Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

Kat (@Kat06075689) reported@bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?
