@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

@VodafoneUK I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated today. I have been charged over £50 for being 2gig over an account I asked to be capped. I have been blamed for not checking my account. This is the second time that I have cancelled my account. Never again

@VodafoneUK Hi Guys ,over the past 10 days or so I've made 3 calls to CS, enquiring about delivery of router. Last Mon I was told last Fri. Last Friday I was told this Tues. Service went live yesterday and was told I wouldnt be billed until router was connected. Was billed y'day

@VodafoneUK At a large event, having such a poor signal is shocking. When EE can provide 5G that works very well, having Vodafone lag so far behind shows why you cannot be the UK’s number one network. Shocking, and needs massive improvement.

.@VodafoneUK Bristol area wide network has been temperamental for most of the day, and nobody is reporting it. Goes from No Internet (4g and 5g) to 60mbs in short periods of time. AWFUL service

@VodafoneUK @JayTees625 Definitely don’t call the cancellations team. I renewed my broadband but they still cancelled it anyway. They’re still charging me for a service they haven’t provided. Lied about credit checking my account. 2 weeks with no internet. No one on customer service team will reply.
