@vamosvamos @EE I’m livid. They owe me £200. And i’ve been without a phone for 9 DAYS because a commission hungry salesman screwed up leading them to cancel my line (it’s been my number since i was 14) Still waiting on a sim as its’physically impossible to post faster than 2nd class royalmail’

@EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

@EE recently reported the poor signal I’ve had since moving to my current address 6 years ago. Gave all details and explained I’ve had different handsets in this time. After 48 hours of thought, EE experts came back with “please try restarting your device”! Unbelievabl!
