@EE 17 days since ordered the iPhone 11 pro was 1 day dispatch that turned to 7 but no emails or contact of any delay have had two returns envelopes sent if I had traded in I would of been without a phone for nearly 3 weeks 😩 not the best service when I’ve been with you for 10y+

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@EE absolute scammers, I gave notice on my co tract on the 17th January and sent a pac code, Say I requested it to be deleted and my phone line is still active and have to give notice again. Robbing company to a loyal customer who spent £200 with them.

@EE please can someone help me sort my gifting data. Im on unlimited and only gifted 28gb to my tablet from my phone since 8 Jan and it’s saying my unlimited phone plan only has less than 500mb left and won’t let me gift. Also tried to DM U and it’s not going through.
