    @bt_uk @BTCare Someone told my mum he would ring back today to sort an ongoing fault we’ve been dealing with regarding our wifi hub, and your help desk has been useless. No closer to sorting the problem and it’s already charged us over £100 for wifi we haven’t used.

    @BTCare order VOL013-297438069130. So after 3 surveys, 3 days holiday, 1 abandoned visit and £150 in mobile data charges I have an engineer coming today before 1pm to install my line for an order placed 1st May. He's just called to say he's runnibg late. Diabolical service.

    Is this is a record @BTCare ? At Christmas, I took out a family SIM and was told I would get Amazon vouchers as a bonus. I think it was £50 or £60. The vouchers never arrived. I raised a complaint in February. This took so long to resolve the original Amazon deal finished. (cont)

    @BTCare Engineer came to my house. The internet is slower and does not load. !! I am watching a programme on ITV online that reloads every 2 minutes. 60 minutes programme will take 3 hours. This is just awful.

    @BTCare once again reorganised the installation, this time for 6th November and once again it was cancelled. So he called them again yesterday evening. They said the issue was that @Openreach didn’t know what kind of line they were putting in, and that 6/12
