My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state.
