Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @bt_uk Hi, we need a broadband issue addressed due to fale sale information from BT staff. On the 2nd June a BT salesperson knocked on our door and tested our internet speed and told us the internet speed was below our contracted level.

Been a @bt_uk customer for over 20 years. Finally switching provider as can get x10 the speed for less £4 a month. Now find out I need to pay £7.50 a month to keep the email service I’ve had from them for 20 years. This is absolute robbery @bt_uk . Talk about anti competition !
