Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Phil (@feyipuk) reported from Stifford, England@EE That is what I'm reporting. If the only way to check if there is a problem with signal is to go to an area with signal to check, that's not very useful in an area with no signal. Is there no way to submit a signal reading to help in the future?
