@bt_uk I was on a payment plan paying the amount agreed and you cut me off then due to the internet issues I've been having i was told no engineers would be coming to the property so not only have I got no service but I now have had engineers come unplanned sort it out bt

@Forces_TV rapidly becoming one of the best channels on TV but alas it's no longer showing on the BT box because of weak signal in the Sunderland area so cannot watch, or record anything for catch-up later. Is this a transmitter issue? @bt_uk Still getting it via Freeview on TV
