  Service is steadily getting worse and still no support. Getting random Internet outages daily now for anywhere from 10 minutes up to 40 minutes currently. Yet assure me there is nothing wrong. @EE

  @dave_aldrine Can’t wait! Been with @EE for several years as IMO they are best, felt they are getting worse and worse. Even upgraded to the priority line. Still ****. They are throttling 5G or got too many customers on it, but something is not right! Bring on the starlink 👌🏽

  @EE I am utterly appalled at you. Shifted early July as @BTGroup encouraged me to. Loads of issues have come up, still no fibre & appt moved 3 times, & when I’ve tried to call to speak, no way at all. Went to complain, could only do via AI and it kept stopping me from typing 😡
