@bt_uk Thanks for the reply. The light is consistently on; the issue is the connection keeps dropping - good one minute, not working the next - and this is not isolated to one device (or just Apple devices). All very odd.

Their objective to get access to your device via IP address. I blocked their number then the cheeky b**gers rang me again on 3 separate days using diff numbers.

@bt_uk Hi Rob, I have followed all instructions I could on this issue (restart hub (trial hub), restart the box, tried Wi-Fi). I’ve not reset the BTTV Pro box as I don’t want to lose the recordings on it. I believe it’s only starting happening today, was working Thursday evening.
