Really annoyed with @bt_uk and @PrimeVideo - Twice in 10 minutes the app has just closed down for no reason. Paying good money to watch the football and the app is completely unstable.

@bt_uk I am not sure if this is an automated response, but that has been fixed now it’s trying to get the order replaced that seems to be the problem. But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..

I thought Virgin Media and Sky were cracking down on illegal streaming. They support their teams but don't pay to watch them?. I see most have @virginmedia Internet lines. Some @btsport what are you doing to STOP this?. I'm sick paying for freeloaders who've got plenty money!

My parents, like your mother have been through an awful time and their stress levels/anxiety was through the roof daily. In the end the only thing that seemed to ‘work’ was a letter to OFCOM & BT exec complaints dept

@bt_uk Why do you close faults and complaints without doing anything? Spent over an hour yesterday on chat trying to sort out why I am unable to view some channels on my BT TV box, ended with it being referred to another department. This morning have an email saying complaint closed 1/2
