  @rizwan_jalil @SmethwickWMP @sandwellcouncil There’s a real issue across the entire area with @BTCare neglecting their phone boxes. It’s almost impossible to find out how to report issues to them. Issues in Bearwood include filthy interiors, flyposting, smashed handsets... minimal investment in their upkeep.

  @bt_uk has an appointment for full fibre booked months Given 8 till 1 slot ,guy turned up at 12 .35 No problem with lad who came,neat and tidy but he's got to box in footpath to find remaining ports all dead. Guy needed to sort is too busy today and will come tomorrow.Poor

  WiFi over the last couple of months has been shocking. @bt_uk installed new socket, router etc still bad. Decided to change suppliers but according to BT I don’t have a landline or broadband package with them! This would be fine if I wasn’t paying them £70 a month! Can I find someone to help at BT?   @bt_uk I can't get in my account because of your pass code system is sending out multiple pass codes which neither work, and now it says to wait or cancel. Cancelling does nothing to fix the problem. How long do I have to wait until the pass code system resets?

  @bt_uk are committed to excellent customer service, they say so when you ring them. Then they say they're very busy and they promise to speak to you within 20 minutes or you could ring back. Hint, excellent customer service starts with answering the bloody phone.
