    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    @EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

    @EE I have had shocking customer service with ‘issues’ after ‘issues’ with your system, taking multiple (pending) payments, talking of reverting a plan because it’s not working your end when it is mine!

    I always had totally respect for EE @ee but after speaking to one the Executive Customer Resolution Team This has left doubt in my mind one rude man unhelpful all I want is receive a good service in the DA9 area feel let down as a customer😢😡#DA9 #serviceissues @MarcAllera

    @EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

    @EE Yes that’s fine. When I paid for my early upgrade last year one of your colleagues over the phone & one in shop advised not using another charger/cable as it could damage the charger port, that’s why I’m getting a wireless one & hopefully this works

    @EE Dhocking customer service today. Called to cancel the Mother in laws contract who died of Cancer last year. Told it will cost £196 pounds to cancel early. Not only that but the CS advisor tried to upsell us broadband aswell.

    @EE Please can you sort out @Brightstar. Not only have they sent my returns package to the wrong address (i.e. my address back in suffolk) But they also managed to send it to the wrong address back there as well???? Don’t really wanna be slapped with a fat fine babes I’m poor x

    @EE Stop Acting like you don't know this matter. This is known error with Xiaomi devices from last two months. Every forum people asking this that app is not opening. You need to fix this error.
