@virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

Prepping for school our youngest.. New phone.. Cheaper contract thru online 3rd party still with @EE...tried to get a deal but they just give you a story that has no meaning to a client its all about them! Trying to cancel orig contract took details put on hold now 35 mins 👹

@EE Just wondering when service might resume in North Creake, Norfolk? Been on emergency calls only mostly since 10am yesterday! This is the longest outage I've known here. If it weren't for having WiFi at home I'd be screwed. Fakenham in Norfolk also no signal!
