    @ThreeUK I’m in London, wife in Devon. Neither of us are able to use our phones currently. Our Three home WiFi also down so all home entertainment not working. This isn’t ‘some’ people affected, it’s most if not all. Appalling.

    Because my phone was connected to my WiFi since yesterday evening I didn't notice the @ThreeUK outage till this morning. I've been with them for 2 years and this is the first issue I've had with them. For what I pay and what I get I'm not going to beat them for the outage.

    @MontyTweeet @ThreeUK Unlimited everything. £20 a month. Altho internet connection is so shit i have to switch 4g off every now and then to use it. And compared to virgin’s 4G. It’s sooooooooo much slower.

    @benwiddowson @ThreeUKSupport I spoke to CS for over an hour. It boiled down to him removing the add-one from my account. The moment he did, I was able to reach the account login page and re-subscribe. Now I’m sat waiting for it to activate

    @ThreeUK @o2 just driven most of the length of the #Sheffield parkway with 1 bar. Call failed. How can the signal be so bad in one of the UK’s biggest cities? I’d understand if I was in the middle of the Cotswolds.
