The bloke I spoke to was talking to me like I was taking the money from his pocket. Used to be a good network but losing my patience with them now.

    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    @EE Why am I still receiving letters threatening someone who doesn’t exist at my address with debt collectors? I have contacted EE five times about this and today your customer service advisor couldn’t explain and then cut me off. Appalling customer service!

    @ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

    @nicolesides1 @EE I've just switched to giff gaff. I have to say it is much better and much easier to manage accounts than EE. My EE contact ends this month after two years on 4g WiFi contract with extortionate rates. I'm now getting better service and signal at half the price with giff gaff 🙌
