  @EE #5G #network EE has terrible 5G in London West End. Using my phone today in Covent Garden and it constantly drops calls. Internet is very slow. Had 4G and it was so much better. EE has deteriorated. Problems with EE 5G since I upgraded months ago.

  @mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

  @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄
