    @bt_uk Line been tested and is faulty!! Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Receiving some mini hub from you to use while we #wait but I'm guessing that won't work on my plugged in computer or our Now TV #BT

    @bt_uk I've got it reported now and have a Halo on order for delivery tomorrow. Just putting up with a shared 4G MiFi for today. Very slow compared with my usual FTTC connection though. How do people cope with such limited speeds nowadays?

    @bt_uk Tomorrow between 1pm-6pm. I even tried leaving a txt for Engineer yesterday asking him to update his report as told BT couldn't contact him. If he hadn't advised me of my service speed how would i have known !

    . @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

    Regardless of what’s happening in Brisbane and how much we’re getting our asses handed to us by the Aussies @btsport coverage has been awful in comparison to @SkyCricket - terrible roundups with no replays and the first 2 hours always Australian commentary 👎🏻
