Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Brixton Hill and nearby locations:

  • Rossy_smith Rossy Smith (@Rossy_smith) reported from Paddington, England

@VodafoneUK contract up today with 3 phones. Spoke to 3 customer services advisors last week all were meant to call me back. None did, looks like I’ll be joining @EE or Sky. 17 years of custom lost.

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

Once again @VodafoneUK your 4G data service is failing me. Trying to upload a radio show to Mixcloud and it’s not only slow but had to restart the upload 🙄 Typical

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

I can’t wait for November so I can move to @EE , sick of @VodafoneUK ‘s incompetent 4G data service. Non stop issues with streaming radio both download & upload. I don’t understand how difficult it can be to supply a decent 4G service

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

@VodafoneUK The Vodafone 4G is always having issues, this is nothing new

  • the_dolans Paul Dolan (@the_dolans) reported from Ashtead, England

@vodafoneuk I need to transfer my Apple Watch account to a new watch can you help?

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

@VodafoneUK No point, I’m always having issue with the 4G, specially uploads. Nah, think I’ll just plod along and hurry to @EE in November when my contract is up..and I won’t look back either. I’ve been with you since 2018 and had Jon stop issues since last year. Poor show

  • philmcraig Phil Craig (@philmcraig) reported from Richmond, England

@GeorgeMonbiot @camdenjon @VodafoneUK Boosting consumer rights in an age of off-shored and intentionally hard-to-access customer care is something that both parties should be thinking about.

  • Mossup2Sticks Adrian Stannard (@Mossup2Sticks) reported from Walthamstow, England

@VodafoneUK why is your 4g coverage sooooooo bad in the E10/E11 are of london? It’s woeful

  • JustJC_London JustJC (@JustJC_London) reported from Croydon, England

@VodafoneUK Hi I’m trying to sign up for the Red 150 24m sim only deal but when I try to select esim when I’m in the review your basket phase, it won’t let me select esim, have tried on different browsers to see if that was the issue. Are you not able to do an esim on this deal?

  • quentinnield Quentin (@quentinnield) reported from Lambeth, England

Hi @vodafoneuk is there an issue with no 4g in Clapham? Can only get EDGE or 3g

  • adennab adriana ennab (@adennab) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK U're trying 2 charge me £1669.80 data usage in Sierra Leone I didn't use! I was there 50 minutes &didn't use my phone.Switched frm O2 years ago & remained vodaphone customer even tho there is no service in many places! Now this? I offer£40 good will off bill! Really??

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

It just took me ages to finally get a line at my local doctors @VodafoneUK only for the damn call to fail. Along with constant 4G problems and odd texts not sending or being received, is there anything good about your rubbish network? I shan’t be sorry to go to @EE in November

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

@VodafoneUK why is it all of a sudden this week I’m having issues connecting to internet radio servers to broadcast my shows live? I’d say you’re controlling what I can do with my data service and that’s not on. I’m on unlimited data and should be able to do as I wish legally

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

@EE could you please answer my question. If I move to your network in November, will you restrict me from using my data to stream out radio? As I do online radio shows and would like to broadcast live. @VodafoneUK have restricted me

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

@VodafoneUK why is it all of a sudden I can’t connect to most of the radio servers using my 4G seats service via my hotspot? It’s worked fine up til now, I don’t understand this at all

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

@VodafoneUK @Wimbledon Pity your 4G data service is atrocious at times. ‘Feel the connection’ when your network decides it wants to work

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

@metimwright @VodafoneUK @Wimbledon We don’t need anymore evidence when trying to use their 4G for anything hotspot related, usually it’s slow and fails a lot of the time

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

@EE if I move to your network in November, would my 4G data be subjects to blocks from certain streaming servers? Only I’m sure @VodafoneUK who I’m currently with have blocked my access to steaming servers with which I do my live radio shows

  • markaizatt MARK A IZATT (@markaizatt) reported from Hammersmith, England

@matt_dathan @vodafoneservice @VodafoneUK 100% this Matt. It’s abysmal. Even establishing a connection after emerging from the tube is very laggy. There is something wrong. Too many of us are having the same issue. Meanwhile roaming with it in Paris the other week was 👌🏼

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

So @VodafoneUK , I’m going to do a LIVE two hour radio show tomorrow at 3pm and will be using your 4G to connect and stream for the duration. Other than my phone getting too hot hopefully you won’t let me down

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Adywakey Adrian (@Adywakey) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Change the law, if you’ve taken a contract out online, you should be able to cancel it online. No ringing up cancellation departments for hours on end.

  • Bookbugsdragon1 Bookbugsdragontales (@Bookbugsdragon1) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @catherinerowett I had similar problems with @VodafoneUK years ago and swore not to go back. Funny enough my contract with my current supplier is up tomorrow. Good to be able to rule out 1 alternative. The use of debt collectors should be severely restricted. They are horrible bullies.

  • TaberShaw Suzel Taber-Shaw (@TaberShaw) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Vodafone - sort yourselves out! I was a small business for many years and would never have survived if I’d treated my customers the way you do. The problem is that you ARE organised crime, you’re just too big and disinterested to own and change it.

  • Fetch_Ted Eddie Barrett (@Fetch_Ted) reported

I love the irony of when you try to report a poor signal to @VodafoneUK but you can’t because #Tobi won’t load because of a poor signal.

  • ShotBySheriff Keith Sheriff (@ShotBySheriff) reported

@TrudieMaxim @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I did it to talk talks boss Dido Harding. Got her out of a meeting, but problem was solved two days later. This after 6 months trying to sort out the supply directly with Talk talk. No joy. Just look for the CEO of any company you have a problem with and drop them a nice note

  • SueScarrott Susan Scarrott #3.5% 🇪🇺 (@SueScarrott) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Not just Vodafone... when my father died I tried to cancel his home phone calls through the Post Office. They wrote to HIM to ask if I could act on his behalf 🙄

  • Jacquel74826226 Jackie nash queen rt🟥🟨 (@Jacquel74826226) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Its gard to get through to them theh are aggressive rude wont listen to owt you say we had a big prob with them and they keep cgarging even if your not using the account 😒 good luck hope its sorted soon

  • RedCollectiveUK Red Collective (@RedCollectiveUK) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot "Deepest condolences" but where are your profound apologies for the wholly unnecessary torture you have subjected George's father and wider family to? As said in this thread already, you need to publicly commit to ensuring this never happens again. We'll be waiting and watching!

  • mark_e_driver Mark Driver (@mark_e_driver) reported

@VodafoneUK @debrakidd I'm going to get my parents onto a different network. Thanks for alerting me to this scam.

  • helenemfoster Helen Foster (@helenemfoster) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Under the circumstances perhaps offering to call him direct would be better than suggesting he speaks to a Bot. FGS. Read his thread and see what terrible behaviour by your staff you have sanctioned.
