Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway ..
