I think @joelycett should get onto the abysmal customer service from @ThreeUK only way to communicate with them is through they’re online chat, which either have no operators or cut you off. I’ve seen on Twitter Someone has asked for a compalint email address and @ThreeUKSupport

Dear @ThreeUK I complained about the poor signal coverage and was given one month free and then a £5 a month reduction for the remaining months of my contract. However my bill came out today and there has been no such reduction. Please can someone rectify this.

@ThreeUK hi Three if you’re going to basically suspend customer service you should at least make sure your website works. I can’t change my plan to a sim only, either through the app or online. I’m cancelling my plan if you don’t get back to me today with this fixed.

Got my @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport mobile broadband today and OMG how shit! It’s giving me speeds of 2mbs LOL! As if! 5 bars on the router and this speed. AVOID this company like the plague people, awful. God knows how they’re going to deliver 5G!

Couldn’t agree more! @ThreeUK seem to play tricks to bend the rules & get away with it all. Constant bad signal, lack of customer service & communication, lying about reductions! I’ll be leaving at the end of my contract @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport They did not give me any information on why they blocked me, either time. In fact I wasn't even notified. I only found out when I went to log in when my service wasn't working. I was told to email all my confidential documents and it would be unblocked in 72 hours.

Never use @ThreeUK as a service provider. They don’t cancel plans when you ask. Charge you more than they should. And then promise three times in 3 weeks that the refund had been processed. When it hadn’t. Disgusting

I have been having a terrible service from @ThreeUK. There is no network in various parts of North and East London where I'm passing through. I make important phone calls using hands free in my car but the network drops completely in so many areas. I have raised it with @ThreeUK.
