@bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

@bt_uk BT anaze me , got a. E mail from BT very quick to send there bill , but I have been on BT s back for the last 11 days to fix my internet, and gues what it’s still not working, honestly fed up with them.

@bt_uk Ok its 0.11 mbps download, 0.13 upload. (Thats from google) cant login because i cant remember my password and it wont reset for some reason

Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

@bt_uk Yep unfortunately seems to be. Lots of our neighbours have similar issues regularly as well. I have my mini hub so internet is fine for now, but it is a hassle constantly having to raise issues.

@bt_uk Hi, I had an engineer appointment booked in this afternoon (1pm - 6pm) to install fibre for my new home. My girlfriend took the full day off as holiday but the engineer was a no show. This needs sorting ASAP as it has stopped us from moving in - Not a happy customer.

3 hour @SkyHelpTeam tv visit today confirmed by x3 engineers from Sky that since the Sky Q update it is NOT compatible or working well with @bt_uk 🙈 Awful in this day in age that no solution is on the table. Would welcome feedback rather than marketing speel from both sides pls
