Not good enough Vodafone 😡now my unique reference number has expired, I guess I have to endure hours of tests to get back

But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.

The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

The 1-2 days for number transfer has always been the quoted time but rarely over an hour in my experience

Works very well. No real loss of service except little incoming glitches.
