@EE why is your 4G in central London (Moorgate, Finsbury sq) area so slow and such low signal even outdoors. 4G speeds seem to be getting slower and slower in London.

@EE I can’t give you a specific post code as this is happening during my commute to & from London every day. I’ve done the same train journey for years and places where the signal used to be ok are now rubbish. You must be aware of this

@EE You sent me this for free because my device doesn't support WiFi call and your 4G where I live is terrible in buildings. You sent this to me to sort the problem apologising for poor coverage and now you ask me to "buy" one. Wow after 3 years this is what change of heart called.

@EE Called the tech team to restart an old hub as my BT line at home went down when a tractor hit it! 🚜 Tech rep was brilliant. Quick, knowledgeable & efficient. Then transferred me to sales to complete. He was a star and fixed & up n running in record time. Please reward them! 💰

Just been in contact with @NintendoUK who accused @EE of providing second hand units with contracts. More likely that repair team are passing buck for botching attempted repair. Switch was never tampered with before they had it!
