    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK God I left them in 2013 after I had NO coverage where I worked in the Square Mile all day every day and they refused to fix it. Bad tower or something. Refused to pay my contract which they wouldn’t let me out of, still have not paid it.

    @VodafoneUK why do you throttle speeds?First day of mobile broadband and late afternoon and bang speed drop by at least 60% 11:30 pm speeds come back to normal I had read about this issue on forums now I see for myself it's as others have explained. Vodafone claim no restrictions

    Sadly my wife was mis-sold a broadband contract from @VodafoneUK but was told, “it’s fine there’s a cooling-off period of 14 days”. Then she spends 2 weeks constantly trying to call them (not available), asking for return calls and trying her best to cancel but it’s impossible.

    @MusicMoofie @EE @VodafoneUK Yours is better than mine. I'm only getting 7mb down/3mb up on Virgin/Vodafone on 4G with a ping of 50. My home broadband has a ping of 6. The lower the better!

    @OpenreachHelp Clarification: this was about the other issue - fibre being attached to drainpipe - so thanks, there's no contradiction. I guess I will never know why my Openreach/BT number couldn't be ported to Openreach FTTP because @VodafoneUK is unwilling to investigate.

    @VodafoneUK For a business that only keeps it sales lines open, but never answers any other lines, it is a very clear red flag to keep away from @VodafoneUK!

    I mean, there’s already a case for the mis-selling with the promise of “improved speed” switching from cable to phone line - but then @VodafoneUK make themselves impossible to contact by any means other than post, makes them possibly the worst provider of the year.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely appalled by the treatment I've received from this company. Customer care??? Non existent.... Back up a warranty? No, you pay for repairs.... Never again will I renew my contract... Disgusted.
