@EE I am a longstanding EE customer.I made an order yesterday for a sim upgrade for my phone.Given order confirmed by email.This morning got message to call EE, provide a bit more information to complete the order. Rang number and was kept on hold for 30 minutes then gave up.

@EE How do I permanently turn my voicemail off? I’ve text VM off to 150 numerous times and even spoke to your customer services who said they had also deactivated it, but every time someone rings me and I don’t answer they somehow manage to leave a voicemail! Most annoying.

@mouthwaite @EE I've been them for few years and never had reason to complain. Replaced my phone within 48hrs when I broke it, upgraded in less than 30 min phone call very recently and also very helpful during the moving house process.

@mouthwaite @EE They saw no problem with how I was spoken to. They advised I return to the store to speak to the manager (who was equally useless). Long story short, EE called me when I stoped paying bills and cancelled my account to make it all go away. Wouldn’t go with EE if you paid me!!

@mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care it seems they don't!.
