We had 5 and you shouldn't get that on a paid subscription service. It just requires a fibre engineer. I believe we have been lied to on several occasions. This is having a detrimental impact.

Dropping out constantly & buffering when I didn’t take em up on it. Almost as if they’ve slowed it down deliberately to make me upgrade to get more money out of me.

Just as well i rang @bt_uk at 5pm to find out. Since I was warned that I would be charged £50 if I was not in im expecting some comp!
