Vodafone Issues Reports Near Greenford, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Greenford and nearby locations:

  • strutcakes Chris 🏳️‍🌈 (@strutcakes) reported from Lambeth, England

@VodafoneUK I’ll give them a call. I’m just surprised that a new ‘upgrade’ contract will be £10 more a month than I’m currently paying. But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.

  • ReaddyUK Rachel Addy (@ReaddyUK) reported from Croydon, England

@VodafoneUK I have messaged you. Currently not impressed with the service so far, but happy for you to prove me wrong.

  • Arjun_Popat Arjun Popat (@Arjun_Popat) reported from Barnet, England

@VodafoneUK I am trying to cancel a Vodafone iPad contract but I cannot get through. It keeps telling me to talk to your robot Toby who keeps telling me to call!!!

  • AndrewCarrier Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK Mille, it would be much easier to be patient if we knew how long it was really going to take to fix. An hour? A day? A week? A month? Please just be transparent. “As quickly as possible” doesn’t mean anything.

  • cressidarobson Cressida Robson (@cressidarobson) reported from Hounslow, England

@VodafoneUK How about giving us some signal so we could actually make Zoom calls? You have knocked out the internet at Brentford High St and Ealing Road for two weeks and we cannot work or home school

  • angegillis Ange Gilly (@angegillis) reported from Lambeth, England

@VodafoneUK I’m being bombarded by spam/robot calls every day from different 7785 numbers. I’ve had 7 already today. Besides blocking these individually, is there anything Vodafone can do to help with this?

  • cressidarobson Cressida Robson (@cressidarobson) reported from Hounslow, England

@VodafoneUK @samwarburton_ @lionsofficial No because you turned off out internet access and mobile phone signal with your ‘secret’ upgrade - any chance you could turn it back in again so we could watch something!? Anything?

  • marc_laz Marc the Luddite mm #UTAG Parasite! (@marc_laz) reported from Kensington, England

@VodafoneUK I’m am fed up paying for your **** 5g coverage in London !!! Sort it out !!!

  • ReaddyUK Rachel Addy (@ReaddyUK) reported from Croydon, England

@VodafoneUK Totally shocked that a communication company like @VodafoneUK can't communicate enough to sort out a new service! Guess they have too many customers already.

  • iamsm4u Sandeep Mudaliar (@iamsm4u) reported from Ealing, England

@VodafoneUK I am having a terrible experience of Vodafone network at my home. I have reported this in the past but with no luck. All I got was someone will get in touch with you. Any help???

  • Nice_Georgia_x Georgia x (@Nice_Georgia_x) reported from Harrow Weald, England

@VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I suggest you escalate this to someoe who can help me as I'm going to have to close my bank account down to stop you raiding my account. I can't afford to be ripped off like this.

  • strutcakes Chris 🏳️‍🌈 (@strutcakes) reported from Lambeth, England

@VodafoneUK Hi. I’m an existing customer who is now out of contract. I’ve signed a new contract with you but via a 3rd party website (sooooo much cheaper!!). I’m assuming when the new phone arrives tomorrow you can transfer my existing number onto my new phone / SIM?

  • ross_sergeant Ross Sergeant (@ross_sergeant) reported from Barnet, England

@VodafoneUK - why is it that the very day after I gave notice that we are moving to an address next month which doesn’t offer Vodafone broadband so ending our contract, you’ve now slowed our broadband service so much that it only works half the time?

  • kentdlsantos Ken (@kentdlsantos) reported from Camberwell, England

@VodafoneUK will you be able to really fix the issue at se5 8dj? i can’t even make a decent phone call. this is really frustrating.

  • AndrewCarrier Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England

@s_108 @VodafoneUK No, I never got it sorted. I’ve been told I have to go to another provider. Madness.

  • kentdlsantos Ken (@kentdlsantos) reported from Camberwell, England

    @VodafoneUK signal is still ****** up! SE5 8DJ

  • ianthompson Ian Thompson (@ianthompson) reported from Paddington, England

@VodafoneUK - I cant imagine that this service is ever going to be installed so what’s the point???

  • HCook13 Helen Cook (@HCook13) reported from Lambeth, England

Hi @VodafoneUK I'm getting rather frustrated with your customer service. My broadband is not working, spent an hour on instant chat last night, called to follow up just now but no help. Please can you fix it or at least give me an update on when it might be fixed? Thanks

  • RobinMH10 RobinMH (@RobinMH10) reported from Amersham, England

@VodafoneUK Its now been 5 weeks I've been waiting for Vodafone to do 2 things: 1 collect malfunctioning phone. I have offered to drop it off to a PDP depot. 2 Put me.on the tariff I was on before said duff phone turned up. How can such terrible support be condoned by board

  • AndrewCarrier Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England

@markchristie I enjoy feeding you material! I’m caught in a similar loop with @VodafoneUK at the moment. The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • OptimiseOrDie Craig Sullivan (@OptimiseOrDie) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK So this sounds like a movement and project I could help with. I have personal experience of the shame, mistrust, byzantine paperwork, Kafkaesque decisions and being made to feel like nothing, just a number, not a real person. Hard enough to grieve when you're being kicked!

  • cbensonis Christopher Benson (@cbensonis) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK ...the websites of organisations at random, and typed the word bereavement. Most orgs have plenty of results for help and advice and dedicated services. I tried Vodafone and I notice they now have a web form for the purposes. I assume that is new?

  • KC10580606 Kenneth Marshall (@KC10580606) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I feel for you and support you in pursuing the company. We had a very similar experience with TalkTalk when my mother-in-law passed away. This included resorting to just cancelling the direct debit, which resulted in a bill for something like £30 which we just paid in the end.

  • AdhdAddvocate ADHD ADDVOCATE (@AdhdAddvocate) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK The Direct Debit Scheme / bank switch service could easily be tweaked to be able to operate as a tell us once system. Cancelling through one agency under death cancellation who have all the details to forward to all a persons direct debits.

  • OptimiseOrDie Craig Sullivan (@OptimiseOrDie) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Please let me know if I can help you with this (I'm an IT geek). I wrote about the baffling and demeaning 'digital treatment' of those left behind, after the death of my partner Julia. We weren't married (27 years together) but that simply made it worse... (1)

  • faris faris (@faris) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @petehotchkiss @VodafoneUK “A remarkable number of people reported that call handlers insisted on speaking to the deceased account holder “because only the account holder can cancel the account”.

  • spamking007 Lee South (@spamking007) reported

@VodafoneUK is the My Vodafone app down? Can't log into my account to pay my bill and seems to have had issues ince 6am

  • mattbritland Matt Britland (@mattbritland) reported

@VodafoneUK - I have been without mobile data for 2 days now. Is there a problem with your network? I pay for unlimited data and this is getting frustrating.

  • KatyVioletC Katy (@KatyVioletC) reported

@VodafoneUK are there known issues with Broadband currently? Internet keeps dropping out…

  • AdhdAddvocate ADHD ADDVOCATE (@AdhdAddvocate) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Or the bank switch service can move all your bills if you switch bank so why can’t they cancel them all in the event of a death? The technical infrastructure is already in place.
