    @ThreeUKSupport It was the status of a contract. Given how it all panned out I'm going to enter into the complaints process as it's really unacceptable especially considering the time I've been a customer.

    @ThreeUKSupport Well that's nice to know I don't get any money back even though you're the one failing to uphold your end of the contract due to 'congestion.' Guess I'll have to find out if the ombudsman agrees. Yes - normally I got bumped to 3G automatically and even deliberately didn't help.

    @ThreeUKSupport why is your 4G so bad in central London, London Bridge and St Pancras area I have to drop the phone to 3G to get any data, you promote 5G, but you haven’t mastered the basics yet, when is this going to be sorted #timetoswitch

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Can someone please help…I am trying to get the Three+ presale tickets and the number I have been given to text PLUS to(51020) does not work and says cannot be delivered. No one at customer service or in store can help and they go on sale in the morning!

    @ThreeUK you have to be the biggest frauds around. False advertising on set up dates, delivery and account activation. Literally uttter shite. 8 days since order and still no Internet. I bet you can't even provide speeds advertised. Its been crap and we haven't got started.

    @ThreeUKSupport Knew or guessed I was a Three customer said I could have an upgrade at a better price I said he couldn’t beat £20 all in and that if he was from Three he would know my tariff - which got me suspicious so I hung up
