Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Receiving some mini hub from you to use while we #wait but I'm guessing that won't work on my plugged in computer or our Now TV #BT

Very slow compared with my usual FTTC connection though. How do people cope with such limited speeds nowadays?

Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!
