Says I have 4g but simply doesn’t work, yet fine away from Stratford. Fortunately @virginmedia tfl WiFi saves a 1hr wait this afternoon.

The customer service operatives do not know the areas in London where I have no network coverage. They ask for post codes which is nonsense really. Overall terrible experience.

It’s all about making things difficult for the customer in the hope they won’t bother for the sake of a few quid! It’s the reason I voted with my feet and left Three for another network. A 3 store has used fraudulent information to set me up with extra 3 accounts without me knowing it seems. I can't even access these accounts as they've used incorrect DOB and postcodes.

Mobile broadband is very slow and sometimes doesn't connect to the 5G network. This is coverage issue, not recent fault so if possible get the 5G coverage booster here!
