-
Paul (@pauljamestailor) reported from Ilford, England@ThreeUKSupport It's been this bad since I joined 2+ years ago, had many talks with your team. You usually say it's congestion or a mast is being fixed (excuses/lies). I'd leave but I can't find an alternative. It's just poor service that a London postcode is not able to get a steady 4G signal
-
Richard Crossan (@crossan_richard) reported from Camberwell, England@ThreeUKSupport Doesn't work on the Northern Line between Borough and Archway - no idea beyond that. Been working fine for years and stopped mid last week.

Gareth Williams (@Greenelk) reported from Stratford, EnglandHey @ThreeUK how is it that when you get to Stratford in London, where there is a major railway terminal, a large sports and events stadium, hotels and a big shopping centre there is never any service from your network? @LouisPWilliams @archiewilliams_
-
Michelle 🐢🐺 (@stormhasgone) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUKSupport Yes I believe so. Ref 29475125. They offered 50% off early upgrade but I declined. And they applied a £35 credit to my account, which is better than nothing but doesn’t make up for 2 years of intermittent service
-
PanxoSmart (@PanxoSmart) reported from Camberwell, England@ThreeUKSupport They promised they will refunded me the full amount paid for the handsets, even though the iPhone 11 Pro Max was acquired LY. I been trying to contact the complaint department and they say this won’t happen, I requested then for the handset iPhone 11 Pro Max to be sent back!
-

Paul (@pauljamestailor) reported from Ilford, England@ThreeUKSupport It's RM8 it's fixed now and I'm back to my normal 'full' but slow connection. I'm just hoping you launch 5G soon as 4G in this area is just so poor but you know that and nothing you can, or will do, can fix it.
-
Natalie Turner (@skippinginheels) reported from Camberwell, EnglandTHE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport been 5 days with no connection, when I ring I get told that they will call back... when I ask why I had no call back they say “oh your case was closed” WTF? Useless... DONT EVER CHANGE TO THREE!!
-
Samantha Kennedy (@CordonSamsey) reported from Camberwell, England@ThreeUKSupport I have poor reception and internet though I’m in central London. A SIM card is being sent. Your live chat service is slow, tedious, out dated. Like old school teletext. I asked a direct question 5 times to be met with auto responses. 1.5 hours. Not a slick service. Fix up.
-
Umesh Kumar (@Mesh_Kumar) reported from Newham, EnglandDefinitely did not get one of these @GOVUK official alerts on my phone! Apparently it was the same for many @ThreeUK network users! Oh well! #emergencyalertfail

Olly (@helloitsolly) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls
-
Fazel (@EZRipir) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK When was it cancelled? You get 30 days period after the termination to get a pac code to transfer to different network.

Rhys Llwyd (@rhysllwyd) reportedUnfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. They’ve said in the past it’s a local temporary fault. But I’m sure it’s bandwidth/network capacity issues.
-
Martin Adams | Building Flowtelic (@Martin_Adams) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh no, I found a service you can port your UK number to which maps it to a voip, specifically for this issue. Haven’t done it yet, but plan to.

Whisperity (@whisperity) reported@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
