It’s almost impossible to find out how to report issues to them. Issues in Bearwood include filthy interiors, flyposting, smashed handsets... minimal investment in their upkeep.

Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!
