@VodafoneUK That’s Shu but it’s a terrible service. I’ve called 191 and haven’t once been able to get through to an advisor. Could someone please call me because I’ve called 191 and 56677 multiple times already today with no luck. I just want to pay my bill.

@VodafoneUK I upgraded my handset in July 2018 to an iPhone X. The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The ******* the phone was helpful.

@VodafoneUK I've on 4 occasions rang your customer care to get my account sorted. I have had no contract sent to me, no username or pin for my account. Your system won't allow my email address to be updated as one of your employee entered it incorrectly. 5 weeks no resolution.

@Moulesy23 @VodafoneUK I was with them for 15 years, then called my dying mom for an hour and was charged £320. their systems didn't offer me bundles and their support was nonexistent. Took them to the regulator and won. No longer a loyal customer to say the least. move on, better providers available

@VodafoneUK Broadband has been down over 8 hours, said it was fixed but they lied. After 3 online chats it's now been referred to 2nd line who will look at it within 48 hours. When you work from home, this is not good enough. Only been with you 4 months and this is the 4th fault.
