    .@ThreeUKSupport tells me the @ThreeUK InTouch app is being discontinued with no alternative to customers that have poor signal in their homes, unless we change to a new phone. I'm not happy with this and will consider changing both my phone and wife's to a different operator.

    If I didn’t have @ThreeUK Wifi calling I’d be totally cut off. I’m on my second iPhone now and a second SIM and I still get ‘No Service’. The phone doesn’t find the network or the WiFi, so I have to go in to settings and reconnect. 5 min later, same thing. I give up. 😭

    @ThreeUK Hi. I have just taken out a 24-month contract on home broadband and have seen that you are doing a 6-month discount of £11pm instead of £22. I am a loyal customer of 3 but at no point was I offered this. Seems very unfair.

    @ThreeUK totally disgusted with your so called customer service today. Have been a customer for many years with six contracts. Every single one will be cancelled at end date and moved to a competitor solely down to the incompetence of your customer service.
