@VodafoneUK The agents or customer Vernice team cut me of three times while I was trying to resolve this issue. On the third time, in a space of 15 min I asked the agent to call me back, giving him my number but that never happened.

Praise where it's due, a @VodafoneUK employee did a fantastic job today. I have moaned about Voda in the past (disingenuous claims re EU roaming) but the service I received today was second to none. Huge credit to Hira up in Hull, a real credit to the company.

Had poor Fibre this weekend with @VodafoneUK and their helpers couldn't help. I called their WiFi experts who told me my Internet disconnected Saturday and the 4G dongle on the router cut in to work. Seems @OpenreachHelp need to attend a "water affected" cable somewhere!

@VodafoneUK took me six hours to contact your home moving team, two calls to your complaints team and twice you hang up on me after 60 minutes! I am still queueing!!!! I raised a complaint to OFCOM, you should not be allowed to sell Broadband!
