@VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

@VodafoneUK Yes by webchat 1:55 until 2:45. Yes pl I was also advised that a £20 goodwill payment was being added to the account. I was only after a valid NHS discount code as the 2 which were produced via my NHS login were expired despite only 2 mins from obtaining and trying to check out!
