@bt_uk I've got it reported now and have a Halo on order for delivery tomorrow. Just putting up with a shared 4G MiFi for today. Very slow compared with my usual FTTC connection though. How do people cope with such limited speeds nowadays?

@bt_uk how do I speak to someone on the Full Fibre team? Their phone number just diverts to the normal customer service line and despite promises on the chat that someone will call be back, they don’t. I WANT to give you more money but no one will speak to me!

@bt_uk I have been a loyal - and generally happy - customer of BT for many years. I recently took out a new BT landline/broadband contract which offered 700 minutes per month. There was an error by BT in setting this up...
-
Prof Stephen Boyd Davis
(@StepBD) reported
@bt_uk The operative was polite and friendly, but said he was unable to give me the 700 min contract that I had contracted for only a few days earlier. The experience has left me very unhappy with BT's service.

@bt_uk Hi. With our phone lines going digital and absolutely zero mobile phone data where we live I’m worried about making emergency calls should we need to in a power cut. Can you help?
-
Gareth Morgan
(@DrGarethMorgan) reported
@RolandN @bt_uk The landline that only scammers call you up on? I tried that and ended up in a debate suggesting that they could stop scammers using their network and vulnerable people losing their assets, but that is a matter of choice apparently. . .
-
Alex Dodd
(@alex_dodd) reported
@bt_uk Thanks Neil. So as our speed is roughly 150x the required for video calling, what do you recommend to fixing the issue we are having? Looking at advanced router settings? Scheduling a video call test? Engineer visit? Replacement router?
