Deliveries fail at the last mile because this part of the process is the most expensive and under resourced!

@VodafoneUK how on earth can your system not notice 2 separate plans under the same name & address. Cancelled existing plan to switch to cheaper plan. Existing plan not cancelled by you so been paying for 2 plans, now you want a termination fee. Appalling customer service😡
