@bt_uk I've got it reported now and have a Halo on order for delivery tomorrow. Just putting up with a shared 4G MiFi for today. Very slow compared with my usual FTTC connection though. How do people cope with such limited speeds nowadays?

@BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

Reported a fault with my @BTCare broadband on Friday, got it assessed and a true fault was detected. Engineer booked for today, 8-10. 730, engineer called to say he's on his way. 840, problem fixed (new master socket) 👍🏻

Ref could have a short chat with #BTsport pundit & say, "with hindsight, i got that wrong. I'm human" or "IMO I got it spot on, because xxx". I think this would help the game immensely.
