    Right on time @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport the usual daily turn off of data services. Itโ€™s like clockwork. Youโ€™re a absolute joke of a company. Can no longer even provide the 0.65mbs service! Suppose turning it completely off makes no difference.

    Hi @ThreeUK. Guys you need to improve your service, how is it possible to be at home (London Z2) "using the 4G" & I'm not even able to load Netflix on my phone. Honestly, I was considering upgrading, but with this service maybe I'll have to change provider. Thanks ๐Ÿฆพ

    @ThreeUKSupport never experienced anything this bad... shameful, been in a store for 2 hours and 3 minutes to get a new phone.. the guys working in the shop are calling 3 customer services like the public and canโ€™t get through..itโ€™s mental and disgusting

    3rd day of w/o network, and no one picking up at customer service. Seems @ThreeUK donโ€™t care about their pay-as-you-go customers. 100GB pack seemed too good to be true and turned out ...it is!

    @ThreeUKSupport what part of your company actually works? Canโ€™t help on live chat, get passed through 6 different department, get through to a call centre and they canโ€™t hear you and hang up! 0.26mbps of data and terrible signal! What are you playing at? Utter shambles

    @MontyTweeet @ThreeUK Unlimited everything. ยฃ20 a month. Altho internet connection is so shit i have to switch 4g off every now and then to use it. And compared to virginโ€™s 4G. Itโ€™s sooooooooo much slower.

    @ThreeUK I renewed my contract for a one year last year with you guys. Turn off a couple of months maybe realise I cannot wait to leave in September. And jump to @EE . Iโ€™ve been with 3uk since 2012 since you joined Vodafone, my signal and 5G have been terrible

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. Iโ€™m switching to another provider.

    @ThreeUKSupport i have been getting charged by applepay. I have never used applepay and have 5 trasactions totalling around ยฃ84 in space of 10 mins. I dont own an iphone and have no transactions showing up on my google pay acc on my android phone. What scam is this?
