    @BTCare I have an ongoing issue with my broadband I've been in touch a few times now, I've done as instructed & have plugged an ethernet cable into my laptop. I'm trying to watch a programme through the BT box on i player and it is just buffering all the time this can't be right

    @BTCare we're having loads of problems with our broadband the connection is atrocious we've just paid to rent a film and now it won't play it is through BT is there anything can be done please, plus I need to make sure we are not charged.

    @CCriadoPerez @McAfee_Help @bt_uk Although I have never encountered any virus/mail ware problem for any Mac, you should be able to delete MacAfee files from the Library and Preference Folder.

    @bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

    @bt_uk are the most incompetent company. I’m only a month into my contract and I want to cancel already. Terrible customer service, they just pass you to another dept and then your back to the start. I’ve never rang a company so much to get something sorted. #terrible

    @bt_uk I moved house in the last year - previously I had sky DSL - copper only and enjoyed better service - this shouldn't be the case. I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

    @bt_uk why on earth did your engineer install it there?! It’s been the same all afternoon. It has been okay for nearly 18months and now it is horrific when I need it the most (working from home) if the window issue is true then surely the BT engineer should of installed it in the hall

    @bt_uk Hi Neil. Connection has resumed as of 11PM that day of messaging. After a conversation with a local Openreach Engineer was told there was a major line fault that occurred. If I get any more issues I won't hesitate to message. Cheers.

    On 8/6 I called @bt_uk to give notice to cancel my phone/broadband. Today I recieved a bill! When I call, I'm told my account is still live at a house I no longer live in & its my job to call again & ask for extra costs to be waivered when I get the next bill! Poor BT, very poor!
