@VodafoneUK 3 weeks with no router at all! Finally get an appt. for 12/10 and take a day off work but no one shows up. Had to call to chase and get told too busy to attend today! Now booked for 14/10 - another 2 days and another day off! Why am I paying for this(lack of) service?

@VodafoneUK I have been on the phone 📱 for 4 hours now - almost with 10 agents to cancel my contract. iPad was sent to repair, replacement was promised. It has been 3 months! You are still charging me! You are in clear breach of your contract- checked today!

Do not ever use @VodafoneUK ! They’re holding us hostage in a contract where the internet is not working, we sent them everything back as advised, tracked, it got delivered! Just because you are lying about not finding the delivery does not give you the right to keep charging!

@bahallathegreat @VodafoneUK That's the problem, they all use Openreach which BT has monopolises. The alternatives are Virgin which aren't in my area. We've never had a decent transition to a new provider.

@VodafoneUK Took out a brdbd contract on 3 March, to start on 20. You and @WeAreOpenreach cancelled the first order (!) so had to reorder and OpenReach engineer supp to come out and install by 1 today. Which of course has not happened. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced
