    @bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

    I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

    Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

    @bt_uk I work on the BT network and know the nearest FTTC is 7 miles away in cable length (not as the crow flies) clearly to upgrade these customers, a new cab or cable is required. It’s out dated at approximately 50yrs old!

    @bt_uk Don't believe a word, we have come back to bt twice because of the promise of better service and we've left again and paid less everytime. I wouldn't mind the extra cost of bt internet if the service was as advertised.

    @bt_uk It was on 99% for over a minute. And what would you suggest re: the huge discrepancy in speed from router to device? I need more than 1mbps for work. No, wasn't given an estimate on resolution.
