Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. Can do some like speed test and service status but it won’t let me access the hub with my admin password to control WiFi, guest access etc. Fault reporting gets stuck and cycles round to the beginning.

Xbox is one of the only devices that defaults to 2.4ghz with no way to get 5ghz unless you disable 2.4ghz on the broadband entirely. Some providers like @bt_uk don’t allow for that or splitting the network on their routers. Help!
