    @btsport predictable useless support on logging in to app from by sport. It’s weird how their systems for taking money always work, their systems from broadcasting sport don’t. Funny that.

    @bt_uk I have been told that to request transcripts of calls I need to request in writing -but without Wi-Fi my printer is not working! Do you have a complaints team or customer services email address I could use?

    @bt_uk I am not sure if this is an automated response, but that has been fixed now it’s trying to get the order replaced that seems to be the problem. But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..

    Does anyone else have a recurring issue with @bt_uk where they’re told about engineer will come out and they just don’t…happened to me 3 times now!! In other news we still have no phone!

    @bt_uk contract ends next month mom has been paying it for years I give her money but you won't transfer DD to me at my address and want a set up fee plus full price for 30 days before can apply for social fund ridiculous and your losing a customer because of this

    @bt_uk Hey @SkyUK my Sky Talk line is down and I have no access to Sky Broadband. BT engineers are working in my area on the lines locally but as above BT say this isn’t their issue. Sky online service status says no issues. I NEED my internet for work. Can you help?

    @EsmeFillingham @bt_uk We had issues when we moved house. Complain, you’re entitled to compensation and we got extra on top for hours I had to spend on the phone to them!

    @btbusinesscare The same live chat I tired earlier - didn’t recognise our acc. details & ended the chat before I had time to respond? Neighbours having same issues trying to contact you. Will try WhatsApp but surely it shouldn’t be this hard. Constant issues with our account management.

    @bt_uk Bt previously provide email address of employees dealing with complaint on going since January and not resolved and have no idea what is really happening with connection. Now say they don’t share email addresses. Please don’t lie.
