    @VodafoneUK I think when you go into a store all these advisors are thinking is about there bonus’s they don’t seem to care what the customer wants and how save them money shame on you Vodafone and trying to call Vodafone customer service, you a day off they don’t pick up.

    @SurbitonMoan got an update from #EE re lack of signal: they can’t send engineers to fix it due to H&S. so this is first to fix. Next update 12 Nov. No hurry there!!! Glad have moved to @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK finally fixed. Fault began on Wednesday. All down to @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp buggering lines up but the customer service has been awful. Can’t believe I have to pay today

    @VodafoneUK The agents or customer Vernice team cut me of three times while I was trying to resolve this issue. On the third time, in a space of 15 min I asked the agent to call me back, giving him my number but that never happened.

    I bought a *very* basic Nokia @VodafoneUK payg phone from @Argos_Online for my 82 yr old mum. I've been a Vodafone customer for approx. 20yrs. I put £10 credit on it (that's the min. amount you can buy). However, it can make calls/send texts but cannot receive calls/texts.
