@OpenreachHelp You’re rude and aggressive engineer turned off my WiFi while fixing a neighbours yesterday. @VodafoneUK have confirmed this. I do not see why I have to wait 3 days to have you send someone out to turn it back on. Please DO NOT send the person who came yesterday

@VodafoneUK Thank you for your excuse. You’ve known for at least 20minutes. It takes very little time to send a message out which simply reads “We are having issues with our network which may affect you making or receiving calls. We’re working on getting this fixed as quickly as possible.”

@VodafoneUK My broadband drops out multiple times a day to the point I can’t sit and watch a film. When I spoke to someone they said the increase in people working from home was putting a strain on the network. How many people are working from home at 23:30 as it’s just dropped?
