    Did you know that most phone companies limit calls to 2hrs? Not normally a problem but as I’m on hold for almost that long with @VirginAtlantic before they answer I got cut off 1 minute in! That’s 4 hours on hold for nothing, thanks to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Yep haven't moved house yet. Have reset the router, the signal is good (90 on the test thing) but just naff speeds. And still no wired connection though I'm checking if that is a Windows Update error.

    Recently moved back to @ThreeUK on a sim only plan and it’s blooming awful in terms of speed or coverage in central London. Thanks to my @O2 work E-sim I actually have signal!

    @ThreeUKSupport my march bill was waived and my promise to pay removed, my bill set to 0 bevause threes payment gateway didn't register my payment. This has still not yet been done. My bill shows 37 to pay. I cannot recommend anybody go with 3 mobile. Horrific service. Fraud.

    @ThreeUKSupport I sent a copy of my deed poll to 3 customer services in Glasgow, asking them to update my records to my new legal name. They have refused saying the deed poll has to be stamped by a solicitor, which is incorrect.

    @ThreeUK the manager of the three store in Northampton just the worst the attitude and no help whatsoever! The worst customer service I have ever received! Why do they ever have a manager which can not do anything!! Charged extra and didn’t even care walked off twice!!! Terrible!

    @ThreeUKSupport you'd think for a mobile network your website would work on mobile devices. Been trying all day to add a new card in 'my three' to top up, it is impossible to enter the numbers. Tried both chrome and brave browsers on Android before giving up.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes but no help to staff on site they didn’t even have a phone number I have to Google it to get it! Yes luckily a guy on the phone sorted but the worst customer service in store!! Not a manager at all she didn’t know anything! Needs looking into! Secret shopper required!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Gave me a broken phone and the manager Anna refused to speak to me and trying to send me to another store even though I got all my things from grosvenor Northampton! Refused to send back or help just send speak to someone online! Had to phone in store who helped

    @ThreeUKSupport Three want customer to wait one hour outside to check for device delivery. mine is gated community and entry will be pass code. the driver will come and go. that will happen today also. i don't want to say about my wrong decision
