I can’t wait for November so I can move to @EE , sick of @VodafoneUK ‘s incompetent 4G data service. Non stop issues with streaming radio both download & upload. I don’t understand how difficult it can be to supply a decent 4G service

@VodafoneUK No point, I’m always having issue with the 4G, specially uploads. Nah, think I’ll just plod along and hurry to @EE in November when my contract is up..and I won’t look back either. I’ve been with you since 2018 and had Jon stop issues since last year. Poor show

@VodafoneUK Hi I’m trying to sign up for the Red 150 24m sim only deal but when I try to select esim when I’m in the review your basket phase, it won’t let me select esim, have tried on different browsers to see if that was the issue. Are you not able to do an esim on this deal?

@VodafoneUK U're trying 2 charge me £1669.80 data usage in Sierra Leone I didn't use! I was there 50 minutes &didn't use my phone.Switched frm O2 years ago & remained vodaphone customer even tho there is no service in many places! Now this? I offer£40 good will off bill! Really??

It just took me ages to finally get a line at my local doctors @VodafoneUK only for the damn call to fail. Along with constant 4G problems and odd texts not sending or being received, is there anything good about your rubbish network? I shan’t be sorry to go to @EE in November

@VodafoneUK why is it all of a sudden this week I’m having issues connecting to internet radio servers to broadcast my shows live? I’d say you’re controlling what I can do with my data service and that’s not on. I’m on unlimited data and should be able to do as I wish legally

@matt_dathan @vodafoneservice @VodafoneUK 100% this Matt. It’s abysmal. Even establishing a connection after emerging from the tube is very laggy. There is something wrong. Too many of us are having the same issue. Meanwhile roaming with it in Paris the other week was 👌🏼

So @VodafoneUK , I’m going to do a LIVE two hour radio show tomorrow at 3pm and will be using your 4G to connect and stream for the duration. Other than my phone getting too hot hopefully you won’t let me down

Good to be able to rule out 1 alternative. The use of debt collectors should be severely restricted. They are horrible bullies.

This after 6 months trying to sort out the supply directly with Talk talk. No joy. Just look for the CEO of any company you have a problem with and drop them a nice note
