    @Heidi_LFC9 @ThreeUK @EE I'm paying ยฃ57 month on 3 for my Samsung S10+ and it's a 2 year plan. I'll have enough to pay off the remaining 15 months in one go soon and I'll swap to EE. I've never had 3 add to my bills when on Unlimited.

    You can always trust @EE to make a mess of any situation! Renewed my EE broadband which came โ€˜activeโ€™ on 22nd and went down to 2mbps. Call support and after being on the phone for one hour (to a quite polite guy) canโ€™t get through to remote services. EE MAN! I want my Xmas movies

    @EE Hi yeah it's ne290rt, North shields, honestly it's been going on for nearly a year, signal is shocking around our area, I have rang up a few times. Was told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong, have been a customer for years

    I've known stress like trying to cancel a contract for an apple watch (haven't had an iPhone in over a year) and ive been paying 21 quid a month for **** all and now @EE are making it near impossible for me to cancel as I DONT HAVE A VALID MOBILE NUMBER

    @BT & @EE couldnt organise a pissup in a brewery. Due to their mistake a elderly person with health issues is now with out a working mobile phone number !!!!!!

    @LeilaniDowding @EE That ship has sailed. The old analogue phone network is being switched off in January. Either you have a mobile as backup or you buy a battery backup. (Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS). BT/EE or whatever their name is this week will supply them for vulnerable people.

    @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

    @LeilaniDowding @EE No idea Leilani. My elderly mother in law had issues last month with her virgin media line. It was down for 4 days, luckily she only lives around the corner.
