    Hi @ThreeUK letโ€™s have an honest chat about how bad your service has become in the last two years. Poor or no 4G coverage across most of central and west London. Five bars but no actual data connection. Coverage maps that are just made up!

    @PositiveLad @ThreeUKSupport I think @Ofcom needs to look at Three on this point. Three know there is a problem yet they continue to sell it. I'll look into drafting something.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank u for your reply Jen. It is not my phone... it is my relish. Have tried changing all the positions of my router and nothing. Have been calling you guys but it was said to me that I have a bad signal and apparently the signal in the area is indeed bad. :/

    @ThreeUKSupport are a ******* joke! 2nd level complaint, 8 months without usable service and they offer me ยฃ5 credit on my ยฃ89 a month bill! I get dizzying speeds of 0.2mbs. Can hardly make a call. @Three_Is_Broken

    @ThreeUK when will you sort out reception/ coverage in Hampstead. Everything from Rosslyn Hill NW3 to South End Green is basically a dead zone for Three reception and itโ€™s been like this as long as I remember. Fix it please.

    @ThreeUK I have had nothing but issues with my new phone. So I have returned it to the shop as I donโ€™t want the same phone. Now I am having issues getting a new phone because you havenโ€™t reversed the account and the credit check has failed. I am one unhappy customer.

    Me - Hi there @ThreeUK I have no internet Three - Yeah there's an issue in your area and will take 7 days to fix Me - Can anything be done? I can't wait 7 days that's crazy!? I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?
