  • VictorJ1987

Thanks @VodafoneUK for the run of 3 poor months of customer service requiring us to request for cancellation. Typical that your retention team could not even be bothered to make an effort. Go and listen to the phone call. I guess @EE or @O2 here I come. #Vodafone #Dontbother

  • chawlashravan
Dr. Chawla (@chawlashravan) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

Hi @VodafoneUK you are charging for one number connectivity but dosent seem to be working on my Apple Watch in spite of multiple tech support calls and charging me GBP 7 a month. Day light robbery I say

  • loxsecurity
LOX Security (@loxsecurity) reported from Brentford, England

...@VodafoneUK cannot tell me when the delivery will be made as the manufacturer @Apple will not tell them!??! #wtf So now I have to wait an undefined amount of time and nobody is accepting any responsibility?!? #diabolical #customerexperience

@VodafoneUK @whatneildid But no coverage on the rest of the tube network? If that’s the case, as soon as my contract is up it’ll be 👋 shame though

  • hastiepops

@VodafoneUK seriously.. get this sorted. I have work to do today and this is ****.

  • strutcakes
Chris 🏳️‍🌈 (@strutcakes) reported from Lambeth, England

@VodafoneUK I’ll give them a call. I’m just surprised that a new ‘upgrade’ contract will be £10 more a month than I’m currently paying. But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.

  • ElshadKarbasi
Elshad 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧🇸🇪🇪🇺 (@ElshadKarbasi) reported from Croydon, England

@IKEAUK @VodafoneUK absolutely awful reception in your Croydon store. Not able to use data at all.

  • gingertrvlguru
David (@gingertrvlguru) reported from Lambeth, England

@VodafoneUK @whatneildid The press release seems to indicate that Voda simply haven’t paid up (enough)… “All mobile operators will be able to access the London Underground WiFi, as well as BAI's neutral host mobile network, which can also be made available to the Emergency Services Network (ESN).”

  • pmodley
Paul Modley (@pmodley) reported from Hammersmith, England

.@VodafoneUK very poor decision for you to stop providing free Wi-Fi access on the London Underground. As a regular business commuter in to the City, I will now seriously consider switching mobile providers after being a customer for 20 years plus!

  • wondermouse
Mark Phillips (@wondermouse) reported from Wandsworth, England

Dear @VodafoneUK what I'd really like for #FeelgoodFriday would be to get my damn phone number working so people can call me. I have data again after A WEEK without and can call out after cut off for TWO DAYS but STILL no-one can call me. Your "support" is truly #terrible

  • denyermc
Mary Denyer (@denyermc) reported from Wandsworth, England

@VodafoneUK sold me a 3rd tariff guess what despite complete assurances still doesn’t have what I wanted. Complaints have me a code that doesn’t work and I can’t speak to anyone senior enough to sort this out! Worst of all the help people keep making it out it is my fault!!!

Britain is now a country where you only get the option & marketing to pay less but for a lesser service. There are literally no bargains to be had. It’s a country where the only growth is by charging you more for everything. @VodafoneUK is just one classic example of this.

  • misterex65
    Rodney Marlow (@misterex65) reported

@NileGardiner @VodafoneUK They are giving them to charity you thick ****

  • alvarsa1
    Salvador Álvarez Río (@alvarsa1) reported

@VodafoneUK Again at store t the request por favor client services. No solution to our claim…it just keeps dragging, no one assumes responsibility. Do yourself a favor, contract with another broadband company.

  • ramella_jay
    Jay Ramella (@ramella_jay) reported

@SimonDanczuk @VodafoneUK I certainly would, but their service has been so abysmal for years I doubt there are vast numbers of subscribers. Neat job for Vodafone/Car Phone Warehouse, though. They hand out a few SIMs and superannuated handsets: Government pay the migrant mobile bills. Kerching!

  • jnot45679
    James Notley (@jnot45679) reported

@Iromg @VodafoneUK I never like Vodafone and even less now. It is immigrants who run Vodafone in Blackpool.

  • JaniceGaches

@POldfieldMusic @Iromg @VodafoneUK We don’t need reform to tell us this country has gone to the dogs anyone with half a brain cell knows it and if you can’t see it you’re the ones who need the help

  • RogueOne18
    Rogue One (@RogueOne18) reported

Now for the ACTUAL truth… Vodafone doesn’t give “illegal migrants” free SIMs, it donates SIMs to UK charities who support asylum seekers ALREADY IN THE system. Claims it hands them out to people crossing the Channel are false. @VodafoneUK your legal team may be interested
