I have two phones - one on @EE and one on @VodafoneUK - and I can barely get any signal from either at my home in south east London, which is GREAT when I have to do basically all my meetings by phone right now.

Ok, my mb isn't that old. I'm being bombarded with messages from @EE to upgrade! Now notifications are hit & miss. Service is hit & miss with emergency calls only. Thing is, I changed supplier when I got this phone & it was brilliant. Doesn't add up! Time for a new supplier.

@EE After speaking to her again she said she never actually downloaded anything. She had a text from you saying her phone needed to be restarted to apply an update. Which she did and this is now on the screen. You can't switch the phone off or reset it. Its completely stuck

Shout out to @EE customer service - super helpful, polar opposite of @Virgin . #virginbroadband still down, told it was fixed, it isn't. No engineer until Tuesday afternoon which means nearly 36 hour outage. Exactly as awful as reputation suggests.

@EE @Samsung When I copy new images/video to my #Samsung phone by, for example, a network connection. The media finder doesn't automatically run. So new media doesn't show. I have to use a 3rd party app to run parse the new manually. On their forums - no fix for this after 2 updates since.
