He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Luckily enough it has started working again after 2 days (which was odd as you said there was no local fault) so now trying to get through to cancel the engineer

But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..
