    @EE your network has been overly poor for the past 5 days without wifi it never works in the day and I missing calls from my doctor and other things that are important. Not happy.

    Hi @EE, I was on Orange since I started using mobile phones and switched to you almost as soon as you took them over. But I will switch service provider immediately if I hear of one EE advert placed on that channel. #DontFundGBNews

    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    @EE Why am I still receiving letters threatening someone who doesn’t exist at my address with debt collectors? I have contacted EE five times about this and today your customer service advisor couldn’t explain and then cut me off. Appalling customer service!

    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    I always had totally respect for EE @ee but after speaking to one the Executive Customer Resolution Team This has left doubt in my mind one rude man unhelpful all I want is receive a good service in the DA9 area feel let down as a customer😢😡#DA9 #serviceissues @MarcAllera

    It's raining again, que the shite Internet connection. Come on @EE, sort this out. Trying to have a video call with my mum who has Parkinsons and dementia so to add to the usual issues (caused by my lovely mum) again I have to contend with dial-up speeds. #frustration

    .@EE on 14th Sept, EE phoned me and offered me a better deal and promised a new 5G SIM by next day delivery. Here we are, 2 weeks on, and despite multiple emails to the guy who said he would help, nothing. Can you sort things out?

    @EE I’ve been cut off 4 times whilst trying to upgrade! each time the customer “helper” tries to give me a better deal than 1st offered but can never match it. Now I’m on hold for over 30mins! This is not what I call customer help! I know the name of the 1st helper. Then help me
