    @EE I had a watch and sim only, upgrade to p30 pro and the nightmare started . I am Peru and Ecuador and you don’t cover them and buying a phone is pointless (don’t understand why your customer service team advise that )

    @EE That’s non sense 6 months and then charge almost 10 pounds , I have another 5 months left and I am forced to paid roaming fees. It is a stupid polic then I am recommending anyone not to join @EE

    @EE fyi @ee I was able to phone and get a sim in the post instead of getting one there and then. Once that sim has arrived I can back up that phone and leave your network, which I've been a part of since Orange Wednesdays.

    @EE Yep, tried those, not connecting, up until this year I'd never had a problem anywhere, not very impressed to be honest. Hubby's on Sky, got a connection straight away!
