    @three_broadband @NickHJBurley @ThreeUKSupport Don’t believe them — they said the same to me. I was getting 300Mbps and now can’t get 5G (they told me the same story about the network tool not being updated). Now barely getting 20Mbps on their 4G service, even though I’m on a 5G contract!

    @ThreeUKSupport Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to your help. Really patronising advisor who kept saying “we just provide the SIM, we can’t comment on what speeds you’ll get”. He also said the previous advisor shouldn’t have said what speeds I could get in my postcode. What a shambles.

    Oh great @threeuk is completely down again. In a few years it’s gone from being a great phone network to a terrible one. Will be switching in Feb - is anyone I know on EE? Do they have decent network coverage in London? #threedown @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK - I've been sent a letter from CARS on your behalf for a service that I've not used and tried to cancel. I've just phoned 3 and they say they cannot discuss the matter as the postcode I gave (on the letter, could only have come from you) was incorrect. What can I do?

    @ThreeUKSupport network has become piss poor. I'll have 4G or 5G, show full bars, yet can't connect to the internet. Not helpful when I'm trying to load my bus ticket, having to pay for a new ticket, and the the ticket on my phone loading which I have then lost out on.

    @ThreeUKSupport They asked whether I would like a Samsung phone instead of the iPhone 14 Pro? I said no so they closed the complaint. Because it is an illegal contract am not bothered about the phone as I can afford to purchase but am not letting an illegal contract pass.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ReyadAlZain2 Three barely works anywhere, and when there is reception (4G/3G) there somehow never is any internet!! Can't wait to change operators in October so I can stop wasting money for no service!!

    @ThreeUK you are having a laugh with your customer services. On a recorded line one of your employees just broke the law. Then denied it and said he was told to do this by a colleague. Still no resolution to my question. Any further ideas???
