    @VodafoneUK 3 weeks with no router at all! Finally get an appt. for 12/10 and take a day off work but no one shows up. Had to call to chase and get told too busy to attend today! Now booked for 14/10 - another 2 days and another day off! Why am I paying for this(lack of) service?

    Bit unhappy with @VodafoneUK First I get new phone they cancel contact charge me full amount for phone then blacklist my credit history.Eventually sorted. Now Kilburn branch appears to have lost my phone when in for repair.Even suggested they had given it back #notgoodenough

    @VodafoneUK until eventually in Nov. 2020 someone says ”oh hang on, we’ve been running after the wrong cause, let’s go back to square 1, they start another investigation that apparently isn’t coming to an end soon. Luckily we reach a resolution and i agree to it in writing..but..

    Shockingly slow 4G today from @VodafoneUK. I’ve never understand why with technological advances in the last 10-15 years mobile phones receptions don’t seem to be any quicker than in the year 2000.

    @VodafoneUK You’re having a laugh, aren’t you? The live chat service on the website didn’t work at all. Himself has had to go through the naff AI on the app, got passed to a ‘person’ & was then passed up the chain to what seems to be a real person that’s able to deviate from the script
