They were better but couldn’t do everything. Just spent 40 mins on chat with an operator. Have service back (after 3 days). Now can’t log into my account. Really really poor.

I said I was ending the contract. 10 mins later they rang to offer her new channels free if she stayed. I replied “ she’s bloody dead and and God has sky in heaven.” They got the point! Hopefully we'll complete soon.

Constant delays, you have to hedge your bets at which train to get . Be great if there was a way of having uptodate info to run between platforms!
