  Dear @bt_uk - for 6 weeks I have had a wholly unreliable WiFi signal. So far I have had 2 engineers to the house & 2 to the outside set up. I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles.   @EE having a nightmare with your broadband again! You have been nothing but failed promises! I was moved over from @bt_uk I had no issues with them. How can I find out when my contact is up? Thanks
