@VodafoneUK @whatneildid The press release seems to indicate that Voda simply haven’t paid up (enough)… “All mobile operators will be able to access the London Underground WiFi, as well as BAI's neutral host mobile network, which can also be made available to the Emergency Services Network (ESN).”

@VodafoneUK DM’ed you. Took 12 hours to get back to me. Tried chatbot again. Useless. Been into your store. They were better but couldn’t do everything. Just spent 40 mins on chat with an operator. Have service back (after 3 days). Now can’t log into my account. Really really poor.

Getting a phone upgrade a nightmare and being a long term customer is obviously not valued. For instance: upgrade to Pixel 7 Pro, 250gb data, unlimited mins unlimited texts = £37pm £149 up front. but new customer same deal £34pm, £129 up front. What a rip off @VodafoneUK @currys
