@VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

Have had the most horrific customer experiences in my life with @vodafoneuk @vodafonegroup what should have been a simple task of cancelling an unused contract (5th attempt) - the chat operative took nearly two hours trying to sell other products & call operator just hung up! 😡

Come on @VodafoneUK , sort this issue out with images and videos on the Twitter app, it’s ridiculous now, it’s been 48 hours since this problem started and should have been fixed by now, any other network would have fixed it and I’m sure it’s just a simple issue. Very poor show
