    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK at this point I do believe this a proper joke. A comic movie about a proper fraud. I really had enough... they said they would have sent me a new sim. It happened two weeks ago. maybe they are delivering it at the same speed of their network

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Yes. Their marketing contradicts what their support team says. I’m stuck though as there is no other provider where I live and fixed broadband isn’t possible even though it’s central London (heritage area so no digging)

    @ThreeUKSupport You didnt understand my complains. 1) you have bad equipment that cant scan every type of documents. 2) your offices dont have access to edit user info. Thats why your offices are useless. You should fix this.

    @justifyles @richandprecious @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Well then that comes down to choice doesn’t it. Just saying nobody has to stay in a broken contract if they don’t want to. I’d suggest speaking to EE. They have a new u limited contract and you can just pop their sim in a 4g router.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport The agent couldn’t understand the difference between speed and volume. He argued that because last month I used 180gb I was obviously enjoying the service I was paying for. I was shocked and disgusted as he had the notes from past 3 months of hell and was supposedly a “manager”

    @ThreeUKSupport I don't know, its presumably in the notes. Either way, @ThreeUK has wasted hours of our time with unhelpful phone calls when all we wanted to do was cancel an unused contract. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    I don't like taking to Twitter for this but I'm so frustrated with @ThreeUK at being sent around in circles whilst they fail to fix their signal in my area of #Bristol which has gone on for three years. Now they've switched off my home signal box, so I'm back to zero! @itvMLshow
