I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

I’m hearing that BT are sending out engineers to households but unable to do anything to restore the Internet when they arrive because there is a wider network issue. Strange that they’re unaware though.

Took me a year to get them to realise I had fibre in a old property 4 years ago... then another year to actually give be fibre broadband. Today they're supposedly doing the digital phone switchover, no interference I'm told, broadband down all day!
