Robby (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England@EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.

First contract phone and he was very reassuring. Even gave me his work email in case I have any issues. Glad I swapped to EE now!

Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? My son went to a school trip to India and another one in Wales. Guess where he was out of reach....in Wales.
