@EE Good evening,i upgraded my contract on sat eve, new phone was told via mail to ring 0800 0790531,due to some minor details b4 the new mob is despatched, 5-5hours later u cant get through as always busy.. Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?

@virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

@EE Less than 1 week until my 4G broadband contract ends and it’s been nothing but dreadful. The speed is like dial up 90’s. The service is as consistent as the weather and the price is higher than the stars. I will never touch EE ever again or recommend them to anyone. Goodbye.

@EE Sorted now, thanks. I was advised to go into a store at the weekend - was an issue with the SIM card. Took a long time to assess that was the problem though. Had to speak to several operatives over the course of a full week to find that out.

@EE absolutely discusted with EE. Cancelling mobile services after 30 years loyal service. Last month blocked my line in error. Month before failed to instal copper broadband because of a hardware line issue. Now asking for 36 to confirm my pak code. Goodbye ee. Shocked
