    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE who’s customer service are impeccable.

    @MarcAllera absolutely exhausted with trying to end my contract with @EE I pay £105 a month which increases by £12 in april! Countless drop calls! Poor coverage yet my work colleagues on Tesco mobile laugh at me! I want to reduce my monthly bill but told I cannot

    @EE That is what I'm reporting. If the only way to check if there is a problem with signal is to go to an area with signal to check, that's not very useful in an area with no signal. Is there no way to submit a signal reading to help in the future?

    @EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

    Frustrating that you can't disable voicemail on @EE digital voice landline phones. Causing no end of problems with elderly relatives who can't get to the phone before it activates...

    @EE very poor signals (reception) coverage since last 10 days around Redbridge Station (IG1) area. Can you please rectify this as it’s causing so much issue and unable to make calls and use internet most of the time. Thank you

    Appalling service from @ee @samsung @Bluewater. Booked 8:30pm repair to splitting screen on Flip phone and firstly they said it's too late to repair it, so why offer such a time and secondly a small mark on the outside of the phone means that a poorly manufactured, and 1/2

    @EE Hi guy's, been trying to login to account, but unable to do that, spoke on phone twice ( to woman called Chelsea) promised to come back to me ( within 30minutes) ..but didn't happen , are your email servers down??

    @Ofcom Thanks, I will. The inability to turn off @EE's voicemail on their digital voice landlines is a serious, unresolved issue.

    I’ve just had the pleasure of talking to @EE customer services. The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

    @EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

    @EE Yep. That one and it’s 90 odd brothers and sisters. Telecoms needs a crack down to stop the number spoofing. Even worse when I decided to be put through to complain was to be sworn at!

    @EE Each and every code sent out didn’t work. I was told to go into the store to get one issued. Only to find out the stores have never stocked them. Furthermore, this is a re-occurring issue since E-sims. Every time I change my phone I have to wait up to 3 weeks for it to work.

    @EE take the piss tbf. Customer for so many years but try and rip you off on an iphone 12 contract at like £65-£70 a month. Can get a better deal with Sky for £38.
