @VodafoneUK contract up today with 3 phones. Spoke to 3 customer services advisors last week all were meant to call me back. None did, looks like I’ll be joining @EE or Sky. 17 years of custom lost.

    @VodafoneUK @alty_786 That's absolutely awful. I experienced the same with Vodafone. In the end I had to cancel my contract with them and move to another provider.

    My @VodafoneUK broadband started today. Worked for a few hours before it stopped. Support couldn't fix it and went back to BT! Now I'm without Internet and can't work from home. Going to be cancelling my mobile too for the terrible service. Thanks Vodafone for wasting my time!

    @VodafoneUK Warning to anyone considering Vodafone 4g/5g internet: Our street was 21 days without service complete with lies and excuses about issue. Refusal to compensate for the costs incurred as WFH. Cust service insultingly rude/bad/illinformed. Service now down again! AVOID.
