    @thatfreyr @ThreeUK The worse company ever. I had a business trip, went into the store to see if my tariff covered international calling data etc and I was reassured that it was all good. Next thing I know I have a £400 bill! It took months to get this resolved. Terrible company @ThreeUK

    @threeuksupport just got home WiFi yesterday and network is slow so it’s unusable. Customer services continued it’s a technical issue in my neigborhood, but I’m being sent in circles to cancel the account. Please help.

    @ThreeUKSupport The CR2 postcode covers quite a large area. Where I am, the coverage map says 4G is available when in fact it is not and never has been. Your map is misleading at best.

    @charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. I’ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. I’ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

    @ThreeUK absolutely disgusting service from these people. Ordered a unlimited sim a month ago it hasn't worked properly for more than one day in all that time 4 phone calls over 30mins each one. TOLD I HAVE TO PAY FOR A PRODUCT THAT DOESNT WORK AND I HAVE RECEIVED NO SERVICE.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have tried that and still have nearly zero reception. Everyone few hours my phone will suddenly have one bar of 3G and I will receive messages. It’s appalling customer service and value – especially for the plan I’m on. The Three coverage checker is flat-out false.

    @ThreeUK used to be good network now rubbish, customer service is a joke . Cancelled my contract online and ported number it said view outstanding charges and fees,,,mine was Zero yet they still send me a bill for £31.04....

    @ThreeUKSupport But this is my issue….I can’t get the help I need over the phone or on live chat. I’m exhausted with trying! Acc No 20220614 have a look at the notes and listen to the calls….you’ll hear my frustration. I asked to speak to someone in the uk today and the call was terminated!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Spoke to someone on live chat today and they told me I need to switch to the t-mobile network over here. I did this and it work. My daughters are on AT&T which I was on and their phones work fine. The only difference is that they have IPhone's and I have a Samsung.
