It’s almost impossible to find out how to report issues to them. Issues in Bearwood include filthy interiors, flyposting, smashed handsets... minimal investment in their upkeep.

Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.
