  @briavelsjon @EE That is literally what I did. I logged it with the the app and I tweeted it here. There was no signal in somewhere I'll likely go back too. Is it a dead spot? If I don't say anything, nothing will change. I really could log onto indoor WiFi where there was no signal? Whose?

  @EE That is what I'm reporting. If the only way to check if there is a problem with signal is to go to an area with signal to check, that's not very useful in an area with no signal. Is there no way to submit a signal reading to help in the future?

  @EE Still no resolution on this. After all day trying I was eventually told on Monday the 12 month would be created for me. Only for the contract to be sent over at 24 months. When I queried they said contact again in 48 hours for it to be re written. Now being told o can’t have it
