  @madebygoogle @EE when will there be a fix for the WiFi connection issues between the EE routers and certain Pixel phones. I have an 8pro and have constant disconnects and have to reset the WiFi all the time. No one seems to have a solution.

  @Benleo I had a similar issue with trying to get them to come out and do a cable repull after Openreach damaged the cable going to my house alone when doing external work. It’ll be 3 months in a week and still nothing, so much so that I’ve initiated a switch to @EE . Horrendous from VM

  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.   @JoshCF_ Had the exact same **** with @EE broadband. 18 month contract came to an end, increased the initial price and new customers are £20 cheaper for the exact same deal. Retention is a joke to these bums.

  @Benleo i gave up on them 4 years ago and switched to @EE since then i have had 1 outage of 6 hours from 10pm till 4pm, 1 outage in 4 years and consistent speed , i wouldnt go back

  I can’t believe that in this day and age @EE is allowed to offer such atrocious broadband services. Good luck if you can even speak to customer service and if you do they are utter useless and incompetent Can’t even get basic things right. @EE you should be ashamed of yourselves
