    @VodafoneUK Don’t you think you should push a notification, email or text to your network to let them know they may not be able to make or receive calls?! You know... basic customer communication/care? I wouldn’t have known if my husband hadn’t facebooked me that he can’t get hold of me

    Bit unhappy with @VodafoneUK First I get new phone they cancel contact charge me full amount for phone then blacklist my credit history.Eventually sorted. Now Kilburn branch appears to have lost my phone when in for repair.Even suggested they had given it back #notgoodenough

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for your excuse. You’ve known for at least 20minutes. It takes very little time to send a message out which simply reads “We are having issues with our network which may affect you making or receiving calls. We’re working on getting this fixed as quickly as possible.”

    @DPDgroup_news I have had the worst experience with #DPD you surround yourself with technology but can’t drop a phone from @VodafoneUK to a customer with a doorbell that works, a 24 hr Concierge and clear instructions given via your app 🤬

    Over the past 3 days I’ve wasted 5 hours of my life talking to 8 agents @VodafoneUK Each promised it would be sorted quickly. Each promised a solution. But each confirmed the previous agent had lied to me & all promised solutions aren’t possible! Don’t believe a word they say!

    @FieryBiscuitss @VodafoneUK @vodafone They are literally the worst company. Imagine I set up direct debit with them and they still take out the money on the wrong date…. Don’t even get me started on when they took £700 out of my account and I only found out by accident. Their excuse was pathetic.

    @VodafoneUK You gave Ukrainians free use of your mobile communication for half a year. cards, but, communicating with the support operator, he said that I would pay 10 pounds one-time, and in June I would be charged a package of services for free. What do you say about this ???!

    @VodafoneUK are the biggest pile of crap I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have discontinued my service without any notice, breaching my legally binding contract & I have been repeatedly lied to by every single person I have spoken too! Don’t go near them!

    @Rafa_Sfc_ @VodafoneUK Sorry to hear you're going through the same mate, it happens about once a mth for me (but first time this bad for so long) , similar frequency for you? Also are you using the 4G wireless WiFi hub too?
