    For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

    @bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

    @btsport Can you please follow the lead of @SkySports & simplify the process to ‘pause’ the sport until @ChampionsLeague & @premierleague are up & running again. If the economy can be paused it should be simple enough to pause this service for customers. Pls update on @Twitter 👍🏽

    @bt_uk Nobody has Ethernet cables. It’s 2021. Everything is wireless. Now my @skytv won’t work because of your 0/10 service. I’ll be getting out of my contract with you on Monday. Never experienced worse service

    @bt_uk i’m totally fed up with your service. I have been complaining about my Wi-fi for months, asking you to send an engineer out because there is clearly a fault, but you’ve refused. I now have a new router and the problem is still there. What are you going to do about it??

    @bt_uk There’s clearly a problem, would it bot just be easier to send an engineer out? I assume that’s part of what my monthly bill covers? It just seems ridiculous. At one point, a few months ago, an engineer was supposed to be coming out but it just never happened.

    After over 8.years of loyalty, @bt_uk has closed our account. No warning, no reason. After hours on web, phone and many broken promises to call back - no action. Told we have to set up again as new user which could take weeks. Really?! Come on @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Its everyones house not just ours We cant use our phones as they are now BT digital One engineer coming out isnt going to help.This is not a problem with one house’s broadband its all the houses We have elderly residents who dont use mobiles or have computers.

    @bt_uk OK but you closed it so my expectation is that you open it just as quickly. Broken promises for call backs and any help to get service back as it was is unacceptable. Loyalty clearly means nothing.
