    @VodafoneUK just DM a Vodafone advisor, he’s just like there customer service call centre, they never pick up, and it looks like it he’s disappeared as well I don’t think I will hear from him again.

    @VodafoneUK for the 2nd day running, your ‘customer care’ team have failed to call me back at the agreed time so that they can discuss my complaint and try to prevent me from cancelling my contracts. My complaint was about the customer service I received!

    What’s wrong with @VodafoneUK. Calls keep dropping and signal keeps switching between 4G with one bar to 3G with two bars to E. Happy Holidays!!

    @karsbreanne @VodafoneUK I left them many many years ago when they charged my ex >£700 - his phone was stolen, he reported it immediately but they still charged him! And I will never go back to them. Ever.

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone is probably the worst social media to reply to people with enquires and problems with Vodafone problems , they never reply back , and when they do,after there 100th cup of tea of the day, customers usually don’t bother and fed up anyway

    @VodafoneUK I was with EE any problem s they would resolve it there and then, Iam regretting moving to Vodafone, i have been waiting for a phone call for a week,about my overcharge on my bill but no one in Vodafone seems to give a dam.

    @VodafoneUK Wimbledon store not helpful with @VOXI_UK You sell the SIMs but tell me to go online to sort out any issues trying to activate the services that are part of taking out a contact. Really poor.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Ian. I've now raised your refund for you, you will show to have £20 credit on your account but please don't use this, as if you do your refund won't be actioned. You'll receive a text from our refunds team within 3-5 working days. Jack. LIARS NEVER HAPPENED.

    @VodafoneUK SHOCKING. Had my Order cancelled once already. New order placed and WiFi Hub to be delivered today. Hasn’t. You’re team can’t tell me when it will. Spent 3hr and 40 minutes on the phone to sort all this out. Terrible
