Why the #BTsport app so odd I will never know, I’m watching by the Man U matched, & I’m like 1hr behind the live stream, I reach 22mins and it kicks me off and there’s no catch up on the site :/ - if I done a illegal atleast I would of got sole of the end kmt

@bt_uk In fact my tech engineer who visited to address my issue after 5 days of calls restarting and relocation and rebooting etc - said and I quote “im not sure this job is for me; im a electrician by trade - sick of the hours already” left not fixing and closing the case ! 🤡 🤡 🤪

@bt_uk Great customer service #Not you do a deal with @NOWTV_It and switch off your customers packages with you midnight 18th Nov then your offer same packages to loyal customers but increase prices by 110%, if I go direct to @NOWTV_It I can get same packages 50% less #rubbish

@bt_uk I've got it reported now and have a Halo on order for delivery tomorrow. Just putting up with a shared 4G MiFi for today. Very slow compared with my usual FTTC connection though. How do people cope with such limited speeds nowadays?

Reported a fault with my @BTCare broadband on Friday, got it assessed and a true fault was detected. Engineer booked for today, 8-10. 730, engineer called to say he's on his way. 840, problem fixed (new master socket) 👍🏻

We were wasting hours talking to the two parts of the business (who don't seem to talk to each other, use different systems and don't share info) - a terrible waste of our time, stressful and frustrating. @bt_uk if anyone is thinking to get BT as their Wi-fi supplier- please do not. Their service is bad, since November 2020- I am waiting for connection. Excuse: the engineer is off sick- they don’t have anyone around. The path is blocked and by mistake they send wrong people.#BT

@btbusinesscare @btbusiness absolutely appalling service today. 6 calls, cut off 6 times, 3 web chats, W callbacks and 2 transfers and 2 more cutoffs and I’m still no further forward. And it’s been 14 days since placing my order and it’s not moved forward any! Complete joke!
