Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @bt_uk BT missled me to transfer my mobile contract to EE - was told included roaming (this is incorrect) just so they could lock me into 24 month contract for my broadband. I raised complaint & BT just closed it 4 hours later. Now only option is to move suppliers within 14 day period

@bt_uk Even though the my bt app is showing fault on line from 5/4 and the line was down a week before. Due to damages line ,duct blocked , new cable run , jointing issues and on and on.
