Hi @EE I bought some Apple AirPods on an add to plan with my contract last summer. And to be honest I’m fed up with them, nothing but connectivity issues. What are my rights to returning them, as they are not fit for purpose!!

@EE As a local resident it means my @EE service is awful, which I'm reminded of every time I walk past the stadium and see EE plastered all over it. It took 20 minutes for my first tweet to send. Absolutely terrible. Kieran (not Keiran)

@EE Long story short I contacted live chat last week as I was switching banks & my DD did not go through. I was told that as long as I paid this Thursday I would not be cut off. Despite this I had no service as of today when I arrived at hospital to be with a sick relative.

@EE When I contacted Live Chat today you can see a supervisor admitted that I had been lied to last week & there was nothing they could do to restore my service as the collections team are only on phone but I would have to download Skype to ring them because I'd been wrongly cut off!

@EE just been hung up on by an EE customer service person for challenging her after being told that there are different offers for upgrading online, in store and on the phone. But noone would be able to tell me where the cheaper on line. Really???
