@EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

@EE i’ve been trying to get help with unlocking my phone and I’m not getting anywhere. So now i have a phone that I can’t use any other Sim card on it because it’s locked although i have finished paying off the contract and i did DM @EE and they ignoring me 🤬😡

@EE Price! Service! And you do nothing to keep customers. An example. I recently returned from Turkey. My friend with sky paid £2 a day and could use all his plan. EE charge over £6 and get a tiny bit of data only. No calls or texts. Time to move all devices.

@MavenAdviser @EE 14.4% increase (CPI plus 3.9% - nothing in the email explains the 3.9%). “What goes up must come down” sadly doesn’t apply either, a permanent increase that just might not be so severe in future. Wonder if EE employees will be receiving pay rises on a similar scale…

@EE Thanks for following up. I've sorted it. The issue was that somehow the SIM wasn't activated, even tho I rang you from it. So, @VodafoneUK said I had more than 1 number on the a/c (no, just an e-sim), EE said there was a SIM issue, so the PAC process failed. It's not great.

@CTW130784 @EE Nope £495 + they haven't had added my £14 trade in discount and are refusing to do so. I've well and truly been stitched-up. I wouldn't treat my dog the way @EE as treated me over the last few months. I need a phone number for their executive care team 🤬
