@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

@ConstableChaos @virginmedia We ended up ditching them because their Internet became so unreliable, and we were never getting the download speed, it was all our fault apparently!! Went with @EE through the bt network, and surprise surprise we are getting what we are paying for!

@EE Not ramping up everyones bills mid contract by a unprecedented amount would be helpful. Not blaming inflation would be helpful. Not saying a 20% line rental discount will kick in when it never will would be helpful. I'll just sit back and wait, and see which issue gets help first

@EE @pat11669019 Not true @EE . I contacted you and you gave me a generic blurb to justify unjustifiable price increases, mine being £9.78 a month. I will exit my contract once I’m able to. Terrible customer treatment during a cost of living crisis.

@EE I've had my router replaced 3 times, the box in the hall switched off, 4g disconnected and the connected, refreshes, reboots, changed of filter, his knows what else. It's still crap and paying £32 a mth. Got a cheek to put on your IVR that you look after the NHS employees.
