Prepping for school our youngest.. New phone.. Cheaper contract thru online 3rd party still with @EE...tried to get a deal but they just give you a story that has no meaning to a client its all about them! Trying to cancel orig contract took details put on hold now 35 mins 👹

@virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

@EE hi is your broadband down? At 1am on the dot I got cut off, it seems to happen every month for hours, had multiple engineers out and one of them told me to just go to city fiber, never ever used to have issues but it’s every couple of weeks, I work nights…
