I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. James (@Jamessemaj81) reported@bt_uk I've ran all the tests. It'll be working perfectly until about 6:30 in the morning before becoming really slow, and unresponsive...until about 17:00 when it gets fast again. This has only just started happening too.
