EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my consent, without my permission. They caused me a lot of trouble. I called them and was told they need 3 days to fix the blunder; pathetic

Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

Ryan R 🏴 (@RyanRay74) reported from Wooburn, England@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

Tony Crystal (@TonyCrystals) reported@TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a £600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for £100. EE is a sewer.

You can be sure that if I was seeking to buy something or add a line that they would answer immediately.
