  • stevejax2003
Steve N (@stevejax2003) reported from Eltham, England

@EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

  • PaulGrayburn
    G R A Y B U R N (@PaulGrayburn) reported from Romford, England

@pete_ar_fryn @EE @rootmetrics No, getting 25% off my bill for 3 months then if the problem is still occurring I have to phone up again for an extension. The bloke I spoke to was talking to me like I was taking the money from his pocket. Used to be a good network but losing my patience with them now.

  • abetts2022
Andy Betts (@abetts2022) reported from Stone, England

Appalling service from @ee @samsung @Bluewater. Booked 8:30pm repair to splitting screen on Flip phone and firstly they said it's too late to repair it, so why offer such a time and secondly a small mark on the outside of the phone means that a poorly manufactured, and 1/2

  • gittysootie
Dean (@gittysootie) reported from Crayford, England

Oh what joy paying for the pleasure and expense of having a EE 5 g mobile phone then look at the signal on the screen and it says 3G eeer something thing is wrong here @EE

  • I_am_PBK
Paul 🚛💨😎 (@I_am_PBK) reported from Dartford, England

@EE How do I permanently turn my voicemail off? I’ve text VM off to 150 numerous times and even spoke to your customer services who said they had also deactivated it, but every time someone rings me and I don’t answer they somehow manage to leave a voicemail! Most annoying.

  • PaulGrayburn
PG (@PaulGrayburn) reported from Romford, England

@Da_Stonerz @EE They don’t care mate, been a problem since 2020 and they still haven’t fixed it!

  • RaviDheer
Ravi Dheer (@RaviDheer) reported from Camberwell, England

@EE this is getting a joke now. I am not even getting signal in my home. I live in Zone 2 in London. I would get more reception in a field in Mexico.

  • ChocOnTour
Ayo (@ChocOnTour) reported from Hackney, England

Could not stress this, if you have a choice, do not choose @EE as your internet service provider

  • PaulGrayburn
    G R A Y B U R N (@PaulGrayburn) reported from City of London, England

@EE But I’m expected to carry on paying for a poor service?

  • Robinhio84
Rubén Taluja (@Robinhio84) reported from Camberwell, England

Hi @EE, after having been a happy customer for years I need your support on cancelling my contract: I am leaving UK indefinitely from June onwards due to a family emergency. How do we go about canceling the contract?

  • WhitebreadDanny
Danny Whitebread (@WhitebreadDanny) reported from Camberwell, England

.@EE why have I just spent over an hour sat in your Peckham store trying to get signed up as a new customer by your incompetent employees, who after an hour of failed tablets and multiple forms they ask if I can come back another day? No thanks, I’ll go with someone else, ta.

  • hines_stephen
Stephen Hines (@hines_stephen) reported from Camberwell, England

Perhaps the phone companies need to do more to help prevent spoofing? @EE @VodafoneGroup Something needs to be done by someone 2/2

  • TschesyaT
Anna Trela (@TschesyaT) reported from Camberwell, England

@EE well done for calling me back on date and time agreed and offering options. Let’s hope the signal will get better after works concluded. I will wait for another month or two and then make a decision about my broadband.

  • WoWnut
🎅🏻⛄️𝓢𝓮𝓷𝓼𝓮𝓲 𝓜𝓪𝓴𝓸⛄️🎅🏻 (Rob) (@WoWnut) reported from Aveley, England

@EE is the app broken? It’s not been working for a week now just comes up with the ‘Seems to be a problem’ error message.

  • MattBondVocal
Matt Bond (@MattBondVocal) reported from Camberwell, England

In other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

  • maria__zelenova
    Maria Zelenova (@maria__zelenova) reported

Why it’s taking THIS long for @EE to contact @WeAreOpenreach and send an engineer to finish an installation job is beyond me. I’m (pessimistically at this point) asking for help to finally get this done so that we can have internet access in our home. Absolutely ridiculous.

  • Nicklo2k
    Handsome Nick (@Nicklo2k) reported

@EE It's been 10 days. Every time I speak on the phone to someone, after being put on hold for ages they eventually get back to me with a completely different answer. Today I was told that the original engineer booking was never actioned in the first place! We will be leaving EE.

  • RealJKay
    Jon (@RealJKay) reported

@EE I have reached out before and told it’s all fine and no issues. Something went wrong with the number port.

  • rachelbbridge
    Rachel Bridge (@rachelbbridge) reported

@grantaddick100 @EE Those, and all the ones with a ‘higher than average’ call waiting time and then cut the phone off after a set time so you always end up at the back of the queue. Employ more people, pay them better, actually help your customers.

  • trickytrees12
    Thomas Payne (@trickytrees12) reported

Never known a company so determined to con people than @EE … outrageously bad customer service and they’ve lost 3 potential customers thanks to their con of a website. Avoid.

  • Dream_Sculptor
    John Martin Moore (@Dream_Sculptor) reported

@EE I'm in Thailand and want to get my physical SIM from my old phone switched across to an eSIM on my new phone but the app has no one to contact and I can't call because my Thai SIM is data only. Can you help?

  • Alexanderforaye
    Alexander (@Alexanderforaye) reported

@EE TV more expensive than the subscription channels. And you can’t Cancel for 24months! In brief I have EE TV. Have tried to reduce package to lowest, but tied in till end of 2027. £22 a month for; NowTV incl HBO and Netflix Basic. I realise is independently it cost 15.98

  • ian_wardell
    Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported

@EE I don't understand why EE is assuming I live there already. Obviously, people will often want broadband installed before they actually move in. This surely can't be your policy? Surely they can't be that stupid??

  • Daylightfire
    J (@Daylightfire) reported

outstanding work from @WeAreOpenreach when installing neighbours fibre they cut our broadband, just cut the cable, Even though it clearly goes into a different house, and @bt_uk / @EE said, best we can do to get it back is Tuesday. The levels of customer service are at a new low

  • mared_williams5
    Mared Williams (@mared_williams5) reported

@EE just had someone at our door from EE talking about cables being replaced, slow internet speeds, who we’re with. He had ID. said no when asked if he was trying to sell smth. he clearly was. In LL65 postcode and he asked for phone no. Can you shed some light on what this was?
