@VodafoneUK DM’ed you. Took 12 hours to get back to me. Tried chatbot again. Useless. Been into your store. They were better but couldn’t do everything. Just spent 40 mins on chat with an operator. Have service back (after 3 days). Now can’t log into my account. Really really poor.

@VodafoneUK @whatneildid The press release seems to indicate that Voda simply haven’t paid up (enough)… “All mobile operators will be able to access the London Underground WiFi, as well as BAI's neutral host mobile network, which can also be made available to the Emergency Services Network (ESN).”

@VodafoneUK Tech ops tell me they will call me back the next day to activate the sim and never call me back. I was paying for 2 months for a phone I can’t use! I had to fight for 1 week to get the contract cancelled. A returns pack was suppose to be sent to me and hasn’t arrived.

@VodafoneUK we have been investigated for fraud but your courier service stole the phone on 2 occasions. We get verified after supplying all ID and evidence. Then the SIM card is faulty Then I call about 5 times a week on hold for over an hour to be lied to numerous times.

Disappointed yet unsurprised. Just weeks after @VodafoneUK delivered a new router due to connection issues with the last, speeds have dropped by half and the connection is so unstable it makes using the internet incredibly difficult.
