  I’ve just had the pleasure of talking to @EE customer services. The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

  So @EE have moved my mum's broadband installation date from next week to October, giving her barely any notice. She's an 86 year old widow and this is the second time they've let her down in a year. Her existing deal with @SkyUK is ending soon so she'll have no communication.

  @EE Currently in Turkiye and meant to have roaming as part of my package. I've not received the "Welcome to Turkiye" text, I've been locked out my app, I can't WiFi call for support, I can't get on live chat, my roaming is out but I can't connect to any network. Ridiculous.

  @Samsung just got a new tablet via a contract with @EE and its asking me to scan a qr code, and I do not have one, and I cannot skip the screen either, how on earth am I supposed to use this tablet, when its stuck on this stupid scan qr code screen?!
