    @VodafoneUK Mobile network problems in HR3 5** Hay-on-Wye. Have three bars of 4G but no network connection. Fault is intermittent but it’s been on/off since Wednesday afternoon. It’s not just my phone many people experiencing same issue. Can you investigate and fix. Thankyou

    @VodafoneUK Sort your phone lines and Webchat out now. As a former employee this is embarrassing, webchat doesn't work, Phone line is too long wait times and the IVR is incredibly frustrating. Tell me why should I upgrade and stay with you if this is the service you offer.
