Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! It’s almost impossible to find out how to report issues to them. Issues in Bearwood include filthy interiors, flyposting, smashed handsets... minimal investment in their upkeep.

Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!
