  @KateCopestake @BTGroup @bt_uk @btbusinesscare Had a spate of these calls a couple of months back. Said my bband speed slow so played along for a while. (I'm xBT). Their objective to get access to your device via IP address. I blocked their number then the cheeky b**gers rang me again on 3 separate days using diff numbers.

  @bt_uk We did, Ian in Stockport told us exit fees fluctuate constantly...despite giving him the exit date! It's this overt complication, plus language (see the previous pic, "see how switching will IMPACT you"), against the ethos of Ofcom, which is why BT will lose customers and fail.

  @bt_uk Your engineer came on Tuesday but couldn’t fix the problem as I needed a new router - which for some reason he didn’t have. A new one was ordered but now 2 days later no sign of it! What kind of service is that?

  @bt_uk @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.
