I think @joelycett should get onto the abysmal customer service from @ThreeUK only way to communicate with them is through they’re online chat, which either have no operators or cut you off. I’ve seen on Twitter Someone has asked for a compalint email address and @ThreeUKSupport

@kevbryan12 @ThreeUKSupport It’s that entire Facebook discussion spanning back a few years. In early 2020 they confirmed they were testing eSIM support, but their responses suggest that eSIM support will not include support for Apple Watch.

Dear @ThreeUK I complained about the poor signal coverage and was given one month free and then a £5 a month reduction for the remaining months of my contract. However my bill came out today and there has been no such reduction. Please can someone rectify this.

@ThreeUKSupport 4) DPD said the parcel needs to be collected by this Saturday. So now no phone and nobody really seems to know what is going on. I still want the phone & new contract but with no solution I will end up having to go elsewhere
