    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone customer on and off for decades, but you get something wrong I am off to other network. In NYC USA your T-Mobile is the worst. No 4G, rare 3G, always Edge roaming; in this part of the century? Can’t access email or apps. Worst ever for £6/day. Get it sorted!
