    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

    @VodafoneUK That’s the first place I went to when I had a problem. I’ve done all that. Both. The tv goes in and out of fuzziness when using apps and my phone apps constantly dip

    @VodafoneUK I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated today. I have been charged over £50 for being 2gig over an account I asked to be capped. I have been blamed for not checking my account. This is the second time that I have cancelled my account. Never again

    @VodafoneUK Hi Guys ,over the past 10 days or so I've made 3 calls to CS, enquiring about delivery of router. Last Mon I was told last Fri. Last Friday I was told this Tues. Service went live yesterday and was told I wouldnt be billed until router was connected. Was billed y'day

    @VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

    It appears @VodafoneUK reward loyalty by adding £6.95 to your first bill for a delivery charge of an upgraded phone despite not mentioning this anywhere when placing the order. Next time I’ll switch network #deceiving #noloyalty #hiddenfees

    @tom_lindsay @VodafoneUK It’s funny because that was exactly the same experience I had of Vodafone. Broken promises (multiple) and repeated explanations to their staff. By the end of it I was telling the staff what their procedures were 🤦🏻in the end the ended my contract early.

    @VodafoneUK And have made no effort to retain me as a customer. Your customer service is shocking and I’m tied into a sim only contract so I’m unable to leave unless I upgrade with yourselves. I’m not very impressed

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for your response. She’s not on social media, but she was so upset and tearful (11th deadline for fix missed) I’m just desperate to help her. She’s almost never called back and each time she gets through, new advisor has to read all the notes, and has no answers.

    @O2 why do you get worse and worse coverage. Our town was all 4G now it’s 3G and nothing works as you’ve reduced that down. No SatNav no Social Media, no web browsing in 3G. Going to have to change to @VodafoneUK at this rate

    @OpusFluke @VodafoneUK She has to get a formal response to a complaint first. You can only (as far as we can tell) complain by phoning another number. And I think she’s only had one actuall call-back, and nothing more has happened.

    @dalglir @VodafoneUK I thought my experience with Vodafone mobile was bad - this one is a whole new level I couldn’t imagine existed. Think she’s had 11 deadlines for fixing it pass now. Now broadband since September (3mps via mobile broadband).

    @VodafoneUK I spent 3 hours yesterday morning trying to upgrade. I got disconnected & the the advisor I got reconnected to do the same deal. I rang up this morning only to be told your having tehcinal issues and can’t process any orders… your not competitive on price for existing customers
