    @EE I am an EE customer. I am receiving cold calls from uk mobile number daily. A voice speaks in Chinese language. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

    @EE 3 days trying to contact you and I’m just being ignored. Horrible service to say the least. Don’t think I will continue with EE going forward.

    @EE @lilphonicsfan Pretty annoying that I can’t get a response from absolutely anyone. Not the service expected. Never had an issue before this which is just disappointing

    @EE Hello ee. Why the hell have u stoped by SIM card before the new one has arrived. I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

    @MartinSLewis This is @EE just deciding for me that, after being a customer for 15 years, as soon as my current contract is up I shall be leaving. I’d have had no intention to do so otherwise liking everything else but this is shameful and enough to say goodbye. Terrible move

    @EE is there a problem with your network in the ha9 area everyone in the household are having signal trouble we’ve all only got 1 bar sometimes pushing to 2 bars

    The past 2 weeks in Chessington KT9 the @EE mobile signal has dropped in and out consistently and isn’t good enough to rely upon for an entire phone call. Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

    @EE I’m messaging you on behalf of my mum who is paying way too much for her internet. Its slow, always buffing and disconnects at times. She is not happy with what she is receiving for the price she has to pay. Is there something you can do about this as an unsatisfied customer?

    @EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

    Hey @EE & @OpenreachHelp, you’ve ceased my copper line and left me with a Dead on Arrival fiber install (Red LOS). You just cancelled my emergency TLOS appointment with zero notice. My property security is offline during a local crime wave. Stop the scripts and get a splicer here TODAY. This is a safety breach. #EE #Openreach #Ofcom

    @Parkermon @virginmedia I was with virgin for 34 years they don't give a **** about loyal customers...im now with @EE it's the best thing I ever did. No wonder they're loosing hundreds of thousands of customers.

    @sometimesyouwin @AmericanExpress Glad you found @EE helpful and they didn’t suspend your account for 3 days so you couldn’t make any calls because a direct debt from dead person’s account wasn’t paid (even though DD still being paid from your own)….. ‘cos that would have been terrible!

    @josh2329063611 @EE I’m having exactly the same problem. Only calls I can make are through WhatsApp no problem with internet or apps
