@JohnWLewis @bt_uk @GiganetUK I was with Sky till recently but went full fibre a few weeks ago. You will not regret it if you switch in my experience. My Dad got talked out of his Giganet service by Shell Energy not realising he was going back to copper. He reverted with great support.

@bt_uk You could help by connecting my broadband that should have started on 23rd March, then you delayed it to 30th March. Its still not connected and when I called about it today was told someone would call with an update on Monday so another weekend with no Internet connection
