It’s almost impossible to find out how to report issues to them. Issues in Bearwood include filthy interiors, flyposting, smashed handsets... minimal investment in their upkeep.

Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! My mum relies on connection as she uses an emergency medical necklace. This needs to be escalated without delay. Appalling service.
