@EE Hi yeah it's ne290rt, my address is 9 glendale Grove, North shields, honestly it's been going on for nearly a year, signal is shocking around our area, I have rang up a few times. Was even told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

@EE just went to pay for shopping with Apple Pay on my iPhone. Has no 4G but full reception on 3G. Phone said I had no internet connection so couldn’t pay so ended up looking like a right plonker. Drove down the road. Got 4G and internet connection came back. Why doesn’t 3G work?
