@bt_uk Fuming.. slow broadband, paying for service I will never get. Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

@NHRA I watch the NHRA Highlights on @btsport in the UK. Why is the broadcast volume switched down when cars do their runs? Sounds more like Tesla racing than Nitro burning Top Fuel. NASCAR, INDY etc are not attenuated, so why drag racing??

@bt_uk hi, we're paying for Sky Sports via Now TV as part of the Big Sport package but it constantly freezes whenever we watch anything (50 mins into a football match & it's frozen twice). When will this be fixed please? It's been terrible for months so may need to switch to Sky.

@bt_uk So I’m going to be without broadband for 5 days because someone at BT brought forward the transfer by 5 days without telling Sky and OpenReach but nobody at BT or @OpenReachhelp or @SkyBroadband will take ownership of the problem. Abysmal CS from all 3 companies.
