    @ThreeUK I’m in London, wife in Devon. Neither of us are able to use our phones currently. Our Three home WiFi also down so all home entertainment not working. This isn’t ‘some’ people affected, it’s most if not all. Appalling.

    Because my phone was connected to my WiFi since yesterday evening I didn't notice the @ThreeUK outage till this morning. I've been with them for 2 years and this is the first issue I've had with them. For what I pay and what I get I'm not going to beat them for the outage.

    @ThreeUK I was happy with Three since 2015 but in the last few months my data keeps slowing to a crawl and is unusable until I restart my phone. Have already switched away from the 5G broadband they sold me, then tried gaslighting me by saying they had never offered at my address. Awful.

    @ThreeUKSupport If you are sorry, why you do not improve your service? I had no other options than using 3G (because I will COMPLETELY cut off by @ThreeUK) and, as I said, I want to complaint with the people who are supposed to give you the license to operate or stuff like that. 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry but it’s true 🥴 The app user interface is terrible and the app consistently crashes. I have to enter my name, number etc every time I want to use the chat function which is extremely inconvenient. And don’t even get me started on having terrible signal in my area🙃🙃
