Now told it’s not and no idea when. That’s a day off wasted. Thanks EE for reminding me of woeful service.

Live in London E6 and whole area has shocking service. All day in Cambridge yesterday and only one bar. I have 3 phones on EE contracts and all the same.

I was promised by customer services it would be fixed by 6pm last night after he spoke with Open Reach, but still no change now.
