Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Cuxton and nearby locations:
-
Dartford Town (@DartfordTown) reported from Dartford, England@kianwardgk @btsport @SportsRadar No problem with the commentary, the issue was dropouts. We had 5 and you shouldn't get that on a paid subscription service. Also, they could have given more advance info so we weren't all getting frantic when we had no idea if it was working 5 mins before ko.
-
Amy Pearson (@amypearson2406) reported from Gravesend, England@bt_uk Hi we have had an issue with our broadband for the last hour and your phone line is closed. It won’t connect we have followed the steps online but nothing. Please advise..
-
Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, EnglandWeek 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom
-
Daniel Hewitt (@DanHewitt2011) reported from Gillingham, England@bt_uk you’ve got to be *************** now, broadband down again this since Saturday, it’s been fine all night then day time it’s off again, not good enough at all, don’t expect me to be paying this month!

Prince Kazeem Ogunbambi (@kazeemogunbambi) reported from Dartford, England@bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .
-
Graham Allen (@original_addick) reported from South Darenth, EnglandHey this is bad practice @bt_uk @BBCNews disgusted to get a call today from BT trying to sell me BT Halo and using challenges of internet demand during Covid as a sales technique.
-
Craig Stone (@stone_craig) reported from Gillingham, England@Adamdrew1979 @btsport @TheVanaramaNL Having the same issue mate and during the dartford game the streaming just stops for the last 10 mins and says I’ve ran out of time! Shambles!!!

-
Jon Stannard (@JonStannard) reported from Southend-on-Sea, England@premierleague serious questions need to be asked about the ref and VAR. If Pickford had broken VVD leg? No action? Still accountable for his actions, the offside is irrelevant. #Peterwalton @btsport
-
Pete (@PeteMcCaffery20) reported from Rochester, England@bt_uk I appreciate your message, however after speaking to 9 advisors you won't be able to help either. I have emailed your CEO.

-
Dartford Town (@DartfordTown) reported from Dartford, EnglandWell I'm sure we were grateful to be able to see the Slough v Dartford game but the live feed was a bit shoddy by @btsport and @SportsRadar. The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.

Daniel Hewitt (@DanHewitt2011) reported from Gillingham, England@bt_uk Wouldn’t it be an idea to put out a tweet explaining that to everyone in this area because so far reading on here and Facebook the communication has been poor and no one really knows what’s happening

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Margaret Wyett (@Marge2612) reported@bt_uk NEVER USE BT U CANCELLED MY BROADBAND INSTEAD OF MY LATE MUM, TOLD TODAY YOU PUT IT BACK ON URGENTLY AND YOU LIED WORST SERVICE EVER
-
Jean Heaney (@jean_heaney) reported@bt_uk Oh we're just accustomed to the buffering now, usually as our team takes a penalty. We pay over £40pm for it so this Halo must be the best (or are we being naive) but the signal doesn't reach every room even in our 1-bedroom flat.
-
SJP 🦋🦊 (@earlythorn) reported@bt_uk ..please explain why fingerprint login expires 🙄 and then "link" to recover password that I've not used for months and cannot remember doesn't work
-
Jenni Seex (@jenniseex) reportedSo despite @virginmedia staff dishonesty telling me I would not be able to get @bt_uk installed before April because “we are in a national lockdown” - the @WeAreOpenreach engineer attended yesterday - professional, polite and helpful and we are all up and running. Great service.
-
Dan Pressland (@SteelyCityDan) reported@bt_uk They only agreed to drop charges that should never have been applied in the first place - I had already sent them a copy of your letter saying tv could be cancelled for free, & the bill was for the period 19/01-18/02 after I'd stopped being a customer on the 16th. No favour done
-
Laura Whitfield (@LJWhitfield) reported@bt_uk been without Wi-fi or phone line since yesterday (Sunday) morning...but despite paying through the nose on a monthly basis, apparently we don’t have the ‘right account’ to qualify for a mini hub to help. Appalling service!
-
Aviel "The Skysung" (@Aviel_VA) reported@bt_uk Hey Laura, sadly that isn’t an option due to the hub having to be placed in the hallway. Hence why we received the booster to mitigate this problem.
-
Catherine Brundrett 💙 (@twigs83) reported@bt_uk No was just online! Seeing if moving from @SkyUK would be better as the deal they offer is £20 more expensive than a new customer! How do I contact them?
-
Freyalyn, anns an dorchadas... 🌟💙🐈⬛🐈⬛ (@Freyalyn) reported@bt_uk Help! Internet gone down, 0800 000 151 is saying it's an incorrect number, and I'm working from home. Need to find out what's happened.
-
Ruth (@cincsem) reported@Grahamaccounts1 @max_gentleman @LUFCDATA Exactly! Now I’m in this weird shorty codependency with Amazon, Sky and BTSport and juggling when to cancel one or restart.. what with constantly checking the table for ‘when are we safe’ and the calendar for ‘payperview optimisation’.. 🥴
