It’s almost impossible to find out how to report issues to them. Issues in Bearwood include filthy interiors, flyposting, smashed handsets... minimal investment in their upkeep.

Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees!
