    Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

    @bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

    Why don’t @btsport suspend subscriptions whilst they are not offering a service as @SkySports have done. £38.50 a month for zilch !

    @OpenreachHelp Please stop this corporate line of "Ring your provider" @BTCare have tried there best and your company even lies to them! You must start owning your own company failures, YOU must contact customers that YOU have let down NOT the provider you have all the info 'OWN IT' #rubbish

    @bt_uk Line been tested and is faulty!! Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Receiving some mini hub from you to use while we #wait but I'm guessing that won't work on my plugged in computer or our Now TV #BT

    . @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

    @KarkinosSolar @bt_uk Never had an issue with talk talk, I did a bit of research aswell and alot of people say there the best gaming Internet provider... I was quoted 45mpg on there fiber but I sit around 80+ with no drop off. Might be worth having a look.. I only pay £23 a month aswell

    @bt_uk STAY CKEAR OF THIS HORRIFIC PROVIDER. THEY MIS SELL, BILL INCORRECTLY. DOWNGRADE LINES BY NISTAKE THEN WHEN 'BACK UPGRADING THEM' MESS IT UP LEAVING YOU WITHOUT SERVICE FOR 5 DAYS AND UNABLE YO WORK FROM HOME. 6 MONTHS OF THIS....NO MORE

    @bt_uk day four of our broadband outage. Total available status from BT "Its broken, we have no idea when or if it might be fixed. We do know it affects your whole town if that helps." Is that actually acceptable?

    @btbusinesscare, @BTBusiness. Something told me it would be a nonsense dealing with BT trying to get fibre broadband. Should have trusted my instincts. Apparently my address doesn't exist, even though I'm an existing customer. Can anyone else provide that service in Stockbridge?

    @MRTTheDuck @bt_uk I don't believe they have everytime i have them out they always claim theirs no issues then i show them the Logs of the Modem and they go "Well nothing we can do" Looks like i may of just had ****/Lazy engineers.

    @CityAM @richardcalhoun Is that the same lazy @BTCare that for years haven't been bothered to fix at their end a phone line to stop the crackling etc. And when you use their "fault reporting" tool, it claims there's no problem and it's always at your end - but it's ALWAYS temporary repaired at BT's end.
