The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. Recently been having issues, my connection would drop around 9/10pm then would come back on 1/2am. Happened few days in a row. Got in contact and booked Openreach engineer. Found no issues on my line.

I have had no contract sent to me, no username or pin for my account. Your system won't allow my email address to be updated as one of your employee entered it incorrectly. 5 weeks no resolution.
