Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees!
