Iโm hearing that BT are sending out engineers to households but unable to do anything to restore the Internet when they arrive because there is a wider network issue. Strange that theyโre unaware though.

I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, itโs now been over 3 hours. I donโt want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.
