Essex THFC Woz1882 & JAGS Fan (@woz1967) reported from Southend-on-Sea, England@BTCare your broadband service is a joke. Edward J Plum (@Eddie_Plum) reported@bt_uk Thanks for the reply, but it's been a Northern Ireland address for months. Potentially since the service was connected, judging by the Irish ads and bizarre map directions. Also, shouldn't I get a geographically correct IP regardless of how they're allocated?
-
DAVID GILLANDERS (@MINISR) reported@bt_uk No it’s not resolved and would like to talk to someone as it’s very frustrating to be a customer and treated as a fool
-

Travelswithmyphone Rachel she|her (@travelswmyphone) reportedHi @bt_uk I've got no broadband (whole village seems cut off) but the only way to report it on your website is by sending a text with our landline number. I have no landline nor do neighbours. Surely this is a common problem. Help

Ali B (@just_ali_b) reported@_MissieBee @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk My parents pay over £100 monthly for Sky (no idea how - I assume because they just left it being more elderly). Their internet is terrible (only decent in one room & catch-up takes forever to download). I pay half that with Virgin Media. Looking into for them as not impressed.
-
Wizz (@Wizz57058652) reported@bt_uk Doesnt matter now, I'm going ahead and cancel because I'm rejoining virgin media BT have been great, zero issues but the speeds you offer in my area which is the most populated in Grimsby just isnt enough thesedays In 2022 you really should be offering more than 70mb/s
