  @EE been trying to sort out adding numbers to my new account for no less than 2 months now, with no success. Absolute unprofessional and rude customer service advisors who said they would transfer me to supervisor and then hung up! Sorry if I’m annoyed but I am paying you!

  @EE, very refreshing to cancel a new TV contract and not even have someone trying to negotiate so I stay. I have 5 phone lines, a tablet and broadband with you already and the red carpet was rolled out when I said the word cancel. At least @skytv put the effort in.

  @Hepworthclare @EE Clare, been going through my own problems with @EE for weeks, their transition to digital landline is shambolic. Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!

  @EE I’ve made an appointment to speak with the branch manager next week, I will be making a formal complaint and taking the issue up with him and his staff will verify the hanging up on us. Why didn’t they phone the branch back or call us back? Why do I have to phone you again?

  @ee yet again we have poor coverage, but each time I check the app it says no problems in area. Well I’m stood with my phone in front window looking onto a mast and I have 1 4g bar. Clearly something isn’t working yet im still paying for a decent coverage/reception
