It’s almost impossible to find out how to report issues to them. Issues in Bearwood include filthy interiors, flyposting, smashed handsets... minimal investment in their upkeep.

Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Said my bband speed slow so played along for a while. (I'm xBT). Their objective to get access to your device via IP address. I blocked their number then the cheeky b**gers rang me again on 3 separate days using diff numbers.

But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..

Simon (@thfcsimonm) reported@bt_uk I’ve tried that twice. It takes 20 minutes to get through and then I’m sat on the phone a further half hour while your operatives ‘ look into it ‘ and then promise the problem will be resolved. Each phone call is over an hour !!!

Sebastian Colt (@Red_Rescue) reported@bt_uk I did some asking around for others I know on BT and one showed me their laptop was allowing them into their mail with no request for the SMS at all and their desktop was experiencing the same issue as I do - always wants calls that never arrive to mobile or landline in time.
