  • Jon_UK2016 the statistics guy jono (@Jon_UK2016) reported from Gillingham, England

@EE Well @DPD juat lied to me on phone, couldn't be bothered to help. So EE may lose me as a customer after a decade.

  • JDecruz10 Jamie Decruz (@JDecruz10) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

Although it’s not top of my priority list at the moment... @EE is there a reason my phone signal is really poor and I am unable to make outgoing calls 📞

  • BBCPoppy Poppy Jeffery (@BBCPoppy) reported from Maidstone, England

@nick_pope @EE @scb31 I spoke to EE earlier this week, they said a mast has no power supply, and because of our proximity, the signal isn’t switching to another mast (so you have to walk up the road for signal) and that engineers have been on site all week and still haven’t worked out the issue 😭😭😭

  • tariqtahir tariq tahir (@tariqtahir) reported from London, England

@EE you’re service is as slow as mid 90s dial up speed

  • JimmyEllison15 Jimmy Ellison (@JimmyEllison15) reported from London, England

@EE I'm receiving an error 38 message whilst trying to send a text, is there a problem on the network?

  • AzzyChill 🎄🎅 AzzyKevmas 🎅🎄 (@AzzyChill) reported from London, England

.@EE's network in London really is questionable. I've had to rely more on WiFi here than anywhere in Sydney and that's from a country that brought you the NBN

  • Bjmcardle Barry mcardle (@Bjmcardle) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@EE how do I cancel my contract. Due to an ongoing issue with coverage. I have spoken to your call centre let's not go into that. I live in Carshalton in Surrey. However its not getting resolved so I would like out thank you. It's been over a year now no end in sight.

  • mouseldn 🍋 (@mouseldn) reported from London, England

@EE Hi JD, I didn’t do this as I believed the contract amount would automatically change. It was never made clear to me that I was responsible for requesting a sim only contract.

  • DomLee1987 DomLee1987 (@DomLee1987) reported from London, England

@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

  • lisa661974 lisa lou (@lisa661974) reported from London, England

@EE is there a problem with your mobile data this evening.

  • smartpicsuk The Burtons (@smartpicsuk) reported from London, England

@EE it appears somebody is trying to set a fraudulent account from my home address. Can’t get through to customer service. Acc no is 179351621

  • AnnaThurmanLDN Anna Thurman (@AnnaThurmanLDN) reported from Bexleyheath, England

@EE I need help with an upgrade being charged more than it should be!

  • monikamatis Monika Matis (@monikamatis) reported from Grays, England

@EE that feeling when salesman in the store calls you “my friend” and you’re trying to stop a sudden urge to slap him; and then “manager” when you complain about it tells you off and bans from the shop. Cherry on the cake - customer service tells you they cannot register (cont.)

  • Bjmcardle Barry mcardle (@Bjmcardle) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@EE Thanks-Ashleigh. I've been with you guys for a decade which I know amounts to nothing. Hate complaining. It's not so much the fact that the service is poor it happens I just wanted someone to meet me half way. He ho #MerryChristmas

  • dazzgedd73 dazz ii am (@dazzgedd73) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

I remember when @EE would pursued you to stay as a customer and offer a nice deal, now they aren’t bothered, I guess that’s cos they are the biggest, they can’t transfer you to a manager as they are working from home!!!

  • Nicsboys2 Nic Foakes (@Nicsboys2) reported from Grays, England

@EE my earpiece on my mobile isn't working. I can't hear a thing when receiving incoming calls. I've been told I can take it back to store to get fixed and have a loan phone but yet 3 of my local stores don't have any. I can't go without a phone. Help me please....

  • Nic_B82 N1C-B🐻💙 (@Nic_B82) reported from Bexleyheath, England

@EE do you do the same deal in store as well as phoning the customer services??

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DonnyLebowski Anthony Reid (@DonnyLebowski) reported

@ee slapping a 4% increase in charges when inflation is just 0.6% is pretty poor form!

  • tweedsideladdie Simon Ritchie (@tweedsideladdie) reported

@EE Ok well that's a shame, because I've been a customer of EE since 2010 (and Orange before that). I'm now looking at satellite broadband, which I'm told is expensive... Turns out it's the same monthly price I'm paying for 1Mbps 🙄

  • DavidBayley13 David Bayley (@DavidBayley13) reported

@EE Checkout is still not working.

  • Davebwfc21 Dave james (@Davebwfc21) reported

@EE @DavidBayley13 Same problem here aswell

  • welshfreak Stu Roberts (@welshfreak) reported

@Matthewhewitt84 @EE but their customer service is shockingly bad!!

  • y99waytem87 Michael Wayte (@y99waytem87) reported

@bt_uk broadband almost as **** as @EE it take 2 hours to watch 1 hour programme

  • tweedsideladdie Simon Ritchie (@tweedsideladdie) reported

@EE Yeah I've already got a data booster box from you, so I can use my mobile at home, because there is no 4G signal where I live. However, that booster box relies on the router and its 1Mbps speed. How would a 4G router work?

  • tweedsideladdie Simon Ritchie (@tweedsideladdie) reported

@EE Estimated download speed range given on your website is 1-5Mbps. Consistently in the 20th percentile. Every video call I do is interrupted by weak signal, despite signal boosters/cables (rather than WiFi). Can any discount be offered if service can't be improved?

  • FxJohnjohn FxJohn (@FxJohnjohn) reported

@EE your phone signal is pathetic constantly dropping out

  • FawcettJordon jordon fawcett (@FawcettJordon) reported

@EE Loses connection every night between 7pm and 9pm, the box is forever flashing yellow and when it does work it’s really slow
