Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

Tried calling BT and the lady I spoke to (as nice and polite as she was) couldn't help either. its a very rural property with no phone signal as well which makes it worse.
