@ThreeUKSupport I did that. Except it takes 48 hours so I still can’t go and get this sorted. Customer service suggested I take a new contract, port my number across and cancel my old contract. If that’s the only way, the new contract won’t be with @ThreeUK.

@ThreeUK I’ve been on a unlimited sim deal for 8 years and have never used over 30 gb. In the last 3-4 months because of sports and hotspot I’ve used over 50gb and have noticed speeds dropping from 30mb to 2mb. Se London crayford. Is my speed supposed to drop after 30gb?
