Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. Sent a complaint letter to BT plc, PO Box 334, Sheffield, S98 1BT and received a text a couple of weeks later saying the complaint had been closed but with no resolution.
