Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

Very slow compared with my usual FTTC connection though. How do people cope with such limited speeds nowadays?

Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log.
