Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

I’m completely stuck. @btbusinesscare can’t even accept my report of a line fault because I’m not named on the account. Both people who are named are out of contact for the foreseeable. Have come home to use Internet here for a bit, but not having it at work is a serious problem.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. (Best guess)

@bt_uk I want to change from my current service provider (Virgin) to BT. Do you have an email address I can contact? Virgin have cut my landline, I'm still paying for a service I'm not getting, I have no landline now
