    @ThreeUK @EveningStandard @DailyMailUK Three, this is ridiculous! Your customer service is unable to provide any help for more than 24 hours because all your systems are apparently down! This is only couple of weeks after the major outage!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Quite a busy time maybe because your service is so s%$t!!! I’ve been a 3 customer for a long time but get very very close to moving my phone too as well as cancel this crap mobile broadband!! It’s a fantastic service at 3am though!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Issues at : UB7 8LZ 3G is little faster than 4G but when I'm at work RG12 1PU I get very good speeds. So don't want to turn off 4G

    @ThreeUKSupport Done this dance already, it never worked, nobody can be expected to turn off all notifications for every app one by one, and that wasn’t the issue. Your charges are exorbitant and your signal was abysmal over there.

    @ThreeUKSupport Oooo that’s the point, I live in CR42BA and it is terrible here. I work in SM45JD and, I don’t have words to describe how bad it is there. My husband was #O2 and I asked him to come to @ThreeUK he is complaining and saying it has been his worst decision ever to 📱

    @jenkins_helz @ThreeUKSupport I think so! I wouldn’t recommend buying a phone plan through a third party after this experience - you’re reliant on them communicating with the network provider to cancel on your behalf to make sure you don’t pay the early redemption charge.

    Been with @ThreeUKSupport for many years all while working abroad no issue, and had this phone for a year. Today the one day I want to call home as it's my birthday and I haven't spoke to them in 5 weeks and I have another 8 to go, and it 3 decides I'm not registered to make call

    @ThreeUKSupport any issues in the B44 area?...using Ai cube & Netflix won't load a film (sticks at 25%)....use 3 for my phone too but it loads fine on that.
