Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @bt_uk my mum near Evesham has been without internet and landline since 25 Dec - that's Xmas day. She's 75 and lives alone. Around 10 houses are in total blackout since a car drove into a pole. They've been told nothing except BT will sort it. When?
