    @mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

    @EE been trying to sort out adding numbers to my new account for no less than 2 months now, with no success. Absolute unprofessional and rude customer service advisors who said they would transfer me to supervisor and then hung up! Sorry if Iโ€™m annoyed but I am paying you!

    @EE #5G #network Same unreliable useless EE 5G service. I am in London West End and calls keep dropping, internet slow. Phone showing 3G signal. 4G was better. EE network service is going backwards. ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿป

    @EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, canโ€™t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 Iโ€™m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

    @EE Hi, Iโ€™d like to know how my 83 year old mum has been sold an 18 month broadband contract, from my bank account, when she only popped in for mobile help. Complaint raised, no response, but youโ€™re already started billing me. Impressive, she only popped in last Saturday!

    Prepping for school our youngest.. New phone.. Cheaper contract thru online 3rd party still with @EE...tried to get a deal but they just give you a story that has no meaning to a client its all about them! Trying to cancel orig contract took details put on hold now 35 mins ๐Ÿ‘น

    @EE Yes, Iโ€™ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

    Quite disgusting that @EE had planned works on signal in my area till 16th September and not one person from a telecommunications company has bothered to let me know or communicate this to me. What a **** up. Embarrassing.

    @EE I keep getting a notification from voicemail that I haven't activated my voicemail. I have recently (via EE website live chat) asked for my voicemail to be activated, which they confirmed they did. Could someone please help me as I currently have no voicemail #NoVoicemail

    @EE i can add an extra to my account for free, but how hard do you make it to set it up!! Ive ticked BT sport as my add on in my account. But nothing text wise has appeared. This is not a customer friendly experience.

    I see posts on here slating @EE I have been a broadband customer since 2017 and earlier this year I took out a phone contract and got a great deal as I now have both with them. I have been very happy with their service.

    @EE hi, my mother is with you guys and you offered her another deal and she said yes, wanted to keep her old number but the sim you sent is a new number and we donโ€™t know how to change it over. Can you help please? Thank you.

    @EE Update 01/07 still not fixed I've provided the number but here it is again C10002718044 all I want is to leave now ive had it I cannot waste my time chasing something you should fix #badservice

    @EE EE agreed the fault is owned by them. reimbursement should be automatically added to the customer accounts.

    @ElDino169 @EE @netflix Hi Lee, Iโ€™m sorry to hear about your issue with your Netflix/Billing. You can sign up for Netflix separately without using our EE services. Thereโ€™s nothing stopping you from doing that.

    @EE Iโ€™ve found that I can never sign in to my account either online or app since Iโ€™ve added tv to my account , I already had broadband, I was advised to change my email address as it may of been a glitch and then link my account number to it which I did and worked once , no good
