@Halcruttenden @btsport Feel ur pain Hal, same last wk but Sunday made a point of ringing after open at 9am eventually got through to a Liverpudlian called Michael. As you say don’t want to refund or cancel as Sky has but did come up with a very good deal - too long for this tweet so I’ll add it below

. @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

@bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

@bt_uk Are there broadband issues in the Ashby De La Zouch are of Leicestershire? Ping is over 1000 ms download speed is 0.16Mbps upload speed 0.65Mbps. Can you have a look pls. Had same issue 2 weeks ago, then returned to normal after 36 hours!

@bt_uk No internet for 92 days (September - December) - rang multiple times. Given no reason. Told it would be fixed by x date, then x date. Finally open reach arrive. Told I would be compensated multiple times. Now told I won’t be! As it was a “major outage”…definitely wasn’t!

@bristolren @bt_uk All communication providers be that BT, Sky, EE, Plusnet, TalkTalk, Virgin media, Zen (list goes on) will only be able to provide a digital (Internet based) voice service from 2023 and everyone moved off the current PSTN network you are on today as that is closing by 2025

@bt_uk Have done. No known issues in your area. Like I said, it happened on 30/12/21 and lasted a day and a half, then it was fine. Ive done all the standard stuff, still no joy.

@bt_uk Thanks @bt_uk. Your colleagues are going to have their work cut out. Most BT phone boxes in my part of central London are in such a terrible state. They are used as toilets, for drug taking and exploiting vulnerable women. But do ask them to get in touch. Thanks. Alex
