    @ThreeUK all I want to do is remove my damn name off a account that should have been removed off of 5+ years ago and is now killed my credit score but all I’m getting is the run around as soon as I get this sorted I’m cancelling all of my contracts with three it’s actually a joke

    @ThreeUKSupport Mate I live & work in London ...... Signal is pathetic in most places. I’ve give up now, sick of being told there’s a fault, it’s my sim etc. Lads I work with on o2 & EE not having any issues at all.

    . @ThreeUK do your agents have access to unencrypted passwords for your customers? One of them just asked for our password over the phone (which in itself is really bad practice) then on answering with a temporary password, said it wasn't what he had on record.

    @ThreeUKSupport are a ******* joke! 2nd level complaint, 8 months without usable service and they offer me £5 credit on my £89 a month bill! I get dizzying speeds of 0.2mbs. Can hardly make a call. @Three_Is_Broken

    @TfL wow wow wow 4G service on the underground - couldn’t believe my eyes whilst travelling on Jubilee line - better service than overground on @ThreeUK ... thanks @TfL ... took calls in the tunnel... no more waiting or connect to WiFi to fire that late message off #stillamazed

    @ThreeUKSupport It took three days to reply to this. During that time I called numerous numbers, tried ordering online multiple times. No one could help me get a new contract. How ridiculous is that?! Clearly your systems don’t talk to one another and departments can’t transfer. Useless.

    @ThreeUKSupport Nope I got no reply or I wouldn’t have tweeted what I did - they have done these checks before and kept fobbing me off but this has been going on for over 5 years now that I can get little to no signal inside of my home. All they recommend the last time was to get a booster!

    @ThreeUKSupport have to cancel. Can you confirm something? have my StAC and Livechat said contract would be cancelled in 1 month but just received text that if STAC not used contract will continue. told CHAT it wouldnt be used as user deceased and she said it would be just be cancelled ?

    @cfzellers4 @malcolmbooden @ThreeUK This is on cable in the building coaxial. They are migrating to fibre but my neighbors have the same results on fibre. I am reviewing SLA and terms sheet. Really not happy paying for something I basically never even get half of.

    Wow, @ThreeUK Your service is appalling. Since I upgraded with you I'm being overcharged on my monthly bill to what equates to £33 for your "service", not given everything I was promised with the upgrade, AND I've not a had a working service for at least the last three days.
