    @ThreeUKSupport The issue was opened as a complaint, and was “resolved” by @ThreeUK who decided that I ignored a text I have no recollection of receiving, even though the transfer was handled and completed in store, and therefore no refund will be given. I’m furious.

    Why is @iD_Mobile_UK fraudulently removing money from my account? I never set up a contract with IDmobile. @ThreeUK sent a wrong phone to me and I sent back you phone over a month ago… Kindly stop sending mail to my address and cancel the damn contract. How hard can that be?
