  @EE So.... @EE say they’re working on the prob. (Pretty much what they told me 10 yrs ago) I told them that it was BS. Not heard a peep from them — over 24hrs later! Appalling phone service matched w/ appalling customer service. Well, I suppose they’re consistent... @ThanetCouncil

  @EE 5G EE is a rip off. No one helps if things aren’t “running as expected” total waste of money. Been contacting customer service for 4 months and they never call back or even sort out any issues. EE is hardly 5G No1 it’s a poor unrealible service.

  @EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !
