@BTCare your broadband service is a joke. I've had days where my MBPS has been 0.37 then in the evening 12.08 MBPS then 2 hours later 2.58. As soon as I can I'm leaving this contract s it's certainly not what I signed up for.

@bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

@bt_uk why is it an engineer comes out yesterday, told there’s a system problem but we’re ‘promised’ it will be back on by midnight.. it’s now nearly 8am and the wifi isn’t still on. A lot of your customers depend on your wifi to make their income, not good enough at all.

@bt_uk The issue needs raising with your development team for a software fix. Seems to series record using program name as a string or part of a string. As a software developer / programmer I can see the issue and probable cause. The only fix or resolution is a change to the software.

@bt_uk Had to travel by bus last week with spinal issues, assured twice that my BB would be installed beforehand, didn't happen. Had 13 hour days last week, exhausted. BT are utterly incapable. They push you into DM messages so people don't see the truth. Check trustpilot, shocking 1.6.
