@mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

@EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

@EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

Hello @EE - why is roaming abroad blocked on one of my numbers? You’ve only recently changed it, and I can’t change it via my user account on your website or app! I have checked the device and all settings are right and it’s connected to your network.

@EE I am an EE customer. I am receiving cold calls from uk mobile number daily. A voice speaks in Chinese language. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

Just found out that last week, the @EE shop in Wembley conned my 79-year-old dad into buying broadband he didn’t want. He went in to talk to someone about his phone not working as he saw the @bt_uk sign. Luckily my brother & his partner sorted it. Disgusting behaviour from EE!

H'away @EE, my home broadband has gone down at least three times-a-day over the last week or so. I WFH three days a week and do voluntary work that requires me to be on the laptop over the weekend. My broadband price went up recently, so how are we squaring this?

@Darlo_Robbo @EE Aye, I do the personal hotspot thing when I need to, just a bit of a drag. Been with EE for years and rate them very highly, just noticed this week lots of drop outs (Weds, Fri, last night and this morning), which has been frustrating. First World problems, I guess...
