@mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

@EE I have called many times and spoke to the team they just say there’s no time frame, and to make a complaint if u wish which I have and haven’t heard back, YOUR BACK OFFICE IS INCOMPETENT
