    @EE Yes, I am. However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

    @EE Still takes the piss though... if service providers can put a price up why can’t I just stop working overtime and put my price plan down! There’s no way you can justify this to you’re customers. Superdrug offer £20 everything unlimited... I’ll be off to them as soon as I can!! 🤘🏻

    @EE I called to get some help due to my business being effected by Covid 19 I would just like to thank you for the lack of it and what you are saying on your website that your helping your customers is rubbish. Vodafone who I have another number with couldn’t of been more helpful

    @Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

    Thank you to @EE for putting my account on hold for 30 days with no need to make any payments until at least then. Making my way through all my service providers which is a bore but necessary

    Highly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!

    Hi @EE I'm a customer of @sipgateUK and I have had constant ongoing issues for weeks with EE mobile phone numbers calling us. Your customers are often left unable to hear us. I've 19 seperate occasions logged over the last 4 days with this issue. SIPGate are aware. #mobileissues

    Excuse me @EE I’m trying to cancel my contract and get my PAC code, I spent 30 mins in a phone queue only to get passed from one department to another and the second guy put the phone down! I don’t have endless hours to sit on your hold service, I just want to cancel!

    @EE Hi, it looks to have resolved early hours of this morning, it was reported and annoyingly the status checker showed nothing for my post code, despite something definitely being wrong. Service is normal again today, 4G back and normal speeds returned.

    @EE After the problems with the iPhone 13 launch you think there would have been some extra effort made for the new #AppleWatchSeries7 launch. Website has crashed and your customer advisors cant upgrade me either!!
