    @ThreeUK all I want to do is remove my damn name off a account that should have been removed off of 5+ years ago and is now killed my credit score but all I’m getting is the run around as soon as I get this sorted I’m cancelling all of my contracts with three it’s actually a joke

    @ThreeUK - I've been sent a letter from CARS on your behalf for a service that I've not used and tried to cancel. I've just phoned 3 and they say they cannot discuss the matter as the postcode I gave (on the letter, could only have come from you) was incorrect. What can I do?

    @ThreeUK Worse Network out there! Your customer service is a joke. Since I’ve joined had nothing but problems slow internet, poor coverage and when I’ve tried to get in contact with a manger just passed about and being fobbed off with poor excuses.

    @ThreeUK I had a contract with @ThreeUK I have warts experience with them. I cancelled my contract. Still they took my money. Send me a letter saying mistakenly took my money they gonna send me back it's been 4 months now they didn't send it. It's very poor service they have got

    I just spent 40mins talking with @ThreeUK to set up a direct debit and another 7mins listening to all these deal I don't want. WHAT IS GOING ON. NOBODY HAVE TIME FOR THIS 😵‍💫🥵 (I listened to everything cos I felt bad to say no to the one working, they just did their job)

    @ThreeUK honestly in 25 years of dealing with various mobile providers your ineptitude tops all of them. Trying to get a number ported has never been so difficult. Avoid Three like the plague.

    @CSG1973 @ThreeUK I have used them for about 10 years and no problems until now as there were no roaming charges in Spain or Oz ...thats changed now ...I think the assistant in the shop was a bit green round the gills to be honest ....

    The UK mobile sector is broken. @ThreeUK are kicking me off my contract, which has a 4.5% annual increase, to one which has CPI+3.9%. No major network doesn’t have these anti-consumer increases, so I can’t avoid them by shopping around. Where is the competition @Ofcom ?
