  @Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

  @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄

  @EE #ee never changed my ee login in June, I have #reg123 logged on and checked. Email says I have I haven’t. @HMCTSgovuk is walsall hmcts recieving communications from one efficiency as well as the apple case id teddie email. Both Helen Trott where stated once’s all files reviewed and any letters at any time that I don’t know about and have legal access right to know.

  @EE EE are so stupid that they signed a stranger a new phone contract & claim they live at my home address. EE then demanded to know my full name, address & date of birth. Why should I give my surname & date of birth to corrupt company given they have been fined by @ico & @ofcom

  I despair of @EE . After huge problems, I ended up staying with them (broadband) after a local company let me down. But a week after agreeing a new contract, I haven't had it confirmed in writing.I can't get through on the phone (30 min wait) and exec complaints haven't replied.
