I’m hearing that BT are sending out engineers to households but unable to do anything to restore the Internet when they arrive because there is a wider network issue. Strange that they’re unaware though.

I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

People all over Cranleigh are having major issues with no/slow internet and it’s impossible to get it resolved.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. I trust you will retain call recordings from June 7th, 2026, I know I will. Good evening to you and yours.
